Glad you like the photos! Share away. We had a great time! Seamus is an amazing wealth of knowledge!

The cafe at the Connemara Sheep and Wool Centre is worth the 5 stars, especially the seafood chowder (and it is alcohol-free! So hard to find shops that don’t use white wine in their chowders). We ordered one for taste, and ended up ordering another bowl. Full of flavour and chockfull of fish and crab meat. The apple crumbles (we had ones with blue berry and another blackberry) had the right crunchy crust and crumble. The tartness of the apple is 😍. Coffee is good too. I guess if we ate everything, they’d all probably tasted just as good (my sister even contemplated on getting another crumble as we wiped our chowder bowls clean). Alhamdulillah for good food!

the gift shop is great, the FOOD and cafe is AMAZING. the coffee and fresh baked pie and cookies were exactly what we needed on the chilly day we visited. We also ordered soup and sandwiches which were huge and very filling. But the best part, was the staff. Both the gift shop and the cafe staff were kind and friendly in helping with local suggestions and speedy service. Highly recommend!

During our week in Weston Ireland we stumbled across the Connemara Sheep and Wool Centre. Seamus is a real character and had us in stitches. We both had a go spinning wool and came away with home made wooden brackets. I real enjoyable afternoon very good value for money and I would recommend it

Tour bus stopped here for food, bathroom & souvenirs. Plenty of gifts to choose. Good location & nice scenery!

Charming, hands-on, and great gift shop and cafe where we enjoyed some hot drinks on a rainy day. The Sheep and Wool denim felt like stepping into living history. Loved seeing the whole process and trying out the spinning wheel myself. Our demo's guide was fun to chat with and really made the experience special for us.

Got slippers as a gift, but was left disappointed. The slippers are warm and comfortable, but the quality is poor. They don’t look like they did on the website, and one of them is crooked. The sole is of very low quality - for about two months, little circles kept falling off and covering the floor. After just a couple of months, the slippers already looked shabby, even though they were not worn on a daily basis.

Our family very much enjoyed learning how to make yarn from wool. This was a wonderful experience and I highly suggest this for all ages. We took our 5 yr and 6 yr daughters and they are still talking about it.
