Conrad Bali

We stayed as a family of four at the Conrad Hotel in Bali for 12 days. I can only praise the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Apart from that, we experienced frequent problems. We experienced the same issue with the breakfast service at the beach. Coffee and food were sometimes served with flies in them, or the waiting time was so long that we eventually left the restaurant without even having a coffee. At the beach, the staff member serving us also had flies around while handling our drinks and tableware. These may seem like minor issues, but they do not meet the standards expected from a property of this price and category Unfortunately, there seems to be no final room check before guests are handed their rooms. On many occasions, sometimes almost daily, we were provided with only two towels instead of four. There was also no hair dryer in the room. On the last day, we again had only two towels, so I called the reception. It took almost half an hour before fresh towels and a hair dryer were delivered. I do not understand how a five-star hotel can operate without proper final checks or such poor organization that guests have to wait for basic amenities like towels. Overall, I had the impression that the hotel focuses more on appearance than on substance.

Excellent Stay with Minor Improvements Needed! We had a fantastic stay at Conrad Bali. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well run, with excellent service and a spacious, comfortable room. Staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. A few small points prevented it from being absolutely perfect. The dining table in our room had deep stains that housekeeping said could not be cleaned, which slightly detracted from the luxury feel. The beach also needs attention — limited gazebos and daybeds, and the sand is not always raked or clean compared to nearby 5-star resorts. Lastly, with many Muslim guests staying at the resort, it would be great to have at least one halal-certified restaurant on site. Overall, a superb 5-star experience that could be flawless with a few improvements. Highly recommended.

An absolutely amazing stay at the Conrad Hotel. From the moment you arrive, everything feels polished and effortless. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, always going out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food is outstanding, beautifully presented and full of flavour, and the facilities are world-class, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. A perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience.

Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile. A special mention to Pebriandika, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra enjoyable. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and made us feel truly cared for throughout our visit. His professionalism and kindness really stood out and added a personal touch to our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Conrad Bali to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back! 🌴✨

We stayed in the Villa for 5 nights, and enjoyed our stay greatly. The Concierge (Nika), was extremely helpful and booked multiple different excursions for us, even on short notice. We successfully booked a Private Boat tour to Penida Island, a Private Helicopter tour, and a day of ATV/White Water rafting. Drivers were on time and executed flawlessly. At one point, we needed to depart very early one morning, and would have missed breakfast. The hotel allowed us to enter early, and ensure that we ate before our excursion. The Staff were extremely accommodating, and I don't think a single staff member skipped on greeting us in passing during our entire trip. The attention to detail was immaculate. At one point, I had a few watches sitting on the nightstand, and housekeeping placed a cloth underneath them during a routine cleaning. The breakfast was amazing at both RIN, and Suku. The Cocktail hour for Suites was a nice touch as well. The Villa was beautiful, and very quiet but also in a central area. We loved our stay, and thank Conrad Bali for a memorable trip.

My stay at the Conrad Bali was very pleasant. Based on my many travels and hotel stays within the Hilton group, i can say with complete conviction that the Conrad Bali Nusa Dua is one of the best hotels in the world. Former General Manager Kevin Girard transformed the Conrad into a JEWEL on the Indian Ocean within five years. The new General Manager, Mr. Neukom, took over a few months ago and leads the exceptionally friendly staff in all areas with respect and on equal footing. The entire property is meticulously maintained, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and there is a daily turndown service. The lobby bar team is very attentive and served the delicious local Arrakcooler Cocktail. The large lagoon is perfect for swimming. Every guest experiences the attentive service of the staff, whose incredible friendliness and warmth are truly palpable. Curator Ms. Cicilia and Manager Ms. Deva deserve special mention. Their exceptionally friendly manner and outstanding team spirit are immediately apparent. Both are true GEMS and possess a special talent for ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. Very nice hotel, perfect when it comes to room facilities, furnishings, and space. 🤩 Breakfast, unfortunately, is not what you would expect in a luxurious 5-star hotel; it's just average. 🍳 The beach restaurant has some amazing and very delicious seafood options. 🦞 Rin restaurant is the best. 💯 I would not recommend the open buffet for dinner; rather, go for the regular menu for a better food quality experience. 🍽️ We booked the ocean view room, which was a perfect option, and booked a half-board option. From the moment we arrived we we made to feel so welcome by all the team and recognised as a Hilton Honors member . Location is great for a Luxury resort in the quieter area, this was perfect for us . The pool and cabanas were exceptional made even more perfect with the flawless service provided by Ardo and Oki. They were so attentive, English was amazing and we really enjoyed talking with them . Another stand out was the housekeep team especially Budi and Rynn who took the time to set the room with special attention to the way we liked things. We will definitely be back again even in rainy season don’t be put off , the showers although can be heavy pass through whilst remaining very hot
