Conrad Bengaluru

Had a wonderful time with my friends in Conrad. The rooms are spacious and clean obviously. They though of every small requirements and the room had all of it provided. They also have a pool which was fun too. The buffet breakfast had a wide spread starting from North Indian to South Indian dishes... Something that needs a mention was the dessert section: croissant is a must try ( it was buttery, soft and flaky - too good). Staffs at the reception as well at the floor were very courteous and helpful. Lokraj who helped us with our luggage was very sweet and helpful too.

Nestled in MG road, this hotel is great for business visits. I attended a retail conference last week and I must say the vegetarian food served here was delicious! I am a hardcore non-vegetarian and for me to like veg food is rare. But Conrad’s vegetarian food options are worth trying

I visited for the first time and had an enjoyable stay overall. I noticed that some cleaning staff were really awesome and did their jobs very sincerely, which made a positive impression. The atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant, and the morning live music truly made my day musically happy. Nice infinity swimming pool which is again pleasing. Good Gym area with spa and sauna, which is really relaxing. The different aroma of oils Pulls you in the massage room, which is also again very relaxing and soothing. I love the music in the lift with the perfect volume. Great job on that. While my stay was good and the people were very helpful, I did notice that some rooms could use renovation. However, I really appreciated the breakfast lounge with the buffet; it was a great start to my day, especially with the delightful music. Overall, my experience was all good, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

My experience at Conrad Bengaluru was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality felt warm and genuine. The breakfast buffet was a delight, with a rich variety of dishes from North to South Indian flavors, and the croissants were an absolute highlight—soft, buttery, and perfectly flaky. What truly stood out was the staff's kindness. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Lokraj, who personally assisted me with my luggage and ensured my comfort throughout. His friendly nature and helpful attitude made the stay feel even more special. The pool added a refreshing touch, and every corner of this hotel radiated comfort and class. I would love to return for yet another memorable experience!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Bangalore in their Executive Suite, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The suite itself was pure luxury, located on the topmost floor with a breathtaking view of the city, it honestly felt like I was on top of the world. What stood out even more than the beautiful room was the hospitality. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and memorable. A special mention to Lokraj ji at the main gate, so fun, warm, and welcoming right from the start, he set such a positive tone for the whole stay. The staff at the Executive Lounge were equally wonderful, always warm, attentive, and making sure we were well taken care of. Conrad has redefined what “hospitality” feels like for me. It’s without doubt the best hotel experience I’ve had in Bangalore, and I look forward to returning.

The service was warm, attentive, and genuine—truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Stayed in the suite. Beautiful room, great room service. Excellent food. The breakfast buffet could have been better. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the volume of guests, not something I would expect from a hotel like the Conrad

If you're wanting 5 star service, this is not it. The rooms are nice enough, although I had to change room because the first one was dirty and had a strange smell. The second room still has the same smell (something wrong with the AC?) but at least it was cleaner. The location is pleasant enough on a lake. The spa is not good. One tiny sauna and one steam room (the same you would get in a mid-level gym). The massage therapist was clearly knowledgeable, but did not respond to requests to change pressure and tried to convince me not to. It was an unpleasant and not relaxing experience which left me in more pain. It was a shame, as many moments were very well designed and she clearly knew how to do some very advanced techniques. The concierge service is terrible: multiple requests for a simple menu that never arrives. Then they send the wrong one. Confusion at simple requests. This Hilton does not really understand international standards. This might be the best you can get in Bangalore, and if that's the case I would urge you to stay in another city.
