We stayed at the Conrad in February 2020 and again this January. Both times we were amazed by this hotel and its wonderful staff and facilities. Our room including the bathroom were spacious and bright and had nice amenities such as robes, slippers, fridge and Nespresso coffee maker. As Diamond members we had access to the Executive Lounge with its wonderful views and delicious food and beverages served by friendly staff. Oscars for breakfast offered so many options and the best lattes ever. Often busy, the wait was never too long as the staff prepared vacated tables very quickly. If it was extremely busy, the lounge bar was provided as a second option. The pool area was lovely. The gym was small but I never had to wait for a treadmill or weights. The hotel is very close to many dining options, shopping and an MRT station. Staff often approached us for a chat to learn where we were from and what we were planning to see. Overall it was a great stay.

We stayed at the Conrad Centennial for 4 nights pre-cruise. The hotel staff and service are outstanding. Every staff member that you encounter is cheerful, full of smiles, and eager to help in anyway needed. We were provided an upgrade at check-in due to Hilton Honors status as well as daily breakfast and a food and beverage credit. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. Daily turn down service was a nice touch and added to the feeling of being pampered. The hotel is also conveniently located and within walking distance to most all of Singapore's attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again if ever back in Singapore.

My stay here was excellent. The rooms are spacious and well designed. It's pretty much connected to you the millennial walk where you get plenty of shopping and food options. And it is perfect for my conference, because it is just across the street from the Suntec Center.

Spent 3 nights at the hotel visiting Singapore for the 1st time. Had a lovely room overlooking harbor and had access to the executive lounge. The hotel room was roomy, very clean, fully equipped with everything you could imagine. Twice daily maid service. Even offered a pillow menu. It was simply superb. The service was excellent and amazing at every level. I particularly recommend gaining access to the executive lounge which was the "nicest" lounge I have ever experienced anywhere. NOTHING in the USA, where I live, can compete with this lounge due to the unusual aspect of waiters serving you. This is a not a "self service" place, its almost like a mini restaurant. Food and beverages were great and even afternoon tea was lovely. Also, the hotel restaurant, where we had breakfast every morning, was just terrific, with many options, great service and opened early when you needed to go on a tour. I also would like to point out that the hotel is conveniently located just 90 second walk to the MRT Promenade station and you can stay covered for the entire walk. If you want to be near the downtown core, close the big attractions like Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands, etc. you cannot beat the Conrad. I am a Hilton Diamond, Marriott Lifetime-Titanium and a Hyatt Discoverist and I can confidently tell you this hotel will exceed your expectations.

Our recent stay at the Conrad Singapore was simply outstanding. This hotel beautifully merges modern elegance with a cozy, inviting atmosphere, a combination that's quite rare in upscale hotels. The staff at the Conrad are in a league of their own. They managed to be both highly professional and warmly personable, anticipating our needs with a level of attentiveness that was impressive. Their service significantly enhanced our stay. Nestled in the heart of Singapore, the location of the hotel couldn't be more convenient. It served as the perfect base for our city explorations, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining. The room we stayed in was another highlight. It was not just luxurious but also incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a second home. Every aspect of the room, from the design to the amenities, was tailored for maximum comfort, allowing us to fully relax and unwind. Dining at the Conrad was a gastronomic adventure. The variety and quality of food were exceptional, with each meal presenting a delightful array of flavors. In conclusion, our experience at the Conrad Singapore was memorable for all the right reasons. It stands out for its perfect blend of excellent service, prime location, and homely luxury. We're eagerly anticipating our next visit to this wonderful hotel.

Fabulous Hotel. Stayed here at the start of our retirement trip for a little bit of luxury. We were not disappointed. Centrally located & easy walking distance to many of Singapore’s tourist attractions. Close to tram stop.||Breakfast was never ending - don’t think I’ve ever seen a bigger selection. Excellent service from all the staff.

Our second visit to the Conrad Centennial Singapore was wonderful. This hotel was very attentive to guests, especially kids. Apart from basic amenities for kids (slippers, toothbrush), they even offered small guests a yellow duck toy for playing in the bathtub. The location was superb, close to a lot of different big malls like Suntec, Millenia Walk and Marina Square. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a vast variety of dishes.

Google
I have reviewed this hotel many times, as whenever in Singapore, we always stay here. Although with slight variations, the overall high quality of the service remained the same over the years.|This year however it was the first time that we decided to eat dinner here and we were not disappointed. Both Christmas dinner and a "regular" one are buffet style, but provide so many different, tasty options, that in the end it is hard to decide what to taste and what to skip -- it`s just so much on offer. One may not like half of the dishes, but there is always the other half...

Yelp
We had the best five night stay at the Conrad Singapore Centennial. Beautiful rooms, awesome service, and great location! We could walk everywhere, or catch a taxi easily when needed. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast in the main restaurant was awesome with a fabulous selection. The evening cocktail hour with spread of delights was very good. We would like to give a huge shoutout and thank you to the following staff members for making our stay extra special: Sky in the Gym for sharing stories with us of the different Conrad's we've all had the pleasure to stay in; Desiree, the Concierge for all the great ideas; Jane in the Executive Lounge (you were so helpful and joyful); Kye for taking us up the escalator to be certain we found our way to explore, and finally Nik who came to the rescue when we had a problem catching an elevator. We highly recommend this Conrad, and look forward to coming back some day.

Yelp
Awww Conrad thank you for being there throughout the years. The Staffs go all out beyond their tasks to make my relatives and I, stay here memorable. Since it is an older hotel, the rooms tend to be bigger. We also take the opportunity to have our meals downstairs at Oscar's. Cannot wait to return to stay at Conrad Centennial Singapore when needed.

Yelp
Amazing breakfast buffet. Nice room. Was walking distance to my work office, Melania walk, Marina bay mall and food markets. Will stay here on future trips to Singapore

Yelp
Gayle and I stayed here (on points) for 3 nights in front of our Holland America Cruise from Singapore to Tokyo. In terms of service, room amenities, use of the executive lounge, staff professionalism, concierge and other services, etc. etc., it was a first-class experience all the way. It was a perfect place for us to sleep off our jet lag and kick off our various Singapore explorations.

Yelp
I am a firm believer if you are in a Guest Relations field, then your Guest/Customer should never be made to feel less of anything... never. Your brand is as good as how your front of the house treats your customer and how they made them feel. Hospitality is about making your guests feel like the most valuable individual at all times. Today, my family started our 2nd leg spring break vaca with my sister's fam in Singapore. We booked the Conrad bc of its reputable brand, Hilton Honors, location and part of Amex Fine Hotel perk. I have stayed my share of fine hotels bc of work and I have NEVER felt like a 2nd class citizen until today, 4/23/2024. Let's memorialize it. My brother-in-law and I were checking in at the same time, we're both Amex holder, and funny enough, I'm a Hilton Honors member (guess it's a useless membership) and he's not. The whole process was quite clinical... not much personality. We were given our room keys and collected our families and went to our rooms. I later found out from my sister, they had been given (on top of the usual Amex perks) additional perks for being upgraded to the premier floor. Out of curiosity, my sister and I went to the concierge to find out why only one of us received the upgrade - despite both being Amex holder and checking in the same exact time. The young lady seemed confused and couldn't explain and asked the manager (assuming), and the response was "Oh, the upgrade is not guaranteed and only if it's available". I understand that's your practice; my question is BUT HOW did you decide who gets the upgrade? Because the only stark differences are - 1) our gender and 2) our race. He's a WHITE MALE. I'm an ASIAN FEMALE. Yet, no response on the how... but to brush off the obvious sexism... with a hint of racism... is to "offer the same perks" - AFTER you've been found out. I kindly declined because I know my worth and I would never recommend this establishment to anyone who wishes for equity and equality. Conrad Hotel is not it. Unfortunately, this experience has soured our entire outlook for this hotel and the Hilton brand. Do Better. Conrad. Seriously, do better by your guests/customers. Your guest should never be made to feel less valuable than another guest. Again - Hospitality is about making your guests feel like the most valuable individual at all times. You have work to do - retrain your concierge. Side note: the housekeeping staff are amazing! Always on point with our room set up and turn down service. At least this is a highlight. Buffet breakfast is subpar... compared to our last hotel, this is just mediocre at best.

Yelp
This is the 2nd time I stayed at a Conrad hotel. The service & quality is alway top notch. The staff were so helpful with questions, directions & reservations. The room was clean & extremely comfortable. The restaurant served good Singaporean dishes and their Afternoon tea was delicious. This hotel is centrally located, with the MRT (Metro Rapid Transit) right around the corner. A 15 min walk to some major sites. Next to the Millenia walk shopping mall. It is also surrounded by restaurants. The hotel is on the high-end of cost, so if you can splurge a little consider this hotel.

Yelp
It pains me to say that I was not overly impressed by this property. I thought that the front desk staff was nice and the executive lounge personnel was alright except when it came to seating. More than one time, we were told that tables were reserved even when no one was sitting at them and then told that tables were 1st come, 1st served. The restaurant Oscar's was horrible, and I could not recommend eating there, especially when I was on the toilet all night long from their Saturday night dinner buffet. BTW, the hotel website lists many seafood items that are definitely not on the buffet, but you still pay for them. The breakfast buffet is also nothing special, and no matter when you arrive, expect a 20-minute que even if you have a reservation. The elevators take a long time to arrive and are often very crowded. The lobby is pretty, and it is quite quiet midday if you choose to socialize or have a drink from the lobby bar.

Yelp
A nice hotel conveniently located in an area with shopping and food halls (inside malls) nearby. My husband is an Platinum Amex holder and we were upgraded to the premier floor which included $100 hotel credit to use within the hotel. The hotel rooms were decent and clean. The staff was super nice and our room came with a bowl of complimentary fruit, a box of snacks and a bag of cookies, 2 bottles of juice and also free supply of water (they refill the bottles every day). We also got to enjoy the free complimentary breakfast during our stay. It was not as impressive as some other hotels but still a decent amount of Asian and food to cater more western taste buds. They have a nice lounge for adults to hang out and it's pretty quiet. My husband and I spent our credit here to get a drinks during the evening before heading upstairs. I fell in love with their G'Vine Nouaison (House Gin inspiration) and I actually msg them after my stay to ask them what was in it! The only disappointing thing was their pool. It's pretty small and bland on a lower lever surrounded by all the tall buildings and hotels around. Also, not enough staff to man the pool area since it took them over an hour to bring water to me and my family while we were sitting there. It was pretty hot and they were not outside so I just ended up going to get water for my family myself. They also ran out of towels and it wasn't restock during the earlier portion of the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Yelp
The most disappointing thing about this place is the pool. It's not very inviting or lush while the rest of the hotel is. Some areas in the shower need some attention. Moldy. Probably hard to reach areas that need deep cleaning. Very nice property. Super clean and spacious interior lobby. Live piano most nights. Staff are all so nice. Always saying good morning and open every door. Nightly "turn down" service. We got a extra goodies in our room the first night. Chocolate, dried fruit, a bag of curry cookies, and a whole fruit bowl with banana, pear, oranges, apple. Good location. Walking distance to marina bay and the gardens. Train stop right around the block. Massive mall across the street. Many restaurants right outside the door and also inside the hotel. Terrace restaurant was very good chicken and rice. Sunday brunch buffet was very impressive.

Yelp
An amazing hotel. First of all, the staff were exceptional a. Each person stopped what they were doing to greet me. They bowed their heads as they spoke. What respect! I was upgraded to a suite so I was beyond elated! I had wonderful views of Suntec City below. Everything about the room was perfect. A huge living space which made dining in very comfortable. The bedroom was huge, complete with a dressing table. The bathroom was entirely marble with a huge tub- my evening indulgence. The rooms were fully equipped. I even had a Dyson hair dryer!!! Wow. I had access to the Executive lounge which was the best lounge I've been in. I was served high tea- delicious scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam. I've not had that outside of England. There was a lot more to eat but I was enamored with the scones. Breakfast was wonderful. There wasn't the huge amount of food like I have had in other Asian countries but there was more than enough food. Lots of Asian and continental choices. This hotel was beyond my expectations and I loved everything about it. I'll definitely recommend a stay here

Yelp
5-night (Mon, Tue, Wed, Th, Fri) Diamond stay Hilton pts redemption: 60k/night Total: 240k (5th night free) Conrad Centennial Singapore (via Whatsapp) notified me that my room was ready for early check-in. Diamond upgrade: Conrad Centennial Corner Suite - Suntec City, Fountain of Wealth view (5/5) Centennial Suite was not available for the first night; however, I was graciously upgraded for the remaining 4 nights, which def made my stay! Thanks to modern renovations (mainly lobby, guest rooms/suites) and diligent upkeep, it's pretty hard to tell (esp from the inside) that Conrad SG opened in 1996. There are 25 suites out of 512 total guestrooms -- so plan accordingly (weekday vs weekend, off-peak vs peak, etc.) Breakfast Buffet: Oscar's (Lobby Level), (4.5/5) https://www.discoverconradsg.com/oscar-s-menu Very good but not great like Conrad Seoul's breakfast spread. Exec lounge (Level 31), (3.5/5) https://www.discoverconradsg.com/benefits-executive-lounge https://www.discoverconradsg.com/el-afternoon-tea Dated furniture and layout, decent views, drinks were fine, food was just ok. Exec Floor Benefits As an Executive Floor/ Suite guest, enjoy the following additional privileges and benefits: - Access to the Executive Lounge on Level 31 - Unlimited tea, coffee and soft drinks available at the Executive Lounge - Daily Breakfast at Oscar's by the Lobby. - Delightful afternoon tea with finger sandwiches and cakes served in a stand - Complimentary evening drinks with hors d'oeuvres - Complimentary use of the meeting room at the business centre at level 5 for two hours per day (subject to availability) - Complimentary local calls - Complimentary Premium wireless internet access - 20% discount on all a la carte spa treatments Gym (3.5/5) adjacent to the outdoor pool, good size, machines are a little worn but does the job Pool (3/5) pales in comparison to the Andaz SG infiniti pool overlooking Marina Bay Pillow Menu (5/5) 15 options w varying material, firmness, etc. https://www.discoverconradsg.com/_files/ugd/770028_90ae41e0730146e49b7b37966d970aef.pdf Pro Tip: 15m walk to Marina Bay Go out the back entrance, left onto the alley where a bunch of restaurants are located and usually see lamborghinis & ferrarris parked. Enter the Millenia mall, make a right, then all the way until you exit. Walk left on Raffles Blvd. then a right at the next intersection Temasek Ave. Then at next intersection you'll see the bridge walkway towards Marina Bay.

Yelp
Convenient location in the heart of downtown. Wonderful staff. Their pool area has a great view of the island. Breakfast is a good mix of continental and Asian items. There are shopping malls and restaurants nearby. My room was spacious, bright, modern and bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping staff are very attentive to your needs. Easy commute to the airport (20 min). There is a wine bar and a few restaurants right outside the back of the hotel. I would highly recommend even though they might not be the cheapest lodging option in the area.

Julian T.

Yelp
I only had two pleasant encounters with the staff here. The first was with the housekeeping lady who serviced my room. Despite the language barrier, she was warm, polite and very accommodating. The second was with the executive lounge waiter. He was very friendly and gave knowledge about the city and the surrounding areas. All of the other interactions with any of the staff specially with the concierge were repulsive. The staff is cold and borderline rude to me. First was my luggage. I asked them to deliver it to my room after I checked in. I waited almost an hour, followed up via phone and then I finally went downstairs myself to obtain my luggage myself. Secondly, I asked politely to get my shoes shined and I even followed up 5 times but they never did it. Each time I followed up, no one knew what I was talking about. No one in the concierge team took ownership or simply cared. The waiter during the breakfast was non existent. I did not get a refill of my coffee despite flagging one of the waiters down. Also, the food quality was sub average The hotel location is horrible. There are no direct views to the bay and you'd have to walk far to find the main tourist attractions such as Marina Bay and Mercian etc.

Yelp
Note: This is a continuation or an update of my previous review.. Today is my 18th day staying at the Conrad Centennial Singapore. I have been staying here since 06.08.2021 to serve my Stay Home Notice (SHN) aka quarantine upon arrival in Singapore. The initial 21 days SHN requirement has reverted back to 14 days due to the government's better knowledge about the Delta variant's incubation period. So I was actually allowed to check out and leave yesterday. However, I decided to extend one more day to everyone's dismay. I was invited to go live on a radio program yesterday morning and even the radio presenters asked me why? I know I know, I believe almost all the SHN guests who have served beyond 14 days would want to rush out of all the different hotels they were staying. I get it, but like I told the radio presenters if I was in a 3 star hotel, I would stay up, not sleep and rushed to pack up overnight. This was Conrad, It was not so bad at all. I was actually getting really comfortable here. The room was huge , about 430 sq feet. I have lots of space and there was plenty of storage for me. The large bathroom was a plus too. The best part of all was the bed. The bed was so comfortable, I was in my pj most of the time. The room has large windows and so there was plenty of natural lightings which I really like. A Big Shoutout to the Director of F&B, Mr. Berry Chua! On my 2nd last day, Mr. Chua sent me some scones to try. The scones were housed in a pretty box. I actually had to jump out of the tub when the door bell rang. I had to try the scones when they were warm and fresh to give the best take. The scones were simply amazing! The clotted cream was perfect! The strawberry jam was absolutely lovely! He was right, "Conrad has one of the best scones". Once again, I was sad to leave (that happened to me every time I checked out a Conrad), maybe it is the Conrad Effect, lol! Yep, if my trip was not for my mom, I would stay till next week. So here's a solid 5 stars from me to Conrad Centennial Singapore. I highly recommend everyone to stay here for business or leisure! 06.25.2021

Yelp
My 1st time in Singapore and this was a great hotel! Staff from front entrance to front desk to wait staff were all personable, professional and courteous. The hotel is very conveniently located and the rooms fairly spacious with great views of the city and nearby everything Staff really make the place. Hotel accommodated my early checkin request for 1 room and unfortunately my second room was not available due to late checkout but the staff was informative and professional about letting me know when it was available. Will definitely stay here when I return to Singapore.

Yelp
I'm lucky to be ringing in the New Year in Singapore and even luckier to be doing it here. My review from 2016 of this hotel still holds true and this remains one of my top hotel picks in the world. It has been renovated which has fixed the dated feel of the rooms. They are now modern, updated and bright. They feel less elegant and stately but in a refreshing sort of way. There is a lack of a true work desk which has been replaced by a round large table, chair and chaise lounge. I personally miss the organization of a dedicated working desk space but found that this was a minor inconvenience that was offset by the modern, open feel of the rooms now that it has gone missing. I am guessing that a majority of people staying at this property are not here to work so this new furnishing arrangement is unlikely to be a problem for most. The Exec Lounge space on floor 31 is still a favorite of mine and the staff really gets it done in terms of professional hospitality. I recommend spending the extra $ or using your Hilton Honors loyalty points to leverage a room with Exec Lounge privileges and let yourself be well taken care of by their dedicated staff. I had noticed on previous visits that this space is often busy and fills up with guests and discovered that they have since added an additional Exec Lounge space on floor 4 next to the pool which is perfect for those with kids that want to hang out near the pool. I appreciate the nice decompression attempt by the Conrad management to keep the Exec Lounge spaces manageable and accommodating to all. Finally, the location is 2nd to none. The MRT station (Promenade) is just out the front door making it so easy to access just about anywhere you need or want to go and the underground access to the Suntec Mall basement food court and shopping makes life really easy even when jet-lagged. This sounds odd since the term "food court" is often synonymous with all things crap to fill your belly. In Asia, food courts are typically full of fantastic, authentic and delicious fare and this one is no different. Yes, it is a few dollars more than a Hawker Center but it is also air conditioned and steps away from my hotel room (both factors are invaluable when you are hot, sweaty, and sleep deprived and in no mood for making your next meal search an adventure with a high degree of difficulty). I can't say enough good things about this property. It is fitting for me to be reviewing it on site while ringing in the 2019 New Year. I am interpreting that as a sign of good luck for the coming year!

Yelp
Top tier hospitality and service. One of the best customer service experiences I've had the pleasure of experiencing in all of the hotels I've visited. Would absolutely return every time I'm in Singapore.

Yelp
Customer service was 50/50... below expectations for a property like this. Had an executive room and it was a decent size but for something that was remodeled only ~1 year ago it already feels grimey and dated. The restroom was relatively gross, like on par with a best western.... maybe worse. Shower had a tons of mildew and it smelled of it too. The restroom area smelled pretty bad also... poor cleaning job overall. In fact you are hit with a faint urine smell the moment you get off the elevator onto the floor... like literally the whole floor smells. To be honest pretty much everything like silverware, cups, plates, bathrooms etc have been dirty in like 80% of the places we've been to.... and these are not street stalls these are Michelin starred restaurants and 4-5 star hotels. In comparison, we just came from HCMC and everything was cleaned WELL and service was almost always impeccable. Just a general sense that people are NOT happy with their jobs in Singapore.

Yelp
Conveniently located near shopping centers and minutes away from some of Singapore's must see attractions. Conrad has exceeded my expectations with the accommodation, the service and the atmosphere. A truly relaxing and luxurious experience. It's the little things that makes your stay a little extra... from the little teddy bear in the bed, the rubber ducky in the bathroom, the complimentary snacks that they delivered (fruits, red velvet cookies, chocolates and some local snacks) it truly made our stay super special. Dinner at Oscar's was delicious as well as the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended place to stay!

Yelp
I stayed here during my trip to Singapore this past month, and it was an incredible stay! The service provided is exceedingly top-notch. The lobby is expansive and beautifully decorated. I love the touches of Singapore that they included in the decor and overall setting of the hotel. They offer a great amount of amenities, including business lounges that offer tea, afternoon cocktails, and small plates I believe. They have a rooftop pool as well that I was able to make use of for an afternoon while I was there. The hotel rooms are great, and our room had an amazing view of the skyline and bay. They offer great amenities in their bathrooms and are always great at cleaning and restoring supplies. All in all, our stay was definitely comfortable and luxurious! They have three restaurants inside the hotel as well, and we were able to dine at one of them. It was incredibly delicious and the service was so quick and excellent. It was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here!

Yelp
Having landed at Singapore incredibly early, we took our sweet time to the hotel. Traffic was super light and we were greeted with a beautiful view of Singapore during sunrise. Checking in was a breeze, and the front desk was able to move us to the highest floor. The views didn't disappoint either. I had read that the hotel had undergone major renovation, and the results definitely are an A+. I absolutely love the room design and the layout here - minimal and modern. Again, the Conrad Management Team greeted us with some surprises and delectables, which was a great gesture. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, my wife and I received complimentary Executive Lounge access which meant that I was able to enjoy the following: Access to the Executive Lounge from 6:30AM to 11:00PM (this is the best) Personalized check-in and check-out at the Lounge Complimentary light-pressing for a maximum of 3 items on the day of arrival (used it) Complimentary local calls and standard WiFi access (Hilton Honors Diamond members get premium internet access) - kinda useless... Complimentary 2 hour usage of meeting room daily (expect on weekends) 20% discount on a la carte treatment at the Conrad Spa and Fitness Club Guests who are staying here at the Conrad Centennial Singapore will be able to select from an extensive pillow menu where they get to choose from 15 types of pillows. So if you're traveling, get those pillows! Use the app and get yourself rested. Besides the usual automated controls near the bed, you will also find an automated sheer and drape control that will open and close the day blinds and night curtains respectively. In fact, if you tug at the curtain, it will also trigger the automated motor. There are plenty of power outlets and USB charging points for us tech geeks. Mini bar area contained the usual coffee and tea, with a Nespresso Machine for a nice espresso in the morning, although if you have the lounge, why bother? Bathroom was also generous in size and amenities. Dual sinks and a plethora of marble makes for a luxurious shower and private time. The Conrad Concierge Team can also provide you with almost anything you need for your daily make-up/clean-up day routine. Turndown service here was amazing. The bed always made, slippers carefully placed on the side of the bed on the floor and more importantly, everything that needed to be replaced has been replaced - coffee pods, tea bags, bath amenities and bottled water just to name a few. We were also gifted a special edition Conrad Singapore Teddy Bear and the duck, which made our total collection of Conrad Bears to ten! These stuffed animals are truly a gift and a memory that people won't forget. Back to the Executive Lounge though. We were able to enjoy complimentary buffet breakfast, afternoon tea as well as evening cocktails at the Executive Lounge on the 31st floor. Either we were super fortunate or just damm lucky, but we found ourselves at the best seats at the lounge each day...maybe people are too busy working or drinking some place more fancy. Evening cocktails and refreshments are served from 5:30PM to 8:00PM daily and you will be able to enjoy a selection of red, white and sparkling wines, alongside selected spirits and beers. Non-alcoholic drinks are available from the time the lounge opens until 10:00PM daily. We ended our trip in Singapore with a bang, and the Conrad Singapore helped capture all the crazy moments we had over there. With the new renovation completed, this hotel has become a fantastic property, not only in value with Hilton points, but for those travel with families and or couples. Plenty of space, comfortable amenities, fantastic lounge service and a great view makes for a great case for anyone traveling to Singapore. Price point is outstanding (definitely worth using $$ if it's under $180).

Yelp
This review focuses on Conrad Centennial's hotel stay experience exclusive of dining, as I've reviewed it's breakfast buffet at Oscar's separately. The hotel is located right off the Promenade MRT station and takes only a few minutes walk to get to and from. The lobby area and concierge space is decently decorated albeit being quite dated. The signature spiral staircase is a classic Conrad mark but it appears that no one really takes the stairs. The elevators are tucked behind the gift shop near the restaurant Oscar's. There is also a fancy cafe on the opposite side as another option for dining. Our check in and out were smooth with the help of the concierge service and luggage stowed away until we were ready to leave the hotel even after the check out time. We were personally brought to our room upstairs and the staff were courteous. Each night we stayed, they gave us a special commemorative Conrad souvenir as well as several bottles of complimentary water. Housekeeping was also quick and efficient as we requested different pillows from their pillow book and more towels/amenities. The cons to the hotel stay included the dated furniture pieces, the construction noise, the lack of electrical outlets, and view. Since the Conrad Centennial is an older hotel that is also not as tall as others surrounding it, the view of Singapore was minimal. The complimentary WiFi for H-Honors members (Hilton) was also limited to four devices only. The cost of stay is reasonable but I would prefer another hotel for my next trip. The Conrad is in midst of remodeling and I do hope that they can make some more improvements.

Yelp
It was my first stay at a Conrad property and I may be forever spoiled with the one in Singapore. The service was top notch! It is rare for me to give 5 stars but they earned and deserved the best rating. My husband has Gold Status with Hilton and although they could not upgrade us they sent a bottle of sparkling wine to the room. We booked an Executive King Suite. Our room had a nice view of the Singapore Flyer and partial view of the Marina area. I was particularly impressed with the comforts in this modern room. They have a complimentary chocolate gift, a rubber ducky and a small Bear they put on your bed every night and they are all for you to keep if you want them. My husband loved the bear on his pillow every night. Speaking of the bed, it is so plush that the first-night we never left the hotel. It was the best nights sleep in all of our Asia trip. Don't miss the Executive Lounge on the 31st floor. It is worth the extra $$ for the Executive Lounge. They poured Laurent Perrier Champagne! The first night we never left the lounge and sampled food so we didn't even need dinner. The breakfast had made to order omelets too. Try the local Kaya jam. It is so good on toast. We were extremely impressed with the lounge. If you love Champagne and want to enjoy a Sunday Brunch check out the over the top Brunch in the lobby restaurant, Oscars. It is pricey and excessive but in Singapore, it is fun to live it up just a bit. Lobster tail, Sushi, Seafood, Pasta Bar, Steak, Local specialties like Laska, a Gin Bar, and unlimited glasses of Henriot Champagne. I read a Champagne Sunday Brunch is a thing to do when you visit Singapore and Oscars was on the list of one to check out. Every day there is some cool exotic car parked outside this hotel. It is right next to a shopping mall. Singapore is hot but we walked to the Marina every evening. We loved the location of the Conrad hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
It was 2004 when I first visited Singapore and stayed at this hotel. I was still young and naive then, when I stepped inside the hotel first time, I was so overwhelmed by the beautiful staircase at the lobby. Fast forward, I probably visited Singapore around 10 times and most of the time I stayed at this hotel. Every visit here, I am very pleased with level of service I receive from them. They just know how to carter each customers needs very well and I feel very comfortable staying here. Customized service is what they strive. Their suite room is very spacious, first time I stayed, I didn't know what to do with that huge room. This time they gave me a room on the 31st floor (top), where they have the executive lounge on the same floor. This made my stay more convenient as I was able to request what I needed to them easily. Check in/out is smooth, it was less than a year ago from my last visit here and they retain my information including my preference. Regular room is made well, love the soft mattress, nice sheets, fluffy oversized towels, bathrobe, slippers to name a few. It helps me relax in my room. Gym is adequate, I was able to find my machine whenever I walked in, staff is there to clean the equipment after each use (where I am used to doing so on my own). Great location next to the Suntec City, walking distance to the Marlion, Promenade MRT station is two minutes away, perfect for business and holidays. Highly recommend for your visit to Singapore.

Yelp
Overall a very decent hotel. Lobby a bit dark. We had grqnd deluxe rooms. Rooms were clean, not very large but good size. Good bathroom with shower and bath. All fresh nothing tired. Good location. We would rate the Fairmont and MBS higher.

Yelp
We had a great experience with the Conrad Centennial Singapore! From our check-in all the way to the check-out! Now, that's not to say there weren't any hiccups along the way, but not enough to sway me to downgrade my experience. First off, it's location can't be beat! It's right in downtown Singapore, and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Now they are in the middle of renovations and we were explicitly informed of that when we checked in. So no surprise there. And although I used the Hilton app to check in - we were able to get upgraded to a higher floor! Because of my status, breakfast and access to the Executive Lounge is included in our stay - this is a huge cost savings! The Executive Lounge is on the 4th floor (not on the 31st) - it would have been nice to see the view from the 31st floor. :( However, breakfast at Oscar's restaurant was AWESOME! A lot of variety in the breakfast buffet! It very much reflects the cultural diversity of Singapore (American, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, etc... cuisine were all offered). Amenities were on-par for Conrad hotels, all the way to the turn-down service. Now when we checked in, the staff asked us about our check-out time -which was early in the morning (too early to catch breakfast), they offered a breakfast to-go for us. So at 4am when we checked out - they had a bag full of pastries, OJ and coffee for each us when we checked out! Such a nice touch! We are definitely staying here when we travel through Singapore again!

Yelp
Stayed here for 5 days with the bf on our last Asia trip What can we say it was a great experience for us we love the Hilton Conrad brand and being Diamond members they really treated us well. Upon check-in we ask for a complementary upgrade at the time it was not available but the receptionist that helped us was very sweet and nice and gave us upgrade the next day (Hilton diamond members can get complementary upgrade if available) The room was updated and modern and the hotel conveniently located walking distance to all the major attractions It was around Christmas time when we visited they were giving out Conrad bears yes I collect Conrad bears when I went to ask for more they brought three more bears to our rooms thanks guys you guys are awesome

Yelp
Stay was during Christmas / New Years (peak season)... below feedback is based on stays on both ends of the spectrum and is relative to the rates paid. Room was adequate to accommodate 2 adults and 2 small children as it has a long lounge along the window that can sleep 2 children. Just ask housekeeping to bring extra pillows and blankets and bed linen. Bathroom was nice and well appointed. Only let down was that the toilet leaked but they got it fixed within half a day. Rooms are newly renovated and well appointed. Construction near room and at the pool were still happening.. if not for a discounted rate I would not recommend to stay. Pool lounges should be replaced as there are patches of stain on them and when we asked for more towels to cover the lounge, we were restricted to only 4 towels per room! I have never had to deal with such policy with any hotel. The executive lounge was ok but felt that policy could do with a change to allow drinks / food from lounge to be brought out to pool. Temporary lounge is just right next pool as theyre renovating the actual one. All they offered was some can drinks and local beers in the lounge (no high value stuff before 5.30pm) so a little flexibility to make exec lounge guests happy won't cost much. Overall if rate was more than SGD 280 (approx AUD 275) per night (inclusive of service and taxes) then I would not recommend as there are a lot of better options elsewhere.

Yelp
Fabulous property. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location at Millennia Walk. On the recommendations of friends, stayed here after back to back cruises. Arrived at the hotel at 8am and they immediately upgraded us to the Presidential Suite at no charge for our short stay. Having worked as a hotelier, this makes sense as they would most likely not sell the suite last minute for a short stay and it is a chance to impress a guest and gain return business. A tactic that works every time. Wish more hotels would have the foresight, but this is typical for the Conrad brand, which we use frequently, when available. Breakfast in the executive club lounge is exception with a very wide variety of food and excellent coffee. As mentioned by other Yelpers, try to book a club room, the breakfast, tea, and evening drinks/snacks make it worth the additional cost and you will most likely not need to eat elsewhere at all. While other hotels in Singapore have their strengths, the Conrad will always be my first choice.

Yelp
I've stayed in Singapore several times and it's usually at the Pan Pacific, but I wanted to leverage my Hilton diamond status for once and decided to stay at the Conrad on my trip. My experience with Conrads in general is that they are like Fairmonts and Intercontinentals - 5 star luxury hotels but slightly outdated. This Conrad is no different. Check in was a breeze and they immediately noted my status and upgraded my room. The room itself was nice and had a great view, but the bathroom seemed pretty outdated. Just a few hours into checking in, their staff came to my door and delivered a fruit basket along with a box of delicious chocolates. It was also nice having the little bear souvenir on my bed as well (saves me money on gifts!). The free breakfast buffet that came along with my status was decent, but I definitely wouldn't pay for it. I was actually a bit surprised about all the praise the buffet received as I've seen much better spreads at other hotels in the area. Though I do appreciate any hotel that offers a waffle bar alongside a selection of ice cream for breakfast. If you're into luxury hotels that have prestige, although slightly outdated, then you'll probably love this hotel. I feel like Singapore has enough 5 star hotels that I probably would choose to stay elsewhere on my next trip.

Yelp
My husband and I had a 17 hour flight and arrived at 7:30 am. We thought we would leave our luggage and explore the city. Well the lady at checkin found us a room! This hotel is clean, breakfast is outstanding. The rooms are quiet and Housekeeping cleans our room twice a day. Everyone is so kind and always smiling. I can't wait to come back here again !!!

Yelp
I love the Conrad and was super excited to stay here. The last time I stayed at the Conrad was in Tokyo and it was superb so I had high hopes. Upon entering, I was surprised that the workers didn't open the door for us. Not a really big deal but it's the Conrad so I that's the least they should do. The check in process was the usual keyboard clicking and me trying to find out what was taking so long but luckily our room was ready before the check in time so that was a plus. We booked the corner room hoping for a nice view but it was blocked by other buildings. The TV was hung on the side wall so watching it gave me neck cramp no matter where I sat. The bathroom was big with duo sinks and a shower with very good pressure. Why I am only giving this place 3 stars is that they do not include the price of wifi in your room. We would have to pay an extra $10-15 per day if we wanted internet in our room so we opted out because they have FREE WIFI in their lobby. Such an inferiorating experience for one of my favorite hotels.

Yelp
For a conrad this hotel was disappointing. 1) renovations have been going on for a year 2) the executive lounge is located on the 4th floor not the 31st floor. The space gets crowded fast 3) The windows in the room have condensation on them, making it difficult to enjoy the view from your room. Pros Good location, close to subway station, mall, food, chinatown, Gardens by the bay Rooms are clean but dated Cons Dated rooms Renovations Pool area is not great Executive lounge is small and crowded I would consider other hotels in the are before booking here

Yelp
A polished hotel retreat for single females who don't want to be bothered. Excellent views on the rooftop pool in the evening overlooking the Singapore Flyer, and the staff are generally discreet and welcoming. Been looking for a local retreat for ages, and the package here was affordable and the pool, divine. Just one week in so it's hard to be certain, but it's off to a great start. If you buy the monthly LocalGuest spa package, there's 25% off at the local restaurant, Oscars, which has great food and a pleasant ambiance, and even if the pool is not your thing, this an absolute deal maker. TIP: If you are a female on your own, and want even greater privacy to read or lounge by the pool, there are older, more established hotels where they staff is better-trained to when dealing with local female guests who want privacy. But its a lucrative market and I think The Conrad is doing a great job at cashing in on keeping local females feeling safe, polished and unbothered.

Yelp
Lovely hotel. Great location right by Suntec. Staff are lovely, very professional. The room service cleaning staff were particularly pleasant!! The rooms are great. Spacious. Our's had a view of the lion mermaid fountain. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bed's too soft for my liking... Breakfast buffet is delicious!! Very wide selection of scrumptious foods. Club lounge on 31st floor. Snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Hot food and more alcoholic drinks during happy hour from 5:30pm. Lobby bar has gin o'clock - $12 gin and tonics - impressive selection of diff gins and tonics - though I don't recommend their choice of combinations - too flavoursome - covers up the subtle flavours of the gin itself. I'd recommend a plain gin and tonic of your choice instead.

Yelp
Friendly and helpful staff from the entrance until front desk. I was given free room upgrade, free wifi and free breakfast being diamond member without even asking for it just like other Hilton portfolio hotels. The room is very comfortable and clean, house keeping did a great job on this. It has a nice view as well. Walking distance to Suntec City and Marina Square Shopping Mall with tons of shops and nice foods. Couldn't ask for more and will definitely come back if I visit Singapore again.

Yelp
I have so far spent about 100 nights in the Conrad Singapore. I love the location, and the service is some of the best you can get from a hotel. The location is not perfect for a tourist, but is great for the business traveler. This is the kind of place that tries to get to know you, and your preferences, and will absolutely bend over backwards. A few small hints if you are trying to stay on a budget. Try to make sure you are part of the Conrad's club, and if you can get to a club floor, the afternoon tea, biscuits, fruit, wine, etc. is worth it, along with a nice breakfast in the morning. If you are there long enough to do laundry, ask the concierge about local pick up service from a local company. It will likely be the same company they use at the hotel, but instead of $7 for a pair of socks, you will pay $7 for a kilo of laundry, which is likely all of your clothing. Eat local, outside the hotel, unless planning a nice dinner. Instead of $25 for Hainanese chicken, you will pay $3 in a local food court, and the environment is much more fun!

Yelp
I've been coming here about once a year the past few years and I must say it's one of the finest hotel experiences I've had on 4 continents. Every time I'm in Singapore I choose this Conrad. Exceptional staff, great location and above all, quiet. No tourists. And if there are they are staying there for the same reason I am: it's relaxing. Thank you again to the wonderful staff here who made my wife and my stay this past December very memorable. We will see you again in a few months

Yelp
I really loved their breakfast buffet, a little pricey but well worth it. The location was fantastic and central to a number of places we wanted to go. We were near the train, but mostly took a taxi everywhere. The rooms were spacious. I enjoyed the attendants laying the slippers by the bed every night.

Yelp
Great hotel with good service, if a little dated. Exceptional breakfast that gets super busy but they do their best to filter people through. If you have diamond status with Hilton you can eat in the lounges. Amazing pillows. The rubber ducky and bear are a nice touch. Pretty good location. I was upgraded as a diamond member albeit not to a suite. Biggest complaint is that it just feels a bit "dated". Fair value for Singapore. Unfortunately the executive lounge on level 31 was too crowded.

Yelp
Restaurant is inefficient, over-priced, and indifferent to customers. Rooms are Holiday Inn standard - not 5-star. Concierge is completely useless and incapable of assisting with travel plans.

Yelp
This was my first visit to Singapore and I'm glad we chose the Conrad to be our temporary home away from home. The entire staff went out of their way to help and suggest dining options, shopping areas and anything else we needed. The amenities offered at the hotel were state of the art and very well maintained. The luxe decor and furnishings were especially eye-appealing and worked well with the ambience on every level. I truly enjoyed the breakfast every morning as it was so meticulously prepared and displayed for the guests. Everything was delectable right down to the juice offerings each morning. I can't go on enough about the staff and the level of customer service and graciousness of their attitudes towards my husband and I being there. We felt as though we were royalty in their hotel. What a truly wonderful experience. Thank you.

Yelp
After visiting Thailand and paying little to no money for hotel rooms there we decided to splurge and live it up in Singapore. One of my friends had hotel rewards points from traveling for work which he was able to use to pay completely for our stay there. He was able to even get us on the executive level which meant free breakfast, high tea with appetizers and evening drinks with hors d'oeuvres. I felt like we were living like kings and queens! During our entire stay, every employee we encountered was very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very clean and when we left for the evening we returned to our bed folded down and slippers out and ready to be put on which was a great touch! I would definitely recommend staying here if you feel like living the high life and treating yourself a bit!

Yelp
Love this hotel for the following reasons . -- Very nice executive lounge on the 31th floor. -- Beautiful lobby. -- Very comfortable bed. -- Great staff and service. -- Love the view. My only complain is they don't have electrical outlets by the bed. How am I going to read, watch video in bed without being able to plug in. I believe they are renovating all the rooms -- I hope the renovation will fix this issue.

Yelp
We stayed at the Conrad for 1 night during our short trip to Singapore after visited Thailand. Since we were able to save a lot of money by staying with relatives in Thailand, we decided to splurge in Singapore. My husband booked the hotel through Hilton.com and we were able to get free internet as well. I think this hotel provided hospitality at the finest. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and welcoming. I was impressed that they were able to provide us with the electrical outlet converter when I made the request. The room that we stayed in was very clean with really comfortable bed. The bathroom was ver spacious and I like the toiletries items that they provided. They even provided a child-size bath rope. I highly recommend this hotel if you feel like splurging. There are many dining options and things to do nearby.

Yelp
Location is great, we stayed two nights at the Grand Hyatt in the Orchard area before coming and here you are much closer to attractions such as the Gardens by the bay, the marina, and the LA Pau Sat hawker centre. It goes downhill from there. Other than the concierge there are no bright spots. Not having power in the room you can understand but the lack of service in general is very noticeable. The gym locker room is horrible, your feet sticks to the floor. At the breakfast, the staff to guest ratio was almost 1 to 1 but you can't get your coffee refilled or plates cleared. They smile, sometimes, but won't actually do anything to help, such as Fian Fong at the breakfast by the pool. Have stayed at other Conrad hotels but Conrad Singapore is awful in comparison.

Yelp
Thanks, Conrad. The hotel was a centerpiece to a fantastic get-away weekend. I could tell from the reviews, location, and reputation that this was going to be a good choice--I didn't expect them to take it to the next level. I splurged a bit and got an executive level room which had 2 seemingly minor perks that played big for a short stay. For starters, I had access to the Executive Lounge. So when I rolled into the hotel at 8am fresh off the redeye, of course the room wasn't ready but I was escorted up to the lounge where I could relax for a bit. The treated me like a queen--the staff there is superb, friendly, and attentive. After a walk around town, I returned and was in my room before noon. Also--late checkout at no extra charge. My flight out was at 8pm, so I was able to freshen up in the room and relax before heading to the airport. Location, location, location. In the marina area surrounded by shops, there were tons of restaurants, shopping, and tourist venues within a 15 minute walk. A short jaunt to the Singapore Flyer, groceries (and a movie theatre) in the adjacent Suntec City, and the Marina Bay just a pleasant hike away. Overall, fantastic trip and an amazing hotel. It's one I will be back to in the near future.

Yelp
I have stayed here many times - it used to be our preferred hotel when I travelled here regularly. Part of the Hilton chain, the Conrad is conveniently located across the road from SunTec City, with a nice strip of restaurants around it. Usually parked outside are the typical status symbols - Porsches, Ferraris, Lexus, all congregate out front. Inside the rooms are smallish but well appointed and well maintained, with complimentary fruit, and most have a good view of some part of Singapore. The beds are great! For Club rooms the Club lounge is well appointed and serves a light continental buffet - quite adequate for most. The dinner and breakfast buffets are fantastic but pricey - very wide range of food available at all times to cater for a wide range of tastes and ethnicity. The gym is well appointed and overlooks the pool area where you can also get a light breakfast if you wish. Not the cheapest option in town but very nice.

Yelp
I have status on Hilton, so I selected this hotel. It's pretty out of date in many ways. The rooms aren't great. I was upgraded, but it had two beds, and wasn't idea. The bathroom is large, which was nice. The staff is also less than attentive versus other hotels in Singapore. The food included in my room rate wasn't very good, I tried both the executive lounge and the downstairs restaurant.
