What’s the crowd like?Business travelers, American couples on holiday. The good stuff: Tell us about your room.Rooms are decidedly bland with little decor and generic, veneered furniture. Views, however, can be spectacular. There is however, a nightclub on the 48th floor, so if you're sensitive to noise, stay on a lower floor. We’re craving some deep, restorative sleep. They got us?Beds are comfortable with a nice duvet instead that won't twist or tangle. Please tell us the bathroom won’t let us down.Bathrooms have rain showers, double sinks, and large corner soaking tub, many with TV monitors. Most bathrooms have windows that look into the room. Amenities are colorfully packaged from Etro. Maybe the most important topic of all: Wi-Fi. What’s the word?Wifi is free, but can be slow and intermittent. “Premium” speeds are available for a surcharge. Anything stand out about other services and features? Whether it’s childcare, gyms, spas, even parking—whatever stuck with you.Elevator waits can be long. The pool and adjacent lounge area are lush and a departure from corporate vibes found elsewhere. Hotel guests also have access to the sauna and steam room. What was most memorable—or heartbreaking—about your stay?Everything feels a bit corporate but some of the views are worth it. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely attentive to guests' needs. This was one of our best hotel stays in my life thus far. Badawi and Nil Bahar were awesome in rendering their services and support during our short but wonderful stay. Our room for 3 was HUGE, clean and the amenities were excellent. The lady in charge of our room (we didn’t get her name) left the room refreshed and tidy every day. The toilet was comfortable, spacious and had both a bathtub and a standing bath. The toilet curtain was a nice cheeky touch. The beds and pillows were one of the best we have slept in and that’s saying a lot. There was plenty of spaces for us to organise our daily items and the aircon was very responsive. The only complaint (we are nitpicking here) was the lighting. We wished there was an option for cool and warm lights so that we could get the romantic vibes while also having the functionality of packing under clear lighting. The hotel is literally next to the Metro World Trade Center stop and transport on the public train is very affordable and convenient. Our final point is, if you see a good deal for Conrad Dubai, snatch it. Don’t hesitate.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, offering a huge variety with something for everyone, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was excellent throughout the brunch. A special mention goes to Chef Jasbir, who was attentive, friendly, and ensured we felt well taken care of. We would also like to appreciate Jasdeep from the laundry team for his behind-the-scenes support, which truly adds to the overall experience. Thanks to the entire team and great management. Swetlana was exceptionally lovely and made our visit even more memorable. Highly recommended for a festive and enjoyable brunch experience

Excellent stay – everything was perfect! We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad Hotel. Everything was outstanding: the room service was fast and professional, housekeeping was excellent and very attentive, and the food quality was great. A special thank to Badawi at the reception – he was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back again!

I absolutely love this place so much. The room is big and clean. For my room, I booked a Residential Suite and I would say that it's very nice and cosy to stay in. The views are also amazing. I also love the staff here very much,they are friendly and kind. I would like to mention Winnie from the lounge,the breakfast team and Ruhi from the reservation team.They have given great advice and service. Not only are they helpful,but they are also very generous and thoughtful. If anyone is traveling to Dubai,I highly recommend this place.🤍

When I first walked into this hotel, I was expecting a regular lux experience, nothing out of the norm. But when I walked in, it was very elevated, modern and fancy. I was warmly greeted with reception and a very easy check-in. I was also greeted by a woman called Liza, who worked in the hotel and walked us through the hotel and gave us a top-notch, unforgettable experience. The room was very nice, a nice sea view at the 45th floor. The room had a lot of amenities including soap, skincare products, remote control curtains and much more. What I found unique about the room was that there was a remote on the nightstand that controls the lights and curtains, and the fact there is a television in the bathroom that also doubles as a mirror when turned off. The cafe and restaurants were very nice and spacious. The valet is very nice and all the staff who work there are very kind and nice. Simply elevated one-of-a-kind luxury experience.
