I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team at Conrad Jabal Omar, especially Md Sharif and Md Rajib Mia. They were extremely polite, hardworking, and attentive to every detail. Our room was always kept spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable throughout our stay. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their friendly attitude truly made a difference. Thank you, Md Sharif and Md Rajib Mia, for your outstanding service and dedication. You are a great asset to the hotel. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay! A big thank you especially to Mohamed Abdoulahim, who cleaned rooms 201, 202, and 203 impeccably. The rooms were always spotlessly clean and tidy. Mohamed is very attentive: he regularly checked in to ask if we needed anything and showed great kindness and professionalism. A truly lovely and dedicated person. We highly recommend this establishment thanks to staff members like him!

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Jabal Omar makkah. We stayed for 2 days, and it was very comfortable throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the location is excellent, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was good, the price was reasonable, and we really appreciated the possibility of a room upgrade, which made our stay even better. Special thanks to the amazing staff for their kindness and professionalism. They truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the partial haram view family room for 4 days in December 2025. These are the things families need to note: Rooms are excellent, but housekeeping service needs to be reminded to clean up room daily, even though the button/notice to make up room is switched on. The location is excellent and we opted to stay here instead of the clock tower (because of reviews saying multiple lifts needed to get to haram at clocktower). Note that the steps leading to the haram are condoned off and there is a slight incline to walk through to get to gate 79. While the facilities and food are excellent, the service can be better - breakfast we needed to find our own table twice and there was no cutlery once. We were not told about the executive lounge benefits when checking in, we asked about it in the middle of our stay - with this room, you get access to tea (2-4pm) and light dinner (06.30-10.30pm) for 2 adults and 2 kids (if you add on the executive lounge access when booking, which we did). All the staff at the executive lounge were very helpful and the food and drinks were great. This takes care of all meals during ones stay. Food at breakfast was excellent with a great variety but very busy from 9am. The service of the staff at concierge is excellent, special thanks to brother Rada Ismail for helping with all our luggage upon checkout. The guards are all very friendly and they love kids. I'm not sure whether the hotel has this, but a great add-on would be a kiddies play room or a babysitting service, for families with kids. Other than that, we will probably stay here again In Sha Allah.

Excellent location close to the Haram in Makkah . The family connecting rooms were perfect for us. Privacy and closeness. Mabrook kept the rooms clean and tidy at all times. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a full spread for every taste bud. The carrot juice is a winner. We will be returning to this hotel.

We stayed here for our umrah trip… we had an amazing experience. MashAllah.. Outstanding service This hotel has a unique vibe, which is amazing. The staff was really polite and welcoming. Really enjoyable experience! Super comfortable beds, an excellent shower, and gorgeous decor. The team was kind and usually smiling. They seemed really interested in making the visit satisfying. Manager Issam A big thank you to the manager for the warm hospitality and excellent management. Always approachable, helpful, and genuinely caring about guests’ comfort. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. and Raed were amazing .. Excellent service! He was very kind, friendly, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable the entire time. Really appreciated the positive attitude.

Pretty much my favourite hotel in all of Saudi Arabia at this point, mainly thanks to the service and the location. The staff is incredibly kind and considerate. Everyone including those working at the reception desk, the concierge and the breakfast managers, servers, hostesses and all other workers were tremendously accommodating and respectful. I would come back in a heartbeat if Allah grants me the means again.

I would especially like to recognise Muhammad Ali, the Manager, for his outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and memorable. His attentiveness, quick responses, and genuine care for guests truly set a high standard. Muhammad Ali is a credit to the Conrad team and greatly enhanced my experience at the hotel.
