The 15 Best Disney World Hotels

"At the Conrad Orlando, Hilton created a luxurious retreat to sink into after a day of coasters, characters, and crowds. Here, you can lounge by an eight-acre crystalline lagoon, indulge in world-class dining, and rejuvenate at a serene spa—all within a lush, tropical paradise just minutes from the city’s theme parks. While not officially on Disney property, this 20-acre luxe hotel sits less than three miles from Walt Disney World Resort and within 10 miles of Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando—making it ideal for travelers visiting all three of the area’s iconic attractions. There are also complimentary shuttle services that will take you to and from major attractions (like Disney). But, with two golf courses, an outdoor pool, access to a variety of complimentary water sports at Evermore Bay, and a slate of activities (from kid-sized fun to sound meditation sessions) and group classes (think yoga, spin, and boot camp), you may never leave the property. —Lisa A. We absolutely loved our stay here. The style is similar to the Conrad in Tulum, which is also an excellent property. Kylie made our stay feel welcome and happy. She's awesome by the way. The property is gorgeous and there is so much to explore. I love that it gave couple and business vibes. The villas are much more suited for families. Definitely try the pastries in the café. The absolute best almond croissant I've ever had!!! I can't wait to come back. There are so many great things about the property to mention. You just have to experience them. Not your typical American resort stay.

Google
We had such a great time at the Conrad. Eveything is 5 star. The grounds are perfection , front desk helpful, room service doesn’t miss a beat. We loved the nightly turn down service. Food and service at all restaurants and pool was delicious. Shout out to Allen in the front …He brought our bags to our room and chatted with us about the hotel. Throughout the week he remembered our girls names and always greeted us with happiness and great ideas for our day! We still Have 1 more day here but are counting down until the next time we can come Back! Great location close to Disney springs and parks! We will Be back :)

Google
My family stayed here during our vacation before going on a Disney cruise, using a free night reward, and we absolutely loved our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and our kids had so much fun at the pool and water slides. They also joined a scavenger hunt and were given bunny stuffed animals as a reward, which made their day. Although we didn’t get a chance to try the lagoon activities, the area looked peaceful and inviting. We’d love to come back for a future family vacation.

Google
I stayed 10 days at Conrad Orlando at Evermore, and overall it was a fantastic experience. Service: truly excellent. The staff was consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my entire stay. From check-in to daily interactions, the level of service made a real difference and exceeded expectations. Room: excellent in comfort, cleanliness, and design. While I would rate the room 4 out of 5 points, it was still very comfortable and well maintained—ideal for an extended stay. The room felt calm, elegant, and functional, with great housekeeping and attention to detail. The property itself is beautiful, well organized, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. After 10 days, I can confidently say this hotel delivers a high-end experience with outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando.

Google
My wife and I did a short staycation here and really liked it. Rooms are great. They were new, clean and modern. We also played golf at one of their courses and we really enjoyed that also. The staff was very nice and very helpful with absolutely everything. The downstairs bar was nice and Patrick was awesome. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. The restaurants that were attached or near by were nice but not great.

We are local to Orlando and just went for an overnite stay. It was the best service ever . Kameron at the front desk was able to upgrade our room and we were able to check in before check in time. The resort was very quiet this week so we we able to experience the resort with no crowds. It definitely felt special. We had dinner at Sophia’s and Tim was exceptional! Guest service at its very best! The food , wine, dessert and views made of a magical experience! We will definitely return when we can enjoy the pools.

Google
I don't understand the bad reviews. We stayed for 4 nights and it honestly felt heavenly from start to finish. The private lagoon alone is worth the trip—calm, crystal-clear, and stocked with kayaks, paddle boards, lifejackets, and floaties. Free rental of kayak and boards included with resort fee. Lagoon is not heated, but the main pool is perfectly warmed, making it super comfortable to swim even when the weather dips into the low 70s. The resort grounds are stunning. And the service? Top-tier. Poolside staff were on point, valet was smooth and fast, and daily housekeeping kept everything immaculate. Hospitality here actually feels like hospitality. Yes, it’s on the pricier side—$50 daily resort fee, $50 valet, and the food isn’t cheap. But gratuity is included on all food & beverage purchases, and honestly, the higher price keeps the crowds down. That’s part of what makes the whole place feel so serene and exclusive. Please don't turn this place to a day pass facility. If you want tranquility, beauty, and service that makes you feel taken care of, this resort delivers. We truly can’t say a single negative thing about our stay here.

Google
I can not begin to express how much we loved this resort! Not only was it beautiful, but it was also peaceful. It was such a welcomed surprise. We come to Orlando/Disney/Universal/Seaworld at least twice a year, and every time (no matter what hotel we choose) we're greeted with unattended kids running EVERYWHERE, as well as pets barking all throughout the night. This hotel not only didn't have that, but it seemed to be geared more towards Business & Couple Travel. We absolutely loved it!!! We already have our Orlando trips booked for 2026, and we are definitely staying at the Conrad for those trips. Also, the staff is top notch. Everyone we encountered was so nice! Kylie @ the front desk made our stay absolutely magical. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Yelp
This place is easily one of the nicest hotel properties I've ever stayed at. The rooms were clean and spacious. There are plenty of amenities. We had fantastic service from everyone we encountered when it comes to the hotel staff. My only minor complaint about this hotel is the fact that their market in the lobby that had gelato pastries, snacks, and drinks closed every night at 8 PM. It made it very inconvenient if you're looking for an evening snack and forced you to either rely on the minibar or their full service dining options . Although I didn't use the pool there lagoon was looked fantastic like a very relaxing place to hang out and just let some time pass

Yelp
We had an excellent experience at this resort. The lagoon was pristine, the service impeccable. Caring responsive staff quickly fulfilled all special requests above expectations! The rooms were immaculately clean, and the food room service was great as well! Highly recommend for families or couples. Lots to do with a nice gym, kayak options, multiple pool and splash pad options for the kids. We will definitely stay here again!

Yelp
This hotel/resort is just beautiful!! Big grand pool, locked down resort, and nice rooms. Unfortunately, though the hotel is new, there are many things that still need fixing I am a Hilton Honors member, and others in my group received a text from a "concierge" or "butler," I, however, did not receive this service. My rooms' AC, though it was put on its lowest setting of 65° was definitely not anywhere close to that temperature. In addition, the bathroom mirror had a lighting function that did not work whatsoever. I was not told there was a turn down service available, but it sounds like that was a well liked service. They apparently lay out your robe and slippers and some chocolate. There were many stalls in the ladies' public bathrooms that the locks did not work at all. I also heard of rooms with toilets that did not flush. The service also at times did not match the level that the resort reflects. On the other hand those that worked the bar area for our meeting were friendly and efficient. Overall nice resort but expected near perfection since it was a resort that only had been open for 3-6 months.

Yelp
Excellent stay! Great service and a fantastic room. I loved the shower as much as the lagoon! Very impressed by the bartenders and servers throughout Conrad Orlando!
google avatar

Colette E.

Yelp
Gorgeous architecture throughout the resort. The cleanliness was appreciated on the entire resort property and safety was a top priority with the storm though sadly prevented us swimming due to lightening. A few minor complaints is the shower water did not get hot, just mildly warm, and the valet was not very friendly and sent us to stand in the sun to wait for our car when we tried to stay in the shade. Highly recommend checking out Little Spoon and Sophia's. Both had great service and selection!

Yelp
This place is a dream!!! From the art on the walls to the never ending cartons of water, you'll have everything you could dream of. The rooms are very comfortable and the view of the pool and lagoon were breathtaking. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. Kirsten B, Tiffany (Sofia' Trattoria) and Mo (pool) made our experience phenomenal.
google avatar

Yelp
The Conrad Orlando was the biggest disappointment of a resort. The rooms were cold and beige, and there was no soap upon arrival. The walls were paper thin and the door had a huge gap in it so all you could hear were the dozens of kids running around. Papaya Club was the only highlight of the stay.

Yelp
First time staying at the newest Orlando Conrad . And WOOW I am beyond speechless of how AMAZING THIS PLACE IS . We did not felt in Orlando what's so ever it was literally vacationing in Los Cabo's Mexico, if you looking for a relaxing nice get away this is your place. I wish I could add more pictures but they don't do justice . Staff is unbelievable from the valet to the check in , the room presents to the staff around the premises. From the pool side I order wings and they are out of this work with a honey spicy sauce very similar to Korean wings and wow so so good. Everything about this place it's spectacular it's a must if you are in the Disney springs area. Worth every penny
google avatar

Charlie P.

Yelp
It's amazing we loved it!! The staff are incredible. The room is super spacious. Brand new feel. The lagoon is so fun and has free water sport rentals. Super clean. Great restaurants and lots of options. Shuttle is free to the Disney parks besides Disney Springs but that is a quick Uber. There is a free trolley around the resort as well. We got free Chocolates almost every day and unlimited waters. Only downside is no fridge in the hotel room but that's honestly it. Super kid friendly with a more shallow pool, and the lagoon is a walk out in certain spots. The Conrad guests have a private pool as well as access to all of the evermore resort. Not a crazy amount of screaming kids though compared to actual Disney resorts, so that was a huge plus. It's kid friendly without being completely kid centered. We Felt pampered the whole time. We rented a cabana which was very reasonable as well. Crib was available for the room if needed. The room was spacious as well and we got an update to have a balcony. It was amazing. Julia and Allen were especially helpful with tips for Disney. We will go back for sure!

Yelp
Wonderful and beautiful hotel that is relatively new as of this review in April 2024. Conrad Orlando is conveniently located just minutes from the Disney World parks so location wise it's very ideal if you want to enjoy the Disney Parks while in the comfort of a Hilton Conrad property. The hotel itself is very nice and well kept and clean. The lagoon on the 1st floor is very large and ideal for kayaking and paddle boarding and swimming. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean with all the furnishings of a beautiful hotel property. Parking is strictly valet and the workers are very polite. Plan on tipping them a few bucks each time you retrieve your car to drive in Orlando or when leaving the luxurious resort. The cafe inside of the hotel is called Little Spoon and pretty cool though my wife mentioned the service was just ok. Overall, our stay at Conrad was closer to a 4 but I'm upping my review to a 5 since the property is so new and nicely kept and bonus for the luxury bus shuttle to and from Disney World theme parks which was so convenient and saved us a lot of money on parking. Never have I been able to leave Disney World half way through the day and able to return back to the hotel from Magic Kingdom at around 5 for a few hours rest before heading back to the park to enjoy the fireworks and a few more rides at night. Well done and thank you to Conrad Orlando for helping our family enjoy our Spring Break 2024!

Yelp
This is a new property. It is AMAZING. It is contemporary, professional, stylish, and fresh. It does not matter why you come here: work, family, pleasure. Just come here! The staff is smart, energetic, and very enthusiastic to help. All amenities are TOP Notch. MaryKay Kohen leads Guest Experience. She and the staff have it all ready for you.

Yelp
Great hotel for a getaway. Too bad the ceida wasn't open when I went. Hopefully I make it there again

Yelp
We had a wonderful time in the Lagoon. Music was great! Beautiful hotel! Has all the bells and whistles! Refreshing drinks and very attentive staff. Had a great tasting chicken Cobb salad at The Grub bar restaurant. My family and I really enjoyed our weekend here! Will definitely be back very soon.
google avatar

Yelp
I really wanted to love this hotel, but I was not impressed at all. The lobby and public areas are beautiful. However, our room was very lack luster. It was not clean for a 5 star hotel. There was sticky areas on the tv stand and there was lots of dust. Also, I was incidentally charged for two days worth of buffet food purchases. I had to continuously call the property back after receiving several inaccurate folio e-mail receipts. For the price, the Conrad is not worth the hype. Don't be fooled by the outside exterior or hotel clientele. The Evermore property is a better choice. There are several other hotels in the vicinity that far exceed Conrad with lower rates. Make sure you check out at the desk to avoid incidental charges.

Yelp
My wife and I went there for our anniversary weekend. The grounds and room were very nice! We rented a daybed by the pool on Saturday and that was a very mixed bag. The ambiance was great with live music. I think we were the only ones who rented one of the daybeds though. The not so good: - we paid 200 for the day bed plus taxes and a forced gratuity. Total came out to almost $270 -we were greeted by pleasant staff and a server who said he would be personally taking care of us and we never saw him again in the 5 hours we were there. -another server ended up helping us out with drinks but we had to flag them down each time. Over 5 hours we were only able to get 3 drinks and some food. Not the experience we were expecting. -the pool food was under cooked (gyoza bites were raw) and the burger was meh and soggy. -when the bill came they auto included gratuity on top of the food and drinks as well. ** I'm fine with tipping for good service but they auto included a tip for the daybed (so you expect attention) and not getting the advertised experience and then them again auto including a tip on the food and drinks (for two people?) felt like we way overpayed for this place. I would not recommend the daybed rentals. Just use the standard chairs instead. If the hotel removed the automatic gratuity and lowered the daybed rental cost I might come back as the servers were obviously not financially motivated to do their job..

Yelp
Island time, I did not feel like I was in Orlando! Truly a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to go back! The pool, the bar, the swings, the lagoon. The water was perfect temperature & the weather was amazing
google avatar

Dane N.

Yelp
You have no option but to use paid valet for parking, please be aware the hotel will try to say they are not responsible for the condition of the car. The valet drivers also like to test out the abilities of YOUR vehicles, so have a dash cam or a OBD scanner that notifies you of hard acceleration & braking. I wouldn't recommend this venue simply for the fact that the parking situation is entirely on the hotel, and that the valet staff are often mistreating the customers vehicles. Nice spot though and close to amusement and food.

Shari W.

Yelp
Very Upscale Worth Every dime... The most beautiful hotel you'll be absolutely impressed and pleasantly satisfied. Superb and stunning property...

Yelp
Update: it's been 28 days since we have tried to resolve our bill dispute with this company and they have ignored us after telling us we will inaccurately billed and after they had us submit all the paperwork needed via email.

Kathleen G.

Yelp
Went to the spa and what a wonderful experience. You go in an hour early to enjoy the gardens and facilities. Had a massage with Sylva, she was wonderful. Then walked around the resort and crystal lake. The whole experience is just a notch above everywhere else.
google avatar

Yelp
My fiancé and I had a recent two nights stay at the Conrad Orlando hotel and loved it! The lagoon is breath taking once you enter the hotel. The staff was so friendly and willing to help and answer all our questions. Food at Ceiba was amazing the ambiance alone is worth checking out! The hotel room was beautiful! The bed was super comfy too! I highly recommend checking out this lovely hotel in Orlando I mean it when I say it's not a typical hotel. I felt like I was in an Oasis and didn't feel like I was in Orlando felt like I was on an island ! The spa was top notch again everyone is so friendly and helpful durning the spa visit. We got the couples massage and facials and they were soooo nice then we got to enjoy the spa garden and relax in the cold plunge and the warm spa pools! The meditation chairs were so relaxing as well along with the steam room and sauna!! Book your stay here! You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
This new resort in LBV far outshines the ones Disney is offering next door. The crystalline pool/lake is amazing. Margaritaville planned to put one but they cheaped out. This innovative and trendy resort will sure to be a go to for visitors in the area. Good luck, Conrad‼

Yelp
We stayed this memorial day weekend. I have to say the housekeeping staff is literally clueless. They were slamming the doors because they were leaving the deadbolts out and I went over and showed them. She did not speak English, so I pointed to the deadbolt pointed to my ears and she just smiled. So that made me think she was doing it on purpose. I called the front desk. Let them know. They might need to provide some education....later that evening while we were at dinner I received a call from the housekeeping supervisor letting me know that it was engineering that was doing the slamming of doors and not Housekeeping...first of all she should've taken responsibility because I physically saw Housekeeping and engineering was not there....earlier in the day I had to have engineering come to my room I know exactly what they carry in the cart and they were not in the room that the housekeeper was in slamming the door next to us! So our closet light stayed on and shown bright all night! I was also told by engineering that this was a known problem with the closet lights....when we came back from dinner, which I have to tell you was horrible. The short ribs at the Italian restaurant were extremely fatty. Risotto was bland and no greens offered. Guess what, after dinner housekeeping was providing turn down service which was overshadowed by the fact that the deadbolt was out on one of the doors as we were walking by and of course, the housekeeper was going in and out, and letting it slam again the walls are paper, thin, and you could literally hear it like a hammer. So for over $750 a night this is not a five star hotel three at the best. The pool service is awful no staff! The lagoon walls are covered in scum, not clean! A line of mold starting to form about a foot down from the sand edge in The lagoon. Not Disney standards Hilton! Definitely like an Omni feel...oh, no ice, no microwave, no mini fridge!

P L.

Yelp
Stayed in the Conrad in April, was so disappointed I didn't even bother to write a review. However, after just returning from Europe and staying in a true 5-star hotel, felt I had to convey that this is false advertising to call The Conrad a 5-star experience. It is nothing near...IYKYK. Clean and new and staff was friendly which was appreciated, but the amenities were non existent. Our 'woodland view' was the parking lot with the trees in the background. Really?? No ice, no fridge, and food was expensively overpriced. This hotel is at best a 3 star. Our advice? The Conrad should drastically drop their prices until they can bring this hotel up to par. Was sorely disappointed we spent what we hoped to be a fun gateway at this hotel. Save your money, not worth it.

Christa B.

Yelp
The lack of service is shocking. I paid $263 for a daybed by the lagoon. That included an 18% gratuity, but I have no idea why I'm paying a gratuity because no one comes by to take orders. Even if you walk to the bar, they won't deliver food or drinks to you. The menu is very limited and good luck if you are looking for gluten free options, they can't even provide a gluten free bun. At this price point, I expected significantly better.

Brittany W.

Yelp
I will try to keep this has short as possible but I need to stress... for anyone looking to spend money at this price point and looking for a 5 star experience - you're going to be disappointed. This is absolutely not a 5 star resort - it is a 4 on a good day. And I've stayed at better 4's. Part of the reason my be because this hotel is so new and they are working out the kinks. But it is a pretty expensive price point to miss so many basic marks. The grounds are really pretty - there's a huge lagoon with kayaks. Very fun concept and it was untimately why we decided to go. But there's no service at the pool or the beach so you're going to have to get everything yourself. Also there's no one that is clearing your dirty cups or dishes either so everything just piles up until the end of the day when they clean the grounds. The food and the drinks are good but everything is also very very pricey and there is an 18% gratuity added to every single thing you purchase so there's no incentive for anyone to go the extra mile because they are getting paid either way. Felt a little chaotic at times but the hotel didn't seem that busy based on the ease of finding pool and lagoon chairs. A five star hotel has your car ready when you call valet 30 minutes before you head down for check out. This valet had us waiting another 20 minutes for our car. The rooms were large. Much larger than most hotel Rooms which was nice to have with 4 people and new. If you want more pillows or towels be prepared to wait over an hour for them. I also thought the beds were quite firm but that is a preference and to each their own. All in all I think this could be a really great resort but they have a ways to go. I don't think I'm going to be the last person who is confused about the price point and lack of service. If you're going to call yourself 5 Star and charge at the price point this hotel charges you better be able to deliver or you're going to have a lot of really upset people. If I were you... I would go to another resort. This was a huge miss for me and there are just better options.

Taylor H.

Yelp
G at the spa is the best. From the start of my service she made me feel so welcome! The mani / pedi was excellent and just the relaxation I needed! I highly recommend visiting her.

Mindy W.

Yelp
housekeeping staff has not learned how to open and close doors. They put the deadbolt out and they let the door slam continuously. It was very hard to rest. I received a call later after I let the front desk know that Housekeeping was doing this from the housekeeping supervisor telling me that it was engineering doing it, however they did not know that I walked over to the next room and saw that it was Housekeeping engineering was not there, we had engineering in our room. I know exactly who they are because the closet light would not turn off all night long and 11 o'clock at night. I was not waiting for engineering to come because they said it was a known issue that the sensors were bad that evening was a terrible dinner , it was all fat so I'm not gonna say it's terrible because if you like really fatty meat then you would've liked it. I saw Housekeeping doing the same thing again Service deadbolts out and they were letting the door slam shut. It was very loud for a five star hotel this is absolutely unacceptable. They are way overpriced. Food is mediocre. There is not enough staff. I was also told that they are still trying to hire and a lot of people are new but when they won't take responsibility for their staff and they try to blame it on another department with Eyes and Housekeeping right now this place is going downhill very fast!!!
