Conrad Sanya Haitang Bay

Wanda reign was a perfect stay for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Haitang bay is a great beach to sit and watch the waves and it was not crowded at all. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. The staff here were terrific. Helpful in every way, especially Danny and Fanny who were available at all times to answer questions and help us set up things to do. Highly recommend

Super nice and relaxing resort I would recommend us to anyone to staff are so responsive and pleasant and will go out of their way to make your trip as memorable as possible. The staff even recommended a free photo shoot for us which was just great and we had a 24 seven on the call assistant named Abby to support thank you so much for making our trip in Sanya amazing 

Very helpful staffs, good rates during dragonboat festival, not much noise and crowd which is great. The outdoor pool was heated which was great and comfortable.. connects to the other Wanda hotel which is bigger (apartment style hotel) where we had the photoshoot inclusive in the room package. Room was huge and the personalized butler is very proactive to needs. Lovely stay - I would recommend this!

We rented a villa with a private pool. The location is splendid, and the common areas are of a high standard. The villa is well-maintained but showing its age. The pool lacks a sufficient pump to keep it clean. During our stay, the garden was not well-kept, with dead flowers everywhere. The breakfast was decent but nothing exceptional. The staff was friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at wanda reign. Originally we only planned to stay for 1-2 nights but ended up staying for our whole 5 day trip. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Beautiful views from the lobby, luxurious villas with private pool, great pool near the beach etc. What we really liked was how private the resort feels. A lot of the other resorts are full of people and there is almost no privacy, that is completely different here.The other major plus was the service. From the moment we checked in Alex helped to upgrade us to a private villa, helped to arrange toys for our 1 year old, arranged for food to be delivered to the house etc. He made us feel very welcome and was a great help.Also barry from the concierge service was great. Always helping to arrange buggies to bring us to different places. Very friendly and professional. We also like to thank the hostess at the breakfast (unfortunately we didn’t get her name). She made us feel welcome and understood our preferences after a few days which was great. Last but not least we like to thank 梁俊豪 from the lobby bar. He makes great cocktails but what really impressed us was his service mindset! He is very proactive and thinks for us, very detail oriented. Thanks all for a great stay! We will be back.

Very nice hotel with good location. magnificent hotel decoration. The two bedroom villa is just incredible for a family stay. Very good breakfast. Very friendly reception staff.one point to improve for Europeans: no one speaks English at reception. Thank you for this superb stay.

This hotel have excellent service as i expected. Villas, were really good, surrounded by the greenery which was excellent for nature lover and breakfast was good too. I went there with my family and they loved it. Staff were also very friendly and polite. Rooms were really good for groups or families.
