Conrad Xiamen

Great experience staying at the Conrad Xiamen which is unmistakably THE landmark in Xiamen, with the iconic twin towers! ||Checking-in at the 38th floor makes the entire arrival experience even more impressive with the breathtaking views of the sea!||It is regrettable we missed catching the name of the young gentleman who assisted us with our check-in. He displayed exceptional hospitality, patience and also provided tips on our planned visit to Gulangyu. We arrived slightly early and are truly grateful that we could be accommodated an earlier check-in. First impressions means a lot and he definitely ensured that we had a great start to our short getaway in Xiamen and at the Conrad Xiamen!||The King Deluxe City room we had was luxuriously spacious with equally breathtaking views though our room did showed a bit of age in some areas. ||Location was favourable with Sha Po Wei within walking distance while Didi rides were inexpensive with reasonable travelling time from Gaoqi airport and to the different popular places we visited including Zhongshan Road. ||A shoutout to the Concierge team on the ground floor too. We felt especially welcomed and they never once failed to acknowledge us when we were leaving or returning to the hotel.||It has been an absolute pleasure staying at the Conrad Xiamen and we truly appreciate the generous and genuine hospitality. Thank you!

Extend my stay in Xiamen, reserved Conrad as its location with stunning view of the ocean. Spacious bedroom and bathroom are truly amazing but the view...speechless!!!|Indoor pool and gym...essential and good enough for me. Breakfast with local dishes...yummy. Must mentioned Joni from Front desk and Kobe from Concierge...so sincere and helpful with their professionalism!!! Appreciate...

My one-night business stay at the hotel was smooth and efficient. The hotel’s location offered easy access to key business venues, and the check-in process was prompt and professional. I stayed in a Deluxe Sea-view Double Room, which delivered stunning views and a quiet, high-floor setting—ideal for unwinding after meetings.

Conrad is one of our favorite hotel brands, given we previously stayed in NY, London, and Tokyo, we definitely look forward to our stay over a long weekend.. Room: very spacious, around 660 sq ft, equipped with separate bathroom, washroom and shower, walk-in closet.. mini bar and nespresso coffee is free of charge Breakfast: - comes free with the room, good variety, with both Western and Chinese choices.. must try the Xiamen noodles which is a local specialty.. - unfortunately their 3 coffee machines don’t seem to function properly during our stay.. it’s either running out of milk or unable to make any coffee other than black / Americano Service: - housekeeping did a great job cleaning and tidying our rooms - concierge gave good tips on how to take ferry to the island 鼓浪嶼 Although Conrad is not next to any subway stations, we could easily hail cabs and travel anywhere within Xiamen for less than ¥30! We enjoyed our stay, and definitely find this hotel excellent value for money!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in xiamen and I would like to take a moment to recognize Amanda at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Amanda went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and efficient.

Bad experience, 1st time stay also will be my last. 1, bad check in experience (GSA face didn’t have any expression) no any explanation for room n also didn’t mention breakfast at all too. 2. After stay in the water pressure got prob very slow then call 3 times to FD n 3rd time only pick up my call then offer to change room. 3. We change to new room bt the light keep auto on n off for 1st night and I didn’t ask to change room cos I tot bulb issue so is ok . 2nd night horrible ,the curtain auto close n open. But can be said Hotel room view is nice and also location . Hope their GSA can be train be more professional as this is 5 star hotel n price alsp not cheaper.

Unfortunately during my check in today for a 3 days in Conrad, I would say this is a very run down hotel. Room is old and smells sheets and bed smells even the corridor along the way smells old and smelly. If I would have another chance I would not have selected this hotel. If you’re coming here for a trip to see Xiamen, staying here will make you feel Xiamen is very rundown and old.

Isabella is indeed very very friendly and very helpful. I’m a person that chat understand Chinese and she was being super helpful by recommending me nice restaurant and assist in receiving package . She indeed a value and gem in a haystack . Conrad should really value her and promote her . She deserve better role
