So we stopped here on accident while in town. We thought we were going to the restaurant, then realized once we ordered that this was the market with just a couple tables. Out of towner mistake. The staff treated us with such great service I couldn't have had a better experience. We'd never had crab like this being from Ohio, and the manager sat with us and showed us how to properly crack and take them apart. She was so kind and fun. My son his friends and I ordered a bunch of random stuff, and a dozen crab. She and the staff probably got a kick out of how wrong we were doing it but the laughs made up for all of it. They walked us through what stuff was, what to eat, how to eat it, and turned the mistake of not going to the traditional restaurant into an amazing first time Maryland Crab experience. Thank you for making our evening fun and thank you for the delicious food. I'd give them 6 starts if possible!

This place was great! We visited Maryland and stopped by. The aesthetic of this restaurant was on point, they even had a playground for the kiddos! Our waiter, Lauren, was a great help. Our food was a little bit on the long side, but it was good. We got the oysters which were fantastic. We also got the birria tacos, which had a rich flavor, and we got a burger and a buttermilk chicken sandwich, and they were both amazing. The prices were a little high, but I mean what isn’t in this economy. We also got the signature dessert which I’m forgetting, but it was pretty good. All pf you guys should come and visit this place.

$1 Crabs from Conrad's Crabs was absolutely divine! Customer service was truly exceptional. The establishment was immaculately clean, and everything was remarkably fresh. I will definitely be returning for more! 😋 Thank you!

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased cold crabs from Conrad's in Parkville, and when I got home and opened the bag, I was flabbergasted. Almost EVERY crab was cracked, and 1 dozen out of 3 were damaged to the point that they should've been trashed. I called and spoke with a manager, Kyla, as well as sent pictures and let her know that I could return the damaged crabs, but she tried to convince me that this was normal and ok and would not give me any kind of refund or even a discount on a future purchase. I have purchased cold crabs for YEARS and NEVER saw ANYTHING LIKE THIS!!! Needless to say, I am DONE with Conrad's. I would have rated NO STARS, but 1 star is the minimum. Pictures attached.

I don’t know what is going on with Conrad’s, they used to be the best. Lately, they don’t clean their fish properly or remove foreign objects from them either. The guy who descaled my fish left the hook in the mouth. A long line was coming out the mouth. I was like what is that and it was a hook. Fish are caught with a hook but the fish munger should take them out when they are visible. When I called they said it happens. Imagine not being curious and throwing it in the pot. What if one of my children ate that! In damned if I go back and I really caution others to really look at your fish before cooking.

Wes and Brent were awesome wait and bar staff. Very welcoming and the conversation flowed smoothly. The drinks were so on point! And the Food?!? If you’re a sea food person, this is the place for you! Amazing oysters, shrimp and crabs!!! The best seafood I have ever had!! Highly recommend you stop by if you’re in the area! If not, you’re definitely missing out!! Huge thanks to Wes and Brent!!!

Posting on behalf of my spouse! The young lady who took my order was very pleasant. The food was ready when I arrived for pickup. And the taste has been fabulous since day one! We also have the loyalty card and it was right on point as my wife loves a Maryland crab cake. The buy one get one free offer gets us every time!

WOW. Honestly. This is one of my favorite crave spots in Maryland. I’ve been shopping with them for a while now and was craving them recently. I had a long day at work yesterday and decided to drive there for 7 , 8$ XL males on the special. The worse crabs I’ve had in a while. Not a lot of seasoning, meat was very soft and they tasted old . Some weren’t even XL imo.. Turned me completely off smh . Even on specials , y'all have to satisfy the customers .

The crabs are fresh. I also bought some MD jumbo lump crab meat from there and the customer service is excellent.

I recently visited Conrad's Crabs & Seafood Market in Parkville, MD, for the first time over the weekend, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing across the board. First and foremost, the customer service left much to be desired. The young man at the register was neither welcoming nor accommodating. As a first-time customer, I was hoping for a bit more guidance or at least a friendly attitude, but instead, the interaction felt entirely transactional. When I asked for clarification about the menu, I didn't feel like my questions were valued or addressed with any kind of enthusiasm. Additionally, I inquired about a price discrepancy between what was listed on the website and the price shown on the television screen in the store. The young man asked a coworker about the difference, and her response was simply that the website hadn't been updated. She made no effort to adjust the price or even notify a supervisor, which struck me as unprofessional and dismissive of the situation. Despite the lack of customer service, I decided to go ahead and pay the listed price. When I received my food, it came out in less than 4 minutes, which struck me as odd--especially since I expected the crabs to be cooked fresh. The young lady behind the counter explained that they had just had a batch come out, and since they had been busy all day, they were anticipating a rush. However, when I got home and tried the crabs, they were cold and clearly not fresh, which was a huge letdown. In the end, I was completely disappointed with the overall experience, from the lack of customer care to the quality of the food. Given how many other seafood spots offer both better service and fresher food, I won't be returning to Conrad's, and I can't recommend it to others.

My sister highly recommended this place to me and they not did she disappoint. I ordered their Sunday special of crab cakes and they were so good & a pretty decent size. I look forward to trying other things from their menu.

My son & niece graduated and we decided to have a cookout for them. And what's a cookout in Baltimore without crabs. I didn't want to chance not getting good crabs so I came to the spot that I know.. Conrad's. We purchased a bushel, we probably didn't need that much as the crabs were big and full. The Team members were very helpful and my order did t take long as a called ahead. Everyone at the cookout was pleased with the crabs as well.

Love me some Conrad's , some of the best seafood I've ever put in my mouth, you got to get there early. or call ahead, they are always packed, but the wait is worth it, I've been eating from Conrad's for a few years, some if the best money I've ever spent

Went here with my sister for some crabs and some great vibes and drinks. We were NOT disappointed. The crabs were excellent and yummy. The drinks were flowing and they were so delicious. We also had the mussels and the calamari. Chef's kiss. Our server, I totally forgot her name but she was so sweet and accommodating. Best server. I wish I had her name. The vibes were awesome and we sat outside on a warm, sunny day which was like icing on the cake. One of my favorite places to get crabs. Go check it out! You won't be disappointed.

The best seafood market in town!! It's the perfect place for take out with a huge menu full of great seafood options. Various specials throughout the week, too. Can never go wrong with the crab cakes or the half cream of crab half maryland crab soup! Always place your order before pickup because it makes it quicker. Inside the market, there is fresh fish over ice.

We've gotten to-go crab cakes, shrimp salad, etc and really enjoyed the food. For my birthday, my husband decided to get steamed crabs, which I love because I'm from the eastern shore. I worked in a crab house and know how they should taste/be prepared. We spent a lot of money on a dozen X-large and the crabs were blackened (kinda like they had been either overcooked or left in a steam pot too long), had very little seasoning (seemed it had been burned off), lukewarm (should have been hot if they were freshly steamed), and the meat was very mushy. I only ate 3 before I gave up. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

This is our first time trying Maryland's famous crabs. We are impressed by the crab cake's freshness - it is baked perfectly and wonderfully seasoned. The shrimp tacos and crab dip that we got are good, except that they can be quite dense, so they are difficult to finish, especially in one sitting. The crab dip is more mostly out of cream cheese and we thought it could use some onions to tone down its heaviness. The store attendants were kind and offered utensils when we requested for some. It would be great if they can add utensils or ask customers upon handing them their takeouts. The indoor area has an impressive selection of fresh seafood; however, the store had a strong raw scent that may create discomfort amongst customers who are not used to such an intense smell.

Conrads staff makes it a pleasure to pickup dinner there. The cashier today has a customer that needed questions explained several times. She did so very professionally. When it was my turn I complimented her on handling that situation. The food is always hot and amazing. My go to place for food !

Best seafood in town , always fresh and priced fairly in comparison to market prices. Locations are spaced conveniently around Baltimore so no matter what side of town you're coming from or going to you can easily pick up an order for home or guests.

Phenomenal crab cakes!!! It is a fresh fish market. They have great choices of fish. We only tried crab cakes and they are all crab. I think 5 oz in each one. One of the best I have had.

Conrad's is a great place to get crabs. If you're in that area. What's not great is the parking situation... What's even worse are the Karens I encounter almost every time I go there. There's always one, and they don't work there. Like the one who came in after me and then accused me of cutting in line. Ugh, what is it with entitled, middle-aged pale women in this area? I'm going to do everything in my power to not end up like them, lol. These things aren't inherently Conrad's fault - staff is really nice and the crabs are always good. I genuinely go to Parkville Crabs more often though because they have normal parking there and a less high maintenance crowd.

Great crabs for carry out. We like the jumbos best so we check to see if they have any - if they do, they are the best. Unfortunately they are not always available.

This was one of the best Valentine meals we have ever had in 17 years. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh - not fishy. We ordered the "Valentine's Day Special" - Soup, salad, cheesecake, asparagus, potatoes and your entree choice. I ordered rockfish topped with crab imperial - husband ordered chesapeake chicken with crab imperial on top.

Had the dollar crabs. Ordered for pick up. They were ready upon arrival. No complaints about the service or location's cleanliness. They were dollar crabs sonnorhing fancy just affordable.

Crabs are good.. seasoning on the crabs is good too. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to try any of the hot food items except for getting the Conrad's salad a few times. Which is very good. They have daily specials and dollar crabs on certain days. You can order online and pick it up. Service is always good. The people are very friendly. It's clean and big, they have a big parking lot, along with an overflow lot. I've been on the weekend and it's always been crowded , but with the online ordering and fast service, you barley wait long.

This place is my go to, but lately they've been slipping. First upset a few weeks ago I got the large female special. I stood on the side to check my order those crabs were not large at all. I pulled one out and asked the worker what size it looked like, she said medium. I told her I ordered large. She went back to get some mediums and we compared, mine were the same size as the mediums. She took my bag to the back. It was taking a while and I didn't know what they were doing so I asked for a refund. She said they were measuring my crabs and we just had some bad examples because they were mostly measuring as large. I wanted a refund. They were very polite and customer service was great. Today we order the jumbo males and corn. The crabs were for the most part pretty good. However we were missing the claws on quite a few, one crab was light and one claw was all cracked up missing meat? I mean for almost $200 bucks I want all my claws and all my crabs heavy. On top of that my corn was raw and not cooked. Smh I guess thet were rushing due to the holiday. I usually give them 5 stars but I have not been a happy customer lately. 2 stars due to customer service.

The food was sooo tasty and the counter associates are very efficient and helpful. It was my first time at Conrad's but it definitely will not be my last. I'm going to be a regular happy customer of Conrad's Crabs & Seafood Market - Parkville.

We were first timers; had a great time. Server Paige was spot on. She confessed to being relatively new but did an excellent job. Crabs were piping hot and delicious. Had a coupon for a free 1/2 lb of steamed shrimp, also delicious. Cold beer, spicy steamed crabs, first rate service. The manager stopped by the table to check on us. You don't see that anymore. Couldn't ask for more.

I received crabs from Conrad's as a gift to me and my family on this hot summer evening. My mother gifted them to us. She was told that the crabs were indeed "large" but they were clearly medium crabs. Her words are as followed: I ordered 2 dozen large males today 8/11/22, I received medium males measuring 5 1/2" to 6". When I questioned the size, I was informed by manager that these were the "large size for today". Seriously! Clearly your website does not advertise the size I received as large. This practice disrespected me as a customer. I only accepted them because I promised my granddaughters steamed crabs from Conrad's. I traveled the beltway from exit 20 to pick them up. I have other choices closer to exit 20 and also Don's next door to you. As for the taste, they were seasoned appropriately but definitely smaller than expected

Wanted to get some crabs for Farther's Day. I always wanted to try Conrad's, heard great things about there crabs. They did not disappoint at all. I ordered online, called to check status. The person on phone was very helpful and pleasant. When I went to pick up they had a tent outside, you had to go in and pay, and they bring the crabs out. Was very organized for a busy holiday. The crabs were very good, seasoned well, and nice size. I will be going back again.

Ard y'all, y'all know how in Philly we are known for our cheesesteaks? There's arguably a debate who has the best cheesesteak in Philly (that's another topic for another time) but Conrad's in B-More is arguably one of MY favorite places to get a crab cake and fresh blue crabs. My husband is a blue crab fanatic. So, we are always on the hunt for FRESH, HEAVY, SWEET BLUE CRABS. Besides New Orleans (N.O,) there's no blue crab better than a B-More Blue Crab. Conrad crab cakes (CC) are ALL LUMP and no FILLERS. It's sweet and never dry. Nothing grinds my gears more than getting a crab cake dry on the outside and middle. Conrad has perfected their CC. Inside the middle it seems to be some secret creamy goodness that makes every bite a dream. I'm not lying!!! Now, let me just say, B-more has a lot of establishment with yummy CC's. One day I'll do a review on my top five. Until then, Conrad's No.1. It's not a restaurant to sit in. It's a grab and go fish market/restaurant (the only con cause I like to sit and eat lol.) Needless to say, they serve Blue Crab all year round. I love that because it's hard to find them (not hollow) when they're out of season. B-More seasoning is so good too. Between B-More and N.O it's tied with flavors to me. Their Cream of Crab soup is good too. I've become a fan of Lake Trout and they sale it. They clean it and I cook it at home. It's similar to Whitening. It fries really well. It gets 'crispy super crispy. The service is good it's just very busy but they have a good system to make sure your order is correct. If you can't visit they ship there CC's which is a plus for those that don't like to hit the road. However, we are a bit different. We travel for food! We are there multiple times a year. I was born and raised in Baltimore. GREW UP EATING CRABS ! Last night my 3 Cousins and I ate Crabs at Conrad's . Fantastic experience .. Then Crabs were Deliciosso! Meaty , steamed to perfection. Our server was attentive and friendly. She was always some where That was accessible. We spent 2 plus hours there. Eddie, my first cousin Devoured 10 crabs. My youngest cousin ate 2 Hard Shell Crabs . The Piece de resistance was. Chocolate Cupcake Coveted in Technicolor Cremes . Both Decadent and Delicious. I received a gift box of crab cakes in the mail yesterday. The ice packs were only partially frozen and the cakes themselves were not frozen or even cold. I called about the order and was told the cakes were 'fine.' When I commented that no one would feel comfortable eating lukewarm seafood through the mail, I was told again that the shipping box was good for 56 hours. Maybe it is and maybe it isn't, but I'm still not going to eat seafood that doesn't arrive cold. I don't know much about this place and they may offer wonderful seafood, but be wary about shipping gift boxes. Also be aware that 'customer satisfaction' is not a primary concern. UPDATE: In the interest of fairness, I wanted to share that after some deliberation I decided to try the crab cakes. Turns out they were EXCELLENT - - best ones I've ever had! While I wish my telephone interactions with Conrad's had been more positive and less dismissive, I have to give credit to their outstanding product. I am changing my review from 1 to 4 stars.

Loyal customer here. Conrad's is my go to fishmonger for oysters, crabs & fresh fish. I have never had their prepared foods but we love to cook at home and it is hard to find good fresh fish. They have great selection of whole fishes and they do a great job of cleaning/preparing. The staff is phenomenal here and has been since they started in this location. Helpful, courteous, and hard workers.

Conrad's are our go-to place to order crabs. Call ahead because this place is always busy! And the service is friendly. You can purchase crab mallets here and don't forget to ask for the paper roll/paper table cover to use at home. Their parking lot is pretty small and crowded so heads up.

I'm all about the $2.50 spicy fish tacos on Wednesdays, but beyond that, this is the quintessential seafood spot in the Towson/Parkville area. Solid prices, amazing fresh selection, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Such a good vibe - especially during the holidays when you can pick up some crab shell ornaments and other goodies. My absolute favorite crab house, they never disappoint! The crabs are always hot, fresh, heavy and tasty! This is my go-to spot! The service is always pleasant and it's decorated exactly how a crab house looks!

After enjoying Fish and Chips several times at a neighboring establishment, We decided to try Conrad's Crabs for their Friday Special of "FISH-N-CHIPS ONLY $6.99! - Generous portion of fresh fried fish served with Chesapeake fries." So, we ordered two meals for pick-up. The ordering and pick-up was easy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, we were totally disappointed in the meals. The fish were over battered and heavy, not lightly battered, and tasted fishy. And, I would not call them a generous portion. I am not sure what Chesapeake fries are, but these French fries were regular-looking, limp and lukewarm. We won't be coming back for Fish-N-Chips. We have had better elsewhere.

They have average tasting crabs.Hit or miss. Sometimes they are a great size, fresh and tasty.

Our party of 7 just spent an extremely fun evening tonight at Conrad's Crab and Seafood. The steamed crabs were large and as full as any crabs I've ever eaten. The cream of crab soup and crab cakes were delicious also. The service was perfect. The servers were attentive and were always there with drink refills before we needed them. I highly recommend Conrad's for your crab cravings.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The crab cake sandwichs were delicious and the chips were excellent we did not know what to expect and we were very happy with our order. The food didn't take too long to come out. There was plenty of spaces to park. I will definitely be going back there again soon.

I am about 40 minutes away from this place but I kept on seeing my friends liked this place on Facebook. So one day, out of the blue, even though I had 2 go to crab places much closer, I decided to give this place a try. Surely if I had friends willing to drive this far for crabs, it must be special. Well, I wasn't disappointed! The crabs are always steamed fresh and they catch their own! I've been here twice since and both times, i see their trucks bringing their catch of the day. And their specials are really special. Follow them on Facebook and check their specials. Sometimes they have buy 2 Dozen, get 2 Dozen free deals. I've eaten enough crabs to know what crabs are going for and it is a great deal. So far, the crabs have all been fully packed. I don't know if they check each crabs but whatever it is they do, I hope they keep it up.

Conrads will NEVER let you down! An amazing location to get some great crabs all year around. Our only reason in visiting and ordering with Conrad's is for their crabs. We're used to Southern Maryland street side crab trucks with fresh caught crabs. Conrad's is perfect. For real! Every single time we've ordered, we haven't been disappointed. We have family in the Outer Banks, Southern Maryland, Baltimore, and crabbers all over so we're used to having some good crabs. Conrad's has delivered every. single. time! We HIGHLY recommend! The ONLY negative we could find is their parking situation. Very small parking lot but they do have a secondary parking lot off the the east side to assist in relieving the lot pressure. Go! Eat! Enjoy! Conrad's is phenomenal.

Delicious crabs! And bonus points for speedy service and extra bonus points for their staff all promoting holiday cheer with Santa hats. I was looking for crabs to share with my family. They were craving Maryland blue crabs and Maryland blue crabs they got! I found these on a sale with buy 2 dozen and get a half dozen free. Bought 4 dozen with a free dozen tossed in. These are packed in a Styrofoam box for easier travel and then in a cardboard box. I got a few ice bags at a dollar each that were helpful. The staff provided pretty good instructions that the box should stay open until cool or the crabs will keep cooking so I did then tossed the ice packs in. It would have been helpful to have some help getting the box in my car but I managed so no harm no foul. The crabs were great though there were some that were empty or dead. I did expect this though hoped to avoid it based on a couple of reviews that claimed each crab is hand weighed to remove the duds so just sharing here for awareness. The crabs did travel well though. Logistics: tried ordering on the site but some timeout issue kept happening so I called my order in which was fast. They gave a time estimate and I got there around 20min or so later and waited maybe another 10 min but not bad. Everyone is expected to wear a mask. You go in one door and it's supposed to be limited in number of people. There might be too many staff clustered in one place but customers were like 6 at a time. You place your orders then wait outside with your receipt. When your order is ready, they come out to call your name and you pick up your order at curbside.

Went there yes to get a dozen of large male crabs, shrimp and corn and was disappointed. The shrimp and corn was good however the crabs were trash. They were definitely not large....mediums at best, the seasoning was nasty, barely any meat and the crabs were mushy. I truly believe they knew they weren't large males but since it was the holiday weekend and they knew people would want them so they sold them at an increased price even though they were not the correct size. I will never spend my money with Conrad's ever in life !

A go-to place for crabs. *note take-out only* zero done-in option If you're going to be in a 1-hour radius of baltimore, you've gotta go to Conrad's. I've eaten here several times and have yet to be disappointed. They have daily specials- like $1.50 smalls on x day, and $2.50 mediums on another day. Crabs are brought in every am, so it's always fresh. Sometimes grainy crabs, but unusual to get a grainy one. This time was the first time that I have gotten a single "dud" crab- it was not fresh, and when cooked was dark brown and the belly was dark brown, and smelled off. Usually they will throw in an extra crab to make up for such instances should they occur- but not this time. (Disappointing) Don't be surprised if some crabs are missing claws. Again, usually they throw in a bonus crab to offset this. I don't know if they've decided to stop adding the bonus crab, but they're heading down a slippery slope. A rotten crab, missing claws, and raising prices ($0.50/ crab adds up) I'll still keep coming here though, and I'll still recommend it.

Great place to pick up some fresh seafood! I stopped by to try a few crabs in the spring and have been coming back since then for fresh and meaty crabs! I also saw that it was Taco Tuesday one time and I tried a Shrimp Taco. The instagram picture is a lot nicer than how it looked when I took it togo, but the shrimp was fresh and nicely seasoned!

Conrad's crab cakes are amazing, everyone should go and try them . steamed crabs are delicious, fresh fish is cut and cleaned to order. the services is exceptional . please go and try Conrad's seafood
