A place that calls itself “Conscious” yet shows zero consciousness when it comes to empathy, fairness, or even basic decency. Due to an unexpected visa issue, we had to cancel our trip — something completely out of our control. We reached out on June 19, trusting the so-called 'free cancellation' policy, only to be told that the deadline was at 00:00 sharp. Not midday. Not end of day. Midnight. The type of fine print trickery you’d expect from a soulless corporation — not a hotel that markets itself as mindful and human-centered.
They charged us €1057 without a blink, refused any flexibility, and didn't even offer the option to reschedule our stay. Cold, robotic, and entirely focused on one thing: your money.
Spend your money somewhere that truly deserves it — not at a place that only cares about profits, not people. This hotel is a hollow brand hiding behind pretty words. Disgusting, money-first business mentality disguised as ethical hospitality!!!
