This is my second order from Consiglio's and both times I've been very impressed with their excellent packaging, and free, lightning-fast shipping to NB. Their communication is friendly and responsive, and the prices are the best I've seen from the items I've purchased. Packaging is VERY sturdy, and the packaging material is biodegradable peanuts that easly dissolve in water, and recyclable cardboard. Both fragile items I've purchsed were packaged with care and arrived in perfect condition. I am happy to support a family-owned business, and the excellent customer service is apparent through the entire process. Shop with confidence!

I ordered a few Le Creuset pieces from Consiglio’s during their Black Friday sale and had such a great experience. The customer service was genuinely awesome. They sent a personal thank-you email right after I placed my order, and followed up again once everything was delivered. It felt like a real, thoughtful touch, especially from a small family business. My items shipped quickly, arrived in perfect condition, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Between the great deal and the exceptional service, it was a win all around. I’ll definitely shop with them again.

Consiglio's and staff are amazing! I like the products they offer, their prices are competitive and the customer service is amazing! I recently placed an order for coffee cups. As always someone in customer service sent me a personalized email thanking me for my order. They didn't have to but they did. A small gesture! But life is made better by small gestures! So grazie! The order arrived with the handle of one of the cups broken off. So I sent an email explaining the circumstances with a photo to customer service at 11 am. At 1:03 (15 days before Christmas) Sim replied that a replacement would be sent to us that day. Sure enough the replacement was sent that day and we received it within 48 hours of my email requesting assistance! Grazie! WOW! During one of their busiest times of the year! I came across Consiglio's Kitchenware when I was shopping for my Jura about 6 months ago. I have had great customer service response to all my questions. I have ordered all my Jura supplies from them as they are very competitively priced. Now, let's talk about their coffee, the best coffee on the market! I have made several purchases and have told my friends. I receive my orders orders within 3 business days at no extra charge. Best of all they are a family owned business! Great service, great prices what else can one ask for.

Consiglio’s customer service is second to none, and is the number one thing that has secured me as a customer for life. Their prices are already great, but I had major shipping issues with my package and their prompt responses in dealing with FedEx every step of the way until my package was safely delivered was above and beyond. It’s hard to find good customer service (and good prices!) these days, but Consiglio’s delivered both. Add to that the fact that they’re both Canadian and family owned? Yes, please. Sign me up. Highly recommend.

I ordered a 15L casserole dutch oven. It was difficult to one so large but I found one here and was happy to be able to buy from a family owned company. The price was very competitive. It was packaged very well and turned up quickly. A great experience. I'm a new fan!

I have been a customer for years . They had a great iconic store on St Clair in Toronto. Now a unit on Horner . If you want high end cooking items these guys are your to go place . With most items made in Italy. Its like the show room at a Ferrari dealer ship . If you like to cook love your espresso this is the place. Mind you it cost a bit more then kitchen plus . But these are high end items . Don't forget to buy your coffee beans there as well

Picked up my pasta maker attachment and other items this morning. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great service. It is the go to place for pasta makers/attachments,expresso machines and Italian cookwares.

I walked in and my brain promptly exploded. I. LOVE. Kitchenwares. They have everything. Well, almost everything. I was in there for only one thing, and because I had the very patient Hubster in tow, I didn't want to spend a ton of time browsing. They don't have magnetic knife strips. Now you know. But I will be back next time I need anything from cookware, to appliances, to pasta, to kitchen linens, to cooking tools. This place is huge.. two floors. They even have those ceramic roosters you see in Portuguese restaurants.

The service at Consiglio's was outstanding. Recently bought a beautiful stainless steel pot for pasta dinner nights! Will definitely pass by again and get more items!

My mom had been raving about this place so we stopped in today. I lost track of how many times I said either "so THIS is where they got these!" or "hey, didn't nonna have one of these?" It's filled with tons of specialty gadgets for getting that homemade Italian food just right. If you are looking for espresso making options, this is your place.

If you are looking for decent prices and don't care about service, this could be your place. I've spent almost $4,000 here in the last few months and when I had a problem they couldn't give me the time of day. I think I will shop elsewhere from now on.
