Constance Ephelia Mahe Seychelles

The basic hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel room were good. The overall hotel ground and tortoise park was nice. Also,the variety of the buffet food at the restaurant were satisfactory. However, considering that this is a 5-star Constance hotel, there are a few areas for improvement: 1.The female staff at the South Guest Relations desk was with poor customer service.(The North desk staff and the checkout staff were kind) The responses to my inquiries at the South desk were short and lacked sufficient information. The level of service was far from friendly, and I believe immediate improvement is needed. 2. Service response time was slow. Even considering the large number of hotel guests, none of my requests were handled promptly. In particular, my luggage arrived at my room more than an hour after I got to my room— this was the first time I experienced such a delay in 5 star hotel. 3. There is no windbreak at the restaurant. It’s unclear how guests are supposed to dine comfortably in bad weather. The room service menu is also quite limited, so I believe the restaurant environment should be improved. If these points are addressed, I believe the overall satisfaction with the hotel would improve significantly.

Amazing Resort with Exceptional Staff! I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property is beautiful, and the staff truly go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. A special mention to Christine Dias—I was traveling with my 4-year-old son, and she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her kindness, attentiveness, and warm personality made a huge difference in our stay. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! We’ll definitely be back

On of the best hotels I have ever been at! Every thing is amazing there - the service, the location, the view, the room, the space - no matter the capacity - it fills like you alone around the room and pool... Also - the food is great - the variety is good and everybody can find many dishes to like...

We never realized how big this resort would be. It has a north and a south beach, and a full nature Park. There are shuttles driving around the resort to bring you anywhere you need to go. It was fully booked, but it never feels busy, because there is lots of space for everyone so you always have your privacy. We have been in many places around the world, but this is by far the best experience ever. Oh, and the staff is amazing, they all are super nice and friendly.

We had an amazing experience at Constance Ephelia in Mahé. The resort is stunning – very large, clean, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature. Our room was spacious and spotless. Special mention to the Adam & Eve restaurant, where we had a delicious dinner in a lovely setting. We also appreciated the chance to book a tennis court, which was a nice change from the usual fitness center. The spa was another highlight – relaxing treatments, great massages, and very kind and professional staff. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely come back!

Wonderful place to stay, it was truly amazing and a memorable experience. The staff were so friendly and happy and helpful. The rooms were clean daily. The restaurants had the most amazing food, all restaurants had amazing food and the buffet had a wonderful variety of food, the breakfast buffet was fabulous. The cleanliness of the entire resort was top notch, constant cleaning away all the leaves left the resort immaculate at all times especially the beach cleanup every morning due to bad weather. We stayed at the resort 6 days and found plenty to do whilst relaxing. We will be returning in the future.

Booked my honeymoon here, it was truly amazing and a memorable experience to say the least. The staff were honestly pushing above and beyond and definitely exceeded expectation. The rooms were clean, the restaurants were amazing, the selection of food. As a Muslim, it was fantastic. It had all the halal food you could imagine in all restaurants especially the buffet, great cleaning facilities etc... The cleanliness of the entire resort was truly a testament as this was immaculate at all times especially the beach cleanup every morning due to bad weather. We will be returning in the future

The perfect final leg of our honeymoon! This was the final stop on our honeymoon, and what an unforgettable way to end it. Normally, after a week on the beach we’re ready to get back to our routine — but this was the first beach holiday where we honestly just wanted to stay much, much longer! Everything about Constance ephelia was wonderful. The team was fantastic, the food was exceptional with plenty of delicious variety, and there was always something to do if you felt like being active — or you could just relax on the divine beach, which we did plenty of too! The staff driving the golf buggies were always so friendly and helpful, and the service overall was truly top-notch. A tiny suggestion for improvement: the guest relations desk often only had one person available, while the reception area always seemed well staffed. Because of this, we sometimes had to wait a while to ask a question or get some help, and there were a few times when nobody was there at all. It’s a very small thing in the grand scheme of how amazing our stay was, but something worth mentioning. Overall, we had the most incredible time
