Constance Moofushi Maldives

We stayed at this amazing water villa for our honeymoon. Highly recommend it. The villa was very spacious with its own deck and steps directly taking to the beautiful ocean. It was the beginning of off-season but we were lucky and it rained only once. The beaches had amazing views and it was very calming.|The hotel has everything you would need. Make sure to check out the diving center and join an excursion. The staff is very helpful and well experienced in diving activities. We didnt try the spa but they had beautifully designed cabinets on top of ocean. The food is very delicious in general. They have lots of options at the buffet and good quality wines. The welcoming staff made sure that we were comfortable on even the last day of our stay. They let us use an extra villa after our check out when we had to wait for the sea plane. We highly appreciate the efforts of our receptionist Aurora for our comfort. The hotel is very nature friendly and comfortable at the same time.

When you look for a memorable vacation and find it. Ten days ago my wife and I left for the Maldives with Constance's Moofushi resort as our destination. What to say. Adjectives to spend would be many, but one encapsulates each feeling and sensation experienced ie..... SUPERLATIVE. Superlative not so much for the extreme beauty expressed by a bucolic landscape that looks like something out of a postcard (I assume that every corner of the Maldives can express that), but for the wonderful people we met peppered by a remarkable staff. We have traveled enough over the years,but the friendliness and sincere love encountered at Moofushi deserves attention and worthy respect. I would have to write a book for each person on the team, but I would risk becoming boring so the only thing I can say is that feeling at home thousands of miles away is a value that cannot be bought, but is obtained thanks to extraordinary people who color the resort with a surreal, yet unique setting. Wraparounding welcome, rooms true to pictures, impeccable room cleanliness, great food and excursions run by knowledgeable staff. What more could you want out of life? Nothing because when your expectations are realized.....beh all you can do is thank everyone who gave you a sublime moment in an increasingly hectic life. We stayed at Constance Moofushi from June 11 to 18 for our honeymoon and it was simply perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, always calling us by name and doing their best to enhance our stay.||We split our time between a Beach Villa and a Senior Water Villa. Both were amazing, but the Water Villa experience was unforgettable, the ocean’s blue shades were breathtaking, and the warm, crystal-clear water made it hard to leave.||We did snorkeling with the Blue Ocean Diving Center and it was a highlight. We also visited the local island Himandhoo, where many of the resort staff live, which gave us a deeper understanding of the local culture.||Evenings at the Manta Bar were fun and lively, we danced Maldivian dances with the staff. The food was delicious with lots of variety, and we enjoyed the complimentary activities about reef and ocean life.||With only 50% occupancy, out of 240 guests, it felt exclusive and peaceful, perfect for a honeymoon, but also ideal for a quiet family getaway.||We’re Ana and David from Portugal, and we’ll treasure this trip forever. Sixth visit to the Maldives ( all to different islands) and in my view this was the very best yet. Bravo Constance Moofushi. Incredible staff ( without exception) made us feel part of a family. The food and wine selection and quality was amazing, and the resort vibe was both casual and exceptionally professional at the same time. Special mention too for the Diving Centre. The most professional and well-equipped i have experienced anywhere.We would return like a shot !!

We went to Constance Moofushi to celebrate our 25th Wedding anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better place. What a beautiful island teeming with wild life. The staff are fantastic so welcoming and helpful that really make your holiday feel so special. |The Spa was top class and my wife and I came away feeling rejuvenated. |We went snorkeling for the first time and Mauro at Bluetribe was so patient and helpful in helping my wife that by the end of the trip you would think she has been a Snorkeling all her life.|We stayed in a water villa and it was spacious with great views and it was easy to access the sea so we could spend time swimming and snorkeling. |We loved Moofushi so much we are already planning to come back in 2026 as this was such a wonderful holiday and all your staff is such a credit to the resort.

What a beautiful island! ❤️ |White sand, barefoot luxury. Amazing staff. Excellent food. Superb range of quality wine. Great spa and gym. A wide & varied range of evening entertainment. You really get to know the staff well and feel more and more part of the island family as each day passes. We have to confess we shed a tear on the sea plane as we left. ||We’ve been to several Maldivian islands. Loved them all but Constance Moofushi has offered a different experience. More traditional and natural, laid back, shabby chic but still luxury. Lots of lovely touches around the island with picturesque settings for bar and dining. We particularly loved the totem bar area for lunch and relaxing. ||One area of disappointment however for us, unlike other all inclusive islands we have been to, Moofushi has additional charges and number of visit restrictions for its one and only a la Carte restaurant. For example, you can only dine once per 7 days in Alizee a la Carte restaurant as part of the all inclusive package and only a limited selection of yoga, fitness sessions and boat excursions are complimentary. Other all inclusive islands of similar quality and price have a much greater complimentary inclusive offer. ||Island improvements for us - a couple of additional a la Carte restaurants, an adults only pool area and a tennis court. ||Suggestions/recommendations for management - consider using the Totem bar for occasional evening events (especially in low occupancy months) instead of the Manta bar. It’s a lovely setting and smaller area and would bring guests together. A beach party, cocktail party, white party, for example. ||Overall we have had the most wonderful time and will treasure memories of being part of the Moofushi family. Your staff are absolutely incredible, beautiful people, and a credit to the island. Every single member of staff, thank you, and our special thanks to Gopan, Isaan, Ricky, Riche, Kuber, Mohammed, Shareef, Azey, Shaa, Darma, Nizz, Ko Ko, Yammu who mostly looked after us during our stay. Fabulous stay at Moofushi! We have just returned from an amazing two week stay at The Constance Moofushi, the experience was the best we have had in The Maldives, without a doubt. The 'vibe' of the island is laid back and extremely relaxed, with nothing being too much trouble for the entire team there. The food and drink selection was incredible, with over a dozen pages of wines available that are included within the 'all inclusive ' package. We stayed in an 'over water' villa, which was light, airy and luxurious - all we ever wanted. What set this island apart from others (10+ we have stayed at), was the calm atmosphere coupled with the general 'feel' of the resort, luxury without being formal and oppressive/stuffy. We will certainly be looking to return there, congratulations to Mevin and the whole team for making our stay so memorable!!

We are just back from a truly wonderful and memorable holiday at Constance Moofushi which exceeded all our expectations. We booked through Angelfish Travel again, who guided us every step of the way in choosing this little piece of paradise. Their knowledge and insight helped us make an informed choice for a special holiday.||With so many 5-star reviews if Moofushi, we wondered if it would live up to our expectations – it exceeded them - due large part to its natural beauty, understated luxury, excellent all-inclusive package and super-tasty food offerings. However, as stated in most reviews, what sets Moofushi apart are their truly exceptional staff whose welcome, warmth, dedication and genuine passion to make the guest experience a memorable one & sets them apart from any other resort/hotel we have visited. They are stars individually and as at team and Constance should be very proud to have staff working so diligently on their behalf. We can now understand why you have so many returning guests.||From the moment you land in Male and are met and escorted to the Constance private lounge for the seaplane transfer, you are welcomed to the Constance experience. The seaplane transfer was efficient and one to tick on our bucket-list. Angelfish had recommended & requested Beach Villa No 17, which was ready on arrival – and was a lovely, well-located “home” for our stay. This was serviced twice a day by the wonderful, but practically invisible, Humbe – thank you for the superb towel & palm decorations!||The staff get to know you so quickly – calling you by name, remembering your seating preferences, food, drink – their recall is admirable! I am going to be put to shame to remember everyone as they are all excellent & there are the unknown but equally friendly staff behind the scenes in the gardens, stores, back-of-house. We thoroughly enjoyed the interesting back-of-house tour.||We do have to mention the wonderful Binju at Mantra restaurant – her hospitality, welcome and warmth, as well as wicked sense of humour, made us feel at home from Day One – thank you! Equally though, we want to thank Maeve, the Sommelier, for all her advice & fun chat on wines (& Mauritius!), Hissan (2 Peronis!), Gopan,Manager in the Bar – always so welcoming - along with smiley Saif and Sha, Nizz and Ricky. Luthi, Assistant Executive Manager, was also excellent at checking all was well – as were the front-of-house team in sorting any queries we did have.||We knew we were going at low-season, but didn’t expect less than 50% occupancy. So when everyone else disappeared on a trip in the morning, we felt we had the island to ourselves – bliss! The windy weather did mean some cloudy snorkelling on the house reefs, and one was unfortunately a bit prohibitive during our stay. However, we had some wonderful days and saw a variety of beautiful fish & corals, but the highlight has to be swimming with magnificent Eagle Rays – very emotional and an experience never to be forgotten.||We didn’t do any trips other than those in the all-inclusive package. We do feel the guided snorkelling on the house reef should be included in the all-inclusive as we did think the prices for the extra trips were excessive.||One other bonus we feel worth mentioning is that there is restricted WiFi in the public areas. Having previously had that as a major complaint at other resorts, we truly appreciated relaxing in peace without constant pinging of message notifications or family & friends joining us all for a social online breakfast at other tables from around the world!||We chose Constance Moofushi for the peace, no news, no shoes – a taste of paradise away from our working lives - & it more than delivered.
