I had a lovely stay at Hotel Tekoma in Rodrigues. The food was delicious and beautifully presented every single time, and the sommelier gave great wine recommendations that really complemented the meals. The receptionist was warm and welcoming on arrival, and even though I arrived late for my massage, the masseuse still took her time to make sure I felt relaxed and pampered. I truly appreciated that.||It was also nice to see the GM regularly around the property, greeting guests personally. A big thank you to the team for the sweet birthday surprise and cake, it really made my day!||I would definitely go back again!

Outstanding experience...From the very beginning to the end every moment was memorable. We stayed there on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. We both have been in the hotel and hospitality industry for years and we are quite demanding clients. We have travelled worldwide and humbly speaking we recognize quality service. We reached there in the late afternoon and welcome by the front office team with great professionalism. We felt a very warm welcome and immediately felt comfortable. We had a Beach Front villa which is directly on the beach. The villa is spacious and well equipped with outdoor bathtub etc. The quality of the materials used reflect the standards that you can experience all over the place. Upon arrival we realized that we forgot to bring something and requested the reception if they could help us and immediately someone brought it. The first dinner was a buffet and the other nights was a la carte. The service and quality of food was excellent. Whenever we requested something it was attended efficiently. The staff at the restaurant is also very caring and always ready to serve. The management is one of the best in the world Mr. Dario Fortuno is always there from breakfast, lunch and dinner. He is always there attending the request of the guests and has a very good way to encourage the team to provide high standards of services. The whole team deserve a big BRAVO. We have really seen such zero defect service at all levels. A big thank you to all the team and we can with confidence say that you are in your category of of the...best in the world

The room ocean view was mesmerising. I appreciated the hospitality of the staff (receptionists, waiters, chefs and housekeeping). They were all kind and helpful. The food was also very delicious.|Overall, the hotel is very cosy and peaceful, creatively designed with the Rodrigues touch. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful and relaxing place. Absolute paradise. We arrived late and it was dark - but to hear the ocean and to be welcomed into such comfortable surroundings made the long journey well worth it. |So much attention to detail. The huge outdoor bath tub to relax in, the views from the window we took in as we lay in our huge comfortable bed, the beach front sun loungers and the wonderful food.|The beaches were quiet, the staff so friendly and helpful and the walking trails made for relaxing meanders to explore the island. If you want a place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of life - then Rodrigues is it.|Three nights wasn’t long enough and we will definitely return. |And don’t forget to visit the tortoises at Francois Leguat - they are absolutely enchanting, |The staff went over and above to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We really can’t fault this hotel. Thank you ❤️

For quite some time, my husband and I wanted to have our couple's escape in Rodrigues at the Tekoma hotel.|It didn't disappoint. We spent such a great time there: the weather was perfect, our room was heaven, and the hospitality was unique. Our stay at Tekoma Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the breathtaking location nestled right on the coast with panoramic ocean views, this hotel is a peaceful haven, far removed from the noise and stress of everyday life. The tranquility and natural beauty surrounding the hotel create the perfect setting for rest and rejuvenation. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa experience. The massage services were truly top-notch, thanks to the skilled and caring hands of Chrisnella and Michele. Their warm, professional approach made us feel instantly relaxed and well cared for. Every treatment left us refreshed and deeply relaxed. Special mention also goes to Mika, who handled guest services with such grace and efficiency. From recommendations to arranging activities, Mika’s attentiveness and cheerful demeanor really enhanced our experience. What truly set Tekoma apart, however, was the personal touch brought by the director, Mr. Dario. His friendly presence and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay all the more memorable. It's rare to find a director so personally involved and welcoming his efforts did not go unnoticed and truly elevated our stay. Tekoma is a gem, combining outstanding service, serenity, and heartfelt hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

The best hotel in Rodrigues & the staffs were so friendly. I loved the breakfast. I'll surely book again. The ocean view was amazing from our room.

I reserved a room at Constance Tekoma and entered into a conversation with the hotel as I had several questions. The responses took time to arrive and were inconsistent, leaving me with the impression that there was neither the capacity nor the willingness to assist with my requests. For €340 per night, I would have expected a higher level of customer service. Finally, due to the ongoing problems with Air Mauritius (a situation lasting several days), I had to cancel my trip as I could not be certain of returning home easily. The hotel still charged me cancellation fees. Normally, in such circumstances, hotels of this level accept to waive these fees, understanding that it is a matter of brand image and customer loyalty. In my case, the €170 fee was not worth the negative impression it left. This experience unfortunately changed my perception of the brand. I had initially planned to book a Constance hotel for my next trip to the Seychelles, but after this disappointing experience, I will certainly choose another property instead.
