Great sneaker shop in Madrid. They had most sizes of a few models of Veja and New Balance 327 I had been trying to get for a while . The team was super friendly and even advised us not to buy one pair for my mom as they felt the shoe sizing was a bit smaller than average and it wouldn’t fit her. We took another pair in the end and it was great! Thanks! Will come back !

I bought a jacket from Rains here. When I realised that there was a deformation on it (a part on the back was torn), I wrote an email about it but there was no reply. I had to go the store physically. They said they could only help within the first month of purchase and the manager wouldn’t approve any actions on this case. Although Rains gives a warranty of 2 years for its products, I could only get a month here. So, I don’t see any advantages of buying such a product here instead of buying from the brand’s own store. Overall, not a good customer experience.

worst attention i have ever received, the white girl with short hair that worked on Dec 21st around 17:00 was extremely rude… other shop assistants are almost the same, like i wanted them to check if they have a product which has stayed on the shelf long time and i need a new one, they showed they were not willing to do check. And when i am paying, she didn’t notice that the bag was full of dust and I asked her to clean the bag, and she was like: why I should do that and why you care about the dust, I mean, wow, if you don’t wanna run this bussiness well, so keep hiring these girls, i would never come back, and that’s why I give up payinh the bag i wanted. By using all those comments and complaints against your shop assistants the boss can fire them with sufficient reasons and no compensation. I didn’t ask for the customer complaint sheet coz i saw all the negative comments and i decided not to waste my time on these girls who can’t even be a shop assistant, what a pity as workers, maybe nobody wants them and they are all here

I purchased the Columbia Landroamer puffer jacket and it was quickly shipped to the US. The jacket itself is very warm. I'm very glad to have come across this store :)

bad service. not possible to receive your money back when returning. only voucher to the shop. for the cost of the products they sell i would expect better client policies
