We stayed at the Contact Hôtel Bristol in Mulhouse, France for a single night on our way from the Netherlands to Italy. We had booked a room for three—one adult and two children—and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it was. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay pleasant.
Breakfast, however, was a bit of a letdown. For the price, we expected a bit more variety and freshness. They did have a small gluten-free section for my daughter, which we appreciated, but it was pretty minimal and honestly not very fresh—it seemed like it had been sitting there for a while without much use.
Despite the underwhelming breakfast, the hotel itself was a great place for an overnight stop. The room was fantastic, the location made it easy to take a quick stroll into the city, and overall it was a convenient and pleasant experience for a one-night stay.
