Contact Hôtel Bristol Mulhouse

Our first room was excellent. Far from the lifts, as requested when I booked. At the back. It was a good size, with two comfortable chairs, a fridge, a safe and a balcony. There was a metal shutter on the window. It all looks new. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Fittings are of a very high standard throughout the hotel. |However, the WiFi in our first room was almost non-existent. We were on the third floor, probably too far from the nearest router.|After the first night of frustration with the WiFi, we changed rooms. In the second room, just as well appointed as the first, the WiFi was excellent. The AC was effective - and silent. We got four nights' good sleep.|There is underground and - I see from the info pack in the room - surface parking too. Best to reserve.|The hotel is central. It may look old from the outside, but inside it is anything but.|Despite the WiFi issue, which was resolved by moving rooms, we would stay here again.

Normaly i dont write about bad experiences but this time i had to. I stopped by this hotel for breakfast, and although there was a variety of options at the buffet, it was clear that many of the products were frozen or industrial. The young apprentices were very polite and dedicated. However, what I observed left a negative impression: the way the management communicated with them was not professional at all and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for the guests. It was clear that these young people were not being treated well by the management. It’s unpleasant to witness such a situation in a hotel, and it directly affects the guest experience. As for me, I will not be returning.

A traditional looking hotel with bedrooms renovated with style. It is on tram line 1 from the station and near the old town. We had a warm welcome here. There was a balcony overlookingthe gardenandcourtyard, spacious shower, quality bed linen and everywhere was very clean. We were happy to have an electric kettle in the room though the cups provided are tiny!! It would also be helpful to have a magnifying mirror in the room. W didn't eat here so cannot comment on the restaurant. Not sure this is a four star standard but overall, great value and If we come back to Mulhouse we will stay again.

We stayed at the Contact Hôtel Bristol in Mulhouse, France for a single night on our way from the Netherlands to Italy. We had booked a room for three—one adult and two children—and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it was. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay pleasant. Breakfast, however, was a bit of a letdown. For the price, we expected a bit more variety and freshness. They did have a small gluten-free section for my daughter, which we appreciated, but it was pretty minimal and honestly not very fresh—it seemed like it had been sitting there for a while without much use. Despite the underwhelming breakfast, the hotel itself was a great place for an overnight stop. The room was fantastic, the location made it easy to take a quick stroll into the city, and overall it was a convenient and pleasant experience for a one-night stay.

Very good Hotel which was booked at the last minute due to change of plans....In the city centre with fantastic secure parking and dogs welcome! The hotel has been renovated and the rooms and decor quirky....but perfectly fine, clean and spacious! The staff were welcoming and quickly sorted out a room change for us. The hotel was lively with coach passengers and we had a simple but very well cooked dinner at night in the restaurant! Very friendly staff.....We left early so could not rate the breakfast...the city centre of Mulhouse about 10 to 15 minutes flat walk to a lovely square, which on a Sunday afternoon was lively with music and dancing!! Would stay again !

Worst hotel ever. The food was not good, and the room smelled of sewage and for 3 days we couldnt use the bathroom and shower. There was a blockage and when we flush it used to come up the bath and sink. Disgusting. We went in the room with the bath full of dirty water. We asked for another room but they didn't change it for us nor did they solve the blockage for 3 whole days. Avoid

Went to this hotel with a group Not all hotel room are refurbished so if you are unlucky like us we got a very small room with a very narrow space to pass through the bed and the desk in the room ,with a toilet stuck between the bath and the wall and it was very uncomfortable to use ,the shower in the bath had no shower holder so couldn't even have a proper shower or wash your hair, and not to speak of the poor light we had in the bathroom .While other guest in our tour had big spacious refurbished rooms. We all paid the same but didn't got same rooms .Very dissapointed

Great location with nice staff. Stayed for a stop over, it has secure parking and a great breakfast with super clean rooms. Great place
