As you climb the narrow stairway to the second floor, the faux vines reach out and cling. I am not sure if they are trying to tell me to go back or trying to consume me. The second floor hallway is pitch black. Another omen to retreat? But you are tired so you push on. The room seems to have shrunk from the photos. A very low ceiling, perhaps cozy for small people. To get to the far side of the bed you slither sideways brushing the wobbly table. The bed appears decent. On first sight the bathroom seems finished with nice stone tiles, but on further inspection you realize it is cheap plastic. The hollow sliding bathroom door has a gap, so all activities will be heard. A kettle is provided for coffee but no cups, which is fortunate once you inspect the inside of the kettle. You can complain. The good news is managements verbal abuse is complimentary.

We stayed during a France road trop. The room was small but clean. The bathroom were basic but met my needs.Unfortunatelly it was too tiny.|One of the highlights was the free enclosed parking, which added a great deal of convenience to my stay.||The staff were very friendly and provided clear explanations whenever we need. |Additionally, the hotel is situated near a commercial area, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. There is also a pleasant lake nearby, which offered a serene environment for relaxation.||There is also near a tram station, but I don't know if it takes you to the city center.||Far from the city center.

This hotel was one of a kind. We had a great vacation. |From the reception, to the comfortable rooms, to the restaurant! Everything was perfect. |Splendid receptionists! The room was renovated, clean, fresh, and the bed was phenomenal. |The restaurant was open and had great food! We ordered the chef’s famous burger which was delicious, and the entrecôte which was tender and nicely cooked. |This hotel deserves the hype. |10/10 !

I recently stayed there for two nights during the Rugby WC (booked a superior-room). The hotel is situated appr 200 m from the tram-stop (to the centre and the stadium). staff: very friendly and helpful breakfast: delicious and a great variety room/bed: clean and comfy They left for me 2 bottles of wine and another gift in my room. Just to welcome me. All in all a good choice

I found my room smelt and felt damp. Aside from this issue, my stay was without issue. Location wise it is excellent for the Congress Hall tramline. The breakfast was also perfectly adequate

The room that we got was on a tiny side. There was no much room to move around. Fortunately one luggage we didn’t need to open. 😀 Just for clarity I want to mention that we booked a room for 3 persons. ||The room was cleaned and functional. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom coming from the sewerage.||We tried the breakfast and it was a good idea because we didn’t want to walk around in the morning looking for another place. The offer was not extraordinary but you could find some type of cheese, salami, croissants, bread, pancakes…||The majority of the staff speaks a very good English although not all are confident in their skills. ||They were nice to keep our luggage for an hour after checkout. ||The hotel is by the lake and is in an area where there are more hotels and restaurants but no shops. Is very close to tram and reception can sell the tickets or you can buy them directly at the station.

Excellent value for money. Rooms were recently renovated with solid air conditioning, bathroom was superbly furnished. Very polite and helpful staff. 25 mins to city centre from tram stop right outside the hotel. You will not get more for your money than this place, 100% recommend.

Hotel Le Provencal offered a delightful stay. The cozy ambiance, impeccable service by Jade at the reception, and delicious breakfast made it truly memorable. The rooms, decorated in a way that made me feel at home, added to the charm. Highly recommended for an authentic experience.
