Hotel&Restaurant Conte

We stayed in one of their annexed rooms a couple of hundred meters from the main reception. The room was spotless, cleaned every day and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and it was a real treat to eat on the waters edge each day. We also ate in their excellent restaurant several evenings and again on the water front.|What really made our stay was the excellent staff. They were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and those in the reception were very helpful, polite and professional. |We took 2 of their trips which we really enjoyed and were so lucky to have Pedja as our guide and driver on both the trips. Thank you Pedja for all your kindness and showing us your beautiful country.

The apartment was huge for 4 of us, luxurious with small private terrace and a small balcony with a great view over the entrance to the inner bay so exceeded our expectations. It had all the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom etc. View of the Bay was stunning. Staff we super friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was one of the best in terms quality and variety and especially the location sitting outside right on the waterfront - stunning! Evening meal in the hotel restaurant too was a a great and memorable experience. Parking worked out fine even in August. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Dining at Conte in Perast was an unforgettable experience. Even at the end of December, the weather was perfect, and we enjoyed our meal outside with stunning waterfront views. The staff was kind and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious—fresh and full of flavor. I highly recommend Conte for anyone visiting Montenegro; it’s a must-visit gem!

Best restaurant in Perast. Superb food, location and service. Octopus was very well cooked with a sauce of honey and walnuts, seafood risotto and prawns with black risotto were very delicious, as well as fish pate and soup. Location has a view on the two island in Perast, which makes this terrace very beautiful and cosy. It is recommended to make reservation because place is always full during the lunch time. Big recommendation for this place, when you are in Perast you should not skip it.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Conte in April this year, the staff were excellent, the food was delicious and the views spectacular. We had a lovely boat trip to the blue cave and around the bay, even managed a chilly swim! We drove up to the mausoleum - wonderful views, but not for the faint hearted as there were 26 switchbacks to drive along. Kotor old town was very pretty, but Perast was also a lovely place to take a walk and get an ice cream. The staff at the hotel were super helpful and we ate at the restaurant nearly every night, as there was such a choice and it was all delicious!

Fantastic hotel. We stayed in a Jr Suite and had plenty of room to relax. Clean and attractive. Breakfast was a buffet with many cold and hot items to choose from. We also thought the restaurant was delicious and had lunch and dinner there. Best Greek salad with flavorful veg. Fresh fish with grilled veg - yum! |Perast is a small pretty town on the sea. We spent an afternoon at the Pirate’s beach club. Fun. Also drove to Kotor but it was a bit too touristic and crowded for our liking.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and delicious food. However, I was disappointed when the staff mentioned a complimentary appetizer of bread, olives, and butter, only to find it charged on the bill. I didn’t want to argue and spoil the evening, but it left a negative impression.

I'm just reviewing the restaurant. It comes highly recommended by our local guide, something about being highly rated in TripAdvisor. We sat across the hotel by the water. While we had to battle against a horde of flies during our meal, the view of the bay couldn't be beat. It is a must visit if you're hungry during your trip to Perast. My seafood platter came with shrimp scampi, grilled calamari and octopus tentacles, with squid ink risotto on the side. The risotto was dry and crunchy, and the tentacles were slightly overcooked, but the scampi was very tasty, and the squid was perfectly grilled. The star of the meal was the seafood pasta, though. It came with generous helping of clams, making every bite enjoyable. The dish was simple, straightforward, and delicious.
