in response to your comment about not moving forward, Greg had me moving my stuff out of the garage. I purchased a shed to move all my garage stuff. Greg told me that the project would pass zoning requirements or we wouldn't have even proceeded to the design phase. he also said it was your job to take care of zoning but I just took care of it today to find out the entire project was moot because I can't put this adu in my garage. Grateful to not have to fight for the refund.
