They mightve been the best enchiladas ive ever had. The green sauce was very flavorful, beans and rice were great and it seems the ingredients are all organic. Drinks seemed ok but the food was definitely the star of the show. It was so good we went back and tried something else. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to come back

Wow! What an amazing lunch, I ordered the shrimp tacos and my friend ordered the cheese enchiladas. The corn tortillas are to die for and there’s something in the tacos that gave it a bit of sweetness. I asked the server and she said it was a secret but my goodness, it’s phenomenal. I got a spicy Margarita, the perfect amount of kick, and wonderfully made. The guacamole is 10/10. It’s a little loud so conversation was a bit difficult, but we must’ve come during the lunch rush. Service is quick, there was a woman and a man up front and they were so kind and cracked jokes with us. Great first date place, great lunch spot. Thank you Contento!

Oh my gosh! I have found my favorite Mexican restaurant! The food they serve is actually healthy and so delicious! They make their own corn tortillas with heritage corn, none of that hybridized crap every one else uses. The food is gluten and seed oil free, its all natural right down to the eggs they use! You can eat here without regrets! You'll leave with a smile. The staff are friendly and attentive. I think you'll love it!

The food here is absolutely fantastic. Got me the breakfast burrito and I am so happy I did very very good. It was busy for a Saturday afternoon and it did feel like they were understaffed so everything took a minute or two but well worth the wait will hopefully be coming back soon.

This place was solid! One of the best, if not the best, Mexican place I’ve been to in Utah. The handmade tortillas were perfect texture, my shrimp tacos were well seasoned and absolutely dripping with sauce and juice. Absolutely will be going back! I’ll also add that even the beans and rice were amazing! Beans were well seasoned and rice was perfectly cooked! I’d highly recommend trying this place out!

I wish I could give 10 stars! This place is truly a gem. The food is phenomenal, clean, gluten-free and seed oil free, a true rarety these days. The coffees are really good and beautifully made! I got pineapple chicken tacos and they were 10/10. The restaurant is clean and surrounded by beautiful plants! The owner was so incredibly kind, and took time out of his busy schedule to chat with my friend and I. He brought me a free refill on my coffee, AND brought my friend and i free churros to try just because. Really kind gesture. I will most definitely be back, and will be telling all my friends to go here!

The only thing I hate about this place is that it’s so far away from my house because I would want to come here more often. The portions are really good (which is nice because it is on the pricier side). But the price is justified because of how delicious and high-quality the ingredients are. It’s very rare to find a place that seed oil free, grass-fed meat, and gluten-free options. Also, the staff is super friendly and the interior has a great atmosphere. Solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious food, great flavors! Yum yum yum! The table got the mole, the Contento bowl, chicken tostadas, the limeade, among other things. Seed oil free to boot? Quality food and the service was accommodating and patient. 10/10 would go again and would recommend!

An entirely gluten free Mexican place that is also high quality food??? YES PLEASE!!! All of our food was amazing! The cafe is so cute and clean and welcoming. We ordered the Mexican mocha and horchata. Yuuuuummmm! We tried the breakfast burrito, deconstructed because they were out of large tortillas, the steak enchiladas, and the birria quesadilla. All were excellent! The birria quesadilla probably wins for pure deliciousness. Also, there were gluten free churros! What?!? I haven't had a churro in 15 years! They were a surprising and yummy treat. I'm so happy! The food also made fantastic leftovers because portions were huge! Service was unobtrusive and helpful. I will be back!!!!

I think some of the recent reviews here are a little too harsh. My husband and I came here for breakfast. We had the horchata latte, huevo rancheros, and the chilaquiles. We reallt liked the latte and the food was tasty. Everything was flavorful. The service was nice and the restaurant itself is very cute. I think the biggest con is the price. Could you find cheaper somewhere else? Absolutely. That being said, its a good brunch spot in the area.

Food is okay. Definitely better places to get Mexican food. Ambiance: Super cute orange desert theme. Plenty of tables; although, it did get pretty crowded. Service: They were pretty busy so everything took a while. Food: I got the breakfast burrito + steak to share and it came with black beans and rice which was just okay. I felt like it was a bit bland. The eggs were also sweet which was weird and things came out a bit cold. For $26, I thought it was fairly overpriced. Overall, cute place for food but a bit overpriced, slower service, and just okay food. Want good Mexican food? There's other spots out there.

I came because they have a bunch of gluten free options (wife). I saw they had Mole on their menu and had to get that. It was one of the better ones I've had in SLC. Everything was perfect, flavor, heat, taste. Just right. I'd recommend going to try them out. Our server was so friendly and helpful. Oh, and the GF churros were perfect too.

Really enjoyed a fully gf restaurant and brunch place but it is quite pricey overall for Mexican food. The breakfast burrito is good, I liked it with the burria pork. The guacamole and chips are fresh and yummy too. Portions were huge! The restaurant is very cute and they service is fast. Recommend coming if your celiac or gluten free!

A friend took me here for my birthday lunch, and it did not disappoint. As a gluten-free eater, it's really hard to find this kind of selection at other Mexican restaurants, but it was nice to know everything on the menu was gluten-free. We ordered the shrimp ceviche appetizer, which was fresh and delicious. I ordered the wild-caught salmon tacos, and my friend got the huevos rancheros. Both dishes were generous portions that were flavorful and filling! We each got a local kombucha - each was refreshing and light. We even tried the churros - I can't tell you the last time I've been able to eat a churro - with Horchata ice cream. The churros were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside - just wonderful. The service was great, and we will definitely be going back!

Yeah so this is without a doubt the best mexican in slc. People constantly complain about no good mexican here but this place is going to be my new go to. I got the burrito bowl with Birria, it was sooo good. I can't wait to come back.

Really like contento cafe. From the music to the relaxed ambiance, it's right up my alley. Food is really good. I got the breakfast burrito with grass-fed steak. Loved the green salsa it came with - spicy but not over the top. I also ordered the Orange Dream - OJ + Cream. It reminded me of a creamsicle. The only thing ide change about it was asking for it a bit colder. It was more room temp. The orange juice is fresh-squeezed that morning.

This place is a MUST GO! Went last night with my brother for dinner, the place is small and cozy really cool vibe. Service was quick and on point wish I got her name. We both had the Birria tacos which are the best I've ever had I'm not kidding. So flavorful and juicy, the salsa on the side was perfectly spicy and creamy. The table next to us was talking to the owner who was cleaning and helping reset tables and they said how they had friends in from Idaho and they just had to show them Contento. It's that good and I will do the same for friends who do and don't live here.

A friend raved about this restaurant and we finally got to it for a girls' night. Love the location - off the beaten path of downtown and Sugarhouse - and the super cute decor. The scalloped tiles on the wall behind the counter are amazing. My spicy margarita was very strong and fresh, on the tart side, and could've had twice as much spice, but still good. We ordered the shrimp ceviche and while the flavors were good, it needed salt and so did the chips. The entrees were delicious. Everything is 100% gluten-free and seed oil-free. I ordered birria and carnitas tacos and they arrived piled high on thick blue corn tortillas with melted cheese on them, a hefty serving of fluffy rice and black beans with pico de gallo (both excellent). Both the birria and the carnitas were packed full of flavor but the real MVP is that spicy creamy green sauce on the side. I dunked both my tacos in that and would buy that by the pint if they start selling it to-go. Such a fun place though pretty pricey for a casual Mexican restaurant (the taco plates are $16-24). I bet the brunch at this place is amazing - my friends love their coffee drinks too. Highly recommend Contento Cafe when you're looking for a fun change of pace from the typical SLC restaurants.

I came here with my family for my dad's birthday dinner and we had an exceptional experience. It was pretty busy when we arrived, but I was immediately impressed by how cute the inside was! Everything was so aesthetically pleasing and we were greeted with warmth by the staff. We even got to meet the owner and he was cracking jokes with us at our table! I ordered a shrimp bowl, and absolutely loved their house made tortillas. Everything was super fresh and tasty, from the seasoning on the shrimp to the house hot sauce. I also enjoyed a spicy margarita and loved that they had a bar menu. The food is supposedly all gluten free, and puts a modern twist on Mexican favorites. We'll definitely be back!!

Our family came here tonight for a early Christmas gathering, we reserved the table in the back. We came early, and it was already set and ready for us. First off, our server Juju- was AMAZING. so friendly, and gave the best recommendations for food. And set us up with the best cocktails I've had in a long time. The food was beyond good. *mind you- the price is what it is because they use the best quality ingredients, no seed oils, and organic. WORTH IT. - The mole is a family recipe, and you can tell the love they put into It. The shrimp tacos are 10/10. The ambiance is perfect. Well lit, but cozy. Small enough to feel like a home cooked dinner at your family's home, but big enough to not be squeezed into a corner next to a ton of people. 100000/10 for this place.

WOW! This is such a hidden gem! Location is a bit odd, but there's decent parking and it's close to the highway. For your allergen concerned folks- this kitchen is 100% gluten and seed oil free! I just happened to be in the area and figured I'd give it a shot. Unreal. So freaking good! The chicken poblano tacos were on special, so I had to seize the opportunity. The chicken was flavorful, juicy, and well distributed. The blue corn tortilla was expertly cooked and held together throughout the meal. The breakfast taco was also pristine, the pickled onions and avocado created a divine flavor combination. The sauces, beans, and rice were all great supports although it was hard not to obsess over of the tacos. Whether you're gluten free or not, this place needs to be next on your list.

A family member found this absolute gem and I really hope they thrive! Contento is a 100% gluten free Mexican restaurant. The food is high-quality with lots of great expected options. I had the 3 enchiladas and it was enough for 3 meals for me! And don't skip dessert! The churros, something not normally available in gluten free, were divine!

Wow!!! HIDDEN GEM!! This is a charming little place with a nice vibe and a great menu. Service with a smile is great and very attentive. I'm surprised that It wasn't crowded at all given the quality of food versus the price which is a great value. I can only speak for my meal but the Huevos rancheros with chorizo are on point, so delicious!!! Limited menu for coffee with no house brew, limited sugar alternatives, etc... but it was still good. Best breakfast place I've been to in a while.

I've been seeing Contento on Instagram and finally made it in on a Sunday. I have not been to a restaurant with this much charm in a while. The service was fantastic, our server was knowledgeable with the menu, prompt and attentive, and friendly. She made some great recommendations. From the time we sat to the time the food delivered to the table we waited maybe 15 minutes, it was fast, hot and fresh. The layering of ingredients were tasteful and well curated. We saw the owner floating and talking to customers and the staff all seemed to get along great and were so complimentary of the chef and her expertise. With that said: the FOOD! I did not know the place was gluten free. This was such a pleasant surprise, as I have a celiac son (he was not with us at the time). I didn't know this until after we finished our meal, which says a lot. The tortillas were house made and the perfect texture. Between the three of us, we ordered the chilaquiles, the chicken and pineapple tacos, and the breakfast burrito. The chilaquiles had a fantastic habanero salsa, were smothered in goods. My partner orders this dish at every restaurant and rates them, this is his new favorite. The homemade chips, and layering of ingredients made for a great dish. You can add heat by ordering side salsas from their array of selections. I had the chicken and pineapple tacos. Was torn because they had Barria on the menu but went this direction for pineapple, I was not disappointed. It was a delicious mix of tangy, tart, sweet with tender chicken that was not dry. Great subtle mix of seasoning and sauce on the chicken, with the layering of pickled onions, cheese encrusted tortillas, and a creamy habanero salsa to drizzle over the top. Also loved the black beans, subtle flavor with cotija and pico. The breakfast burrito was well received from one of our otherwise picky eaters. It had all the fillings and a good portion size. The gluten free tortilla was impressively stable for the burrito, didn't fall apart like others from other restaurants. The ambiance was fun, great vibe, will be coming back to try their drink and coffee menu soon! Can't wait to come again, the menu selection was hard to choose from, can't wait to try more!

Found it on Yelp. Came with some friends on a Sunday afternoon. Walked in and got seated right away, the ambiance is cute. Loved it. The horchata latte was delicious. I crave it on a daily since then. My husband got Horchata and it's probably best one we tasted at a restaurant! Just get it! I ordered the breakfast tacos and asked If I could have the vegan chorizo but I wanted it prepared the non vegan way. I wanted the cheese and the egg still. I just wanted to try the vegan chorizo. The girl said the cooks got confused and prepared it normal way and it was fine I still ate it and enjoyed my meal. Little too heavy on the spices and little spicey. I really wanted the cheese outside yeh tortilla but next time I won't go vegan. Everyone else in our table enjoyed their meal. Our friend who ordered breakfast burrito said he wished there was more meat but otherwise good. We all cleaned our plates! The music was loud and they then the kitchen also had music going loud enough for us to hear. My thought were just pick one radio please. Kitchen radio was better btw! And my husband didn't get his horchata until after we got our plates. Not sure what happened there. We all got our coffees first. Definitely will be back and try other items Price is a little steep 15-20 per person but i understand since it does taste freshly made. And we all cleaned our plates

I came in on a Tuesday. They have a small menu, which I like! This is like a gluten free vegan type place which I usually would never go into, but I loved this place. The decor was cute, not to mention all the plants gave it a great vibe. The owner is a nice guy too! Our server was super nice and explained everything on the menu. They have great taco Tuesday deals you'll have to ask about them. My friend got shrimp tacos and man they were good! I got a steak contento bowl. I wasn't a fan of the house made tortillas, they cracked and broke far too easy. Everything else was delicious. We got churros for dessert, and they were epic! Def recommend this place. The shrimp tacos are amazing!

I came in for brunch but sadly missed the window, stuck around for lunch and I'm glad I did. My fajitas came out sizzling in a way that made me feel like I was in a commercial. This food was so fresh and flavorful I've been snacking on the leftovers for days and it's just as good every time. It's on the pricier side for Mexican food but the focus on organic sources is fairly evident and I do think it's worth it. My only grievance was with the blue corn tortillas, both my friend and I got them and they were very thick and seemingly too dry, they fell apart in our hands immediately and neither of us ended up eating them. Will definitely be back to try the brunch menu and hopefully get redemption for the tortillas

This place is really cute! The decoration and attention to details were nailed here. It's the perfect spot to catch up with friends as it has a very warm and bright energy about it. The menu has a good amount of options and lots of drinks too. I would say the food is good. It's not excellent as the flavor wasn't there as much as I would have liked it to be. However everything we ordered was good. I would say the one thing I really liked was the horchata but warning it is a small serving but it is really tasty if you are looking to splurge! Overall a good experience and I would go again!

So freaking cute inside. After trying both the chicken and steak for the contento bowls, I personally liked the steak more. Each ingredient worked so well together and I especially like that sauce they made on the side to pour on top of everything.

If there was a vote for "Most Adorable Mexican Cafe in Utah", Contento Cafe would win by a landslide. The decor is perfectly pueblo revival. It's transportive- making you feel like you're in Santa Fe or Arizona. The menu is so simple but clearly well-thought out. Everything tasted amazing! So much flavor in every bite. Our server struggled a bit, but we didn't hold that against him. (He brought the wrong drink order and the wrong food order.) For a first timer, I was pleasantly surprised.

Visited again with my Daughter. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the food, the vibe and staff!! Love it

Great parking with its own lot and many open spaces at 12 on a Tuesday. Every employee I interacted with was super nice. My friend and I got breakfast burritos because gluten-free burritos are rare! We both really enjoyed them. Nice balance of fillings- potato, cheese, egg, guac... yum!

This place is a pretty restaurant and has that southwestern vibe. I love eating breakfast or brunch and heard about this place. Oh wow, this place has good Mexican brunch and is really delicious. Everything I tried from here was so delicious, even the coffee and dessert. Downside: there's limited parking space in the back of the restaurant.

Cute atmosphere. Crowded on a Friday night. The owner brought us chairs outside so we could wait for a table. Great food! We had the chips, salsa, and guacamole. Loved the salmon tacos - so delicious! And churros for dessert. We also had the spicy margaritas. Would definitely come back here and highly recommend. The best part? All the food is gluten free and they don't use seed oils! Amazing!! Also. We had a really friendly waitress. 5 stars!!

Overall impression: new place but definitely a keeper. Average price : $20-25 Awesome ambience. Very clean and everything is done well and beautifully. Ample parking. In a strange part of town and not where you would expect a food joint but that's sort of the charm. Food was great. In case you didn't know, everything is organic when possible and no seed oils. Basically you can feel pretty healthy when eating it. Service was the best. Fast enough and they were very doting and accommodating.

Our favorite place!! No seed oils, GF kitchen, heirloom corn, and DELICIOUS. As someone who cares about health and ancestral eating and has a husband with celiac, it is one of the only places we can go and order anything on the menu and trust it will nourish us. They also blow us away with flavor and quality. We always leave full and me with leftovers. And it's so cute and we love the people there. If we lived closer we would go every time I don't have the time or energy to cook. We make any excuse to go though! I do wish the chips and guac were more affordable. We almost never order that to save some $. But worth every penny for the meals!

Give the chef a raise! Good food. Good service. Very chill music. Would come back again :)

To sum it up, it's over hyped. Don't get me wrong the vibes are there. It's a beautiful place, but we're not here just for that. Service wise I felt like it was slightly lacking. Took quite awhile for our chips and salsa to arrive. We had to ask for extra water because we just weren't getting refills the whole time. Onto the food- We ordered 2 steak contento bowls and chips and salsa. To start, the price was way too much. Like at least 40% more than what it should be. $8 for chips and salsa is crazy. The chips are good, I'll give it that. Salsa was decent, a little watery but pretty okay. Just not worth $8. The contento bowl had some really good parts and some really meh parts. First off it definitely doesn't look like it does on their instagram. Ours was missing a few things. The beans are extremely bland, zero flavor. Steak was meh also not much flavor but not terrible. The corn salsa though was so so good and helped tremendously. Also $24?! Wild. I would say maybe a $17 bowl at the very high end.

We found this location based off of other people's reviews. I love trying new places, especially hidden ones. But, this one failed the test of service. We arrive and the place was empty and full of staff on a Sunday morning. They offered us a table in front of the sun, when I asked for a table out of the sun it felt like by me asking I was bothering them. They sat us in front of the AC, mind you there were an abundance of tables open. At that point I felt like maybe they didn't like my demographic because it didn't fit into whatever they are trying to portray. But what does anyone care? I just want to eat and enjoy my company while having good food. Sadly after waiting for so long for anything and everything I decided to leave. The place was to empty and had way to many confused employees to be as slow paced as it was. I would think waitresses/waiters would be more attentive to the customer since they are working for tips. But I felt like a 3rd class citizen in a city that is supposed to be equal and loving.

Such a vibe! I love this little restaurant so many cute details and aesthetic that really warm up the space. I also love when the food is as good as the vibes & decor. Lived up to the hip with plenty of parking which is always a plus.

Contento has been on my list to visit for quite some time and I'm so glad I went! I got the Steak Fajitas and the Horchata Latte. The fajitas were so delicious and packed with flavor, the horchata was so refreshing and the experience was overall great. Come hungry and enjoy!!

What a beautiful space! They have put so much thought into this space and making it a cozy, comfortable, welcoming place to be. I got the mushroom chorizo tacos and they were good. The flavor was a little heavy for me, and they were a tad spicy. I probably won't order that again, and would like to try other items on the menu. It's on the pricier side here, with menu items ranging from $15-20. They used to only be open for breakfast, but it looks like they've extended their hours! Full bar and a great back patio space. The server was super friendly and the food came out quickly. Looking forward to going back.

Don't be fooled by the pretty paint job and decor! If you don't mind paying 3-5x more and getting less than half of the seasoning compared to a Mexican-owned Mexican restaurant, go here. Otherwise, avoid this place. The service here was pretty slow for a Thursday night, and the food was so overpriced for how utterly flavorless it was. I had to get up and go find a water jug after we sat there without any for 20 minutes. Also, I don't trust Mexican restaurants that don't give you chips and salsa for free, and this place charges you $13 for a meager handful of chips and a thimble of salsa.

What a cute little spot! Everything is grass-fed and made from scratch which I love. The service was great and the ambiance was so comfortable. I was able to mix taco choices and went with steak and shrimp! I loved the shrimp. I couldn't decide between enchiladas and tacos so I'll be returning to have those!

Cutest little cafe!!! The service was quick. They sat our big group perfectly! (We did make a reservation). Loved the vibe and the look. Very aesthetically pleasing. I loved my dish! So yummy. Definitely on the pricey side but I do feel like you were paying for the fresh ingredients and the ambiance.

I was blown away by this place. I'm from SoCal and was leary about having Mexican food in Utah. But I also have Celiac so the fact that it's a dedicated gluten free restaurant, drew me in. Also that they don't use seed oils was a bonus!The inside was hip and modern. I had the fried shrimp tacos and they were DIVINE. Absolutely loved them! Considering going back while still in town.

My friend took me to this spot, and wow, I'm so glad Salt Lake is catching up on cute, cozy places like this! The huevos rancheros were perfectly paired with delicious salsa and sides that really made the dish stand out. I also loved their café latte options! The ambiance feels just like a charming SoCal café.

Interesting new cafe located within the industrial area of South Salt Lake. They took over and completely remodeled the previous restaurant that was located in this space and the decor and atmosphere is beautiful. When you drive up you wouldn't expect this type of cafe. Parking is limited there's street parking available or a small lot behind the building. We went for dinner and the menu is quite simple. A few bowl options, tacos, fajitas and enchiladas. They've covered all the basics. My first impression after looking at the simple menu is the prices. Everything seems a little on the high priced side. Everything on the menu is organic and they market it as being a more healthy alternative but still when you see tacos on the menu priced between $22-24 they'd better knock my socks off. We started with the chips & guac & salsa. It was ok but just basic chips & guac. Then I couldn't decide between the salmon or the shrimp tacos so the server suggested I tried one of each. They come served with a side of rice and beans. The presentation was nice and the portion was good. My tacos were quite tasty and I enjoyed every bite however I still was having a hard time with a $24 taco entree for dinner. Also we tried the chicken Contento Bowl which was nice and filling. The chicken has a really nice flavor. The service was very prompt and attentive. We were checked on regularly by various staff members and we felt well cared for. Overall Contento Cafe is a nice addition to the neighborhood with a nice simple menu. I'm concerned that they may have over-priced themselves for this location and the type of dishes they are serving. The two of us spent nearly $90 including gratuity and that's without having any adult beverages. Kind of a pricey dinner without cocktails.

Hit this spot up a few nights ago. The restaurant is small so you may have to wait a bit as it's a new place and still very popular. The inside is decorated so well, lots of character and charm. Service was decent and it appears they are still working through something's. Great local beer selection and fun margaritas. Now for the real reason you're reading this. The food was top notch, fun flavors with traditional Mexican flare. Would for sure go back.

Contento is a bit pricy, but we had a wonderful breakfast here with our gluten free family members who love to eat family style. The service we received was excellent, which was a relief because my dad gets cranky with bad service and some previous reviews had me nervous. Wonderful flavors, cute dining room, and a crowd pleaser for my family of both picky eaters and foodies. Everything we tried was a hit with at least some of us (the foodies) except for the attempt at churros. But the arroz con leche ice cream and caramel syrup that came with those churros more than made up for it. One more highlight: Their house made hot sauce was very spicy and extremely delicious.

This is our first time here. It's clearly popular based upon the foot traffic. Luckily we had no problem getting a table for two. The ambience is gorgeous! We loved the tile work, live plants and wall decor. The Mexican music transported us to Mexico but was at a good volume so that we could still talk to each other. The restaurant is full of light and very comfortable and lovely. Service was prompt. Our server was very pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. Based upon these two items only, we would definitely give Contento Cafe five stars. The food was very fresh and nicely presented. We really enjoyed the horchata and the Mexican Mocha was nice and spicy without being too sweet. The problem with our entrees was the food was really kind of bland. There was not a depth of flavors like I would expect from a Mexican Restaurant. We had to add salt to the freshly made guacamole. The green salsa that came with the fresh chips was nice but lacked heat. I ordered the spicy poblano chicken tacos. The sauce served on the side was pleasantly spicy but didn't make up for the blandness of the cooked chicken and peppers and onions in the tacos. I liked the blue corn tortillas, but they were too leathery for my companion. He ordered the chicken mole which tasted okay, but really just lacked depth. The food reminded me of a Mexican restaurant that my parents really liked because it was so bland. We were definitely the oldest people in the restaurant. Maybe a desire for spicy foods has skipped a generation. I don't think we will be back which is a little disappointing.

I've been to this spot a few times now, and while it has some rough edges, there's a lot to like -- and even more potential. The tacos are usually the highlight, especially at dinner. The flavors are fresh, the tortillas are well made, and the presentation is consistently beautiful. The space itself is fun and has a good overall vibe. It's also one of the only restaurants I know that uses no seed oils and organic ingredients, which is a big plus. Also love that everything is gluten feee. That said, consistency is still a work in progress. Service can feel inattentive--even when it's not busy, water rarely gets refilled, and the staff can seem distracted. Breakfast hasn't been as strong as dinner--we had undercooked potatoes, raw vegetables, and a cappuccino that tasted more like milk than coffee. At $75 for two, it felt underwhelming. I'd give our breakfast experience a 2.5 stars rating. We've also noticed some pricing inconsistencies, like being charged $1 for pineapple on the shrimp tacos, even though it's included on the menu description. Still, the good meals have outweighed the misses, and I'm hopeful they'll iron things out as they find their rhythm. It's definitely worth checking out. I'd recommend the shrimp and steak tacos for dinner and the churros for dessert.

Had a great meal there tonight. All 5 of us thought it was the food was spectacular! Our waitress Juju was wonderful. This restaurant is committed to no seed oils and proteins are all organic. Hope they have continued success!

The food is amazing! So fresh and authentic! I've only found out about this place a month ago and have already gone 5 times this month haha! I've had all of their tacos and I am obsessed with the shrimp tacos, the way that I have dreams about them tacos!!! The food is not only pretty but is soooo delicious!! Hands down one of the best tacos I've ever had... Shrimp tacos = 11/10‍ (my fav) Salmon tacos = 10/10 Steak tacos= 10/10 Chicken tacos= 10/10 I also got the vanilla latte (10/10) and the matcha latte also a 10/10!! Service has been really great too the girls there are so sweet and super pretty! Definitely coming back weekly!

Wish we had more places like this in Salt Lake City. Such fun and great energy from the restaurant and staff. Can't wait to try everything from there.

Finally a creative, cozy, original Mexican inspired restaurant which also happens to honor healthy and sustainable cooking methods and ingredients. Love the low lighting and creative textures. Our table of both adults and children devoured our delicious cuisine. Will be telling all of my friends about my new fave spot!
