Coming from a non-foodie, I’ll just say the mixed salad (butter lettuce, tomatoes, fennel, olives, hazelnuts, red cabbage, shredded carrot, and a tiny fried egg on top) was composed of some of the freshest ingredients I’ve ever had. It was so refreshing. We shared the mushroom risotto afterword, which was delicious, but I’m sure the truffle dishes are excellent.
