I can’t recommend this place enough. The location and architecture were beautiful. I arrived at 10:30pm and they got us drinks and food. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was large, had a TV, a small nook in front of the window you could sit in ,and a wood burning stove. The breakfast was good. I used both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and they were terrific as well.

We booked a Villa de luxe room for 3 persons. This hotel does not correspond to a 5 star hotel as announced in booking.com, neither to a boutique hotel.the luxuary villa was terrible! But the price was corresponding to a 5 stars luxe!The view to an exterior wall from the room, minimalist, any confort, no TV in the room , just the placement for the TV,any confort! very small see pictures.| It was an ancient covent very well rebuilted but we had the impression that the ownwer just want his money back! The restaurant also not equilibrated. We were happy when we left.

Excellent location, excellent recuperation of a XVI Franciscan convent with really nice and very helpful staff. |The rooms are very spacious and well kept, the front office impeccable from the reservation over the phone, the check-out. They provided a lot of informations on te surrounding area.|The bar and restaurant staff was great and very friendly, light dinner was very good, even he chef came out to ask if all was fine. Breakfast is really good.|The indoor and outdoor pool were great (some minor details on the indoor pool need attention) the gym simple but well kept.||We really enjoyed our stay and the kindness of the staff. You feel the staff is really proud to work there.||We can only recommend it.

Lovely hotel, the building restoration has been amazing. The views are fantastic. We loved our room very modern and well furnished. The pool was a bit cooler than I would have liked but ok once you started to swim. The front desk staff were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our only comment would be that one more staff member in the bar area would have helpful, waited just a little to long for the first drink.

Location with a spectacular view. We arrived when the cherry blossoms were at their peak. Spacious and luxurious rooms. When you enter the hotel, you feel like time has stood still. Go back in time. It used to be a monastery. There is a pampering spa.

Really liked the size of the bedroom, the view, and the comfort within. Breakfast is excelent, great quality and greater variety. The food itself for the lunch and dinner menus tasted divine, one of the best I've had. The pool is of a good size but could do with a bit of heating off summer, and the available Spa services left no room for complaints, lovely.||Not many negative points to single out, the only ones that come to mind are the bathroom floor still had a couple hairs from the previous clients, and a dead bug. Also, the hotel restaurant, although 5 stars in quality doesn't have much variety.

The hotel lost very much and i dont go there anymore. |First we needed to wait 20 minutes at the reception until we could checkin. before us was a group and the reception person preferred to show them around and to let us wait. Doing a tour you can later as well.|In the morning we needed to wait for the breakfast. we ordered at 07.30 but needed to wait until 07.45h. We were on a business trip and had a tough schedule.
