Great location, the hills are pretty steep to get to your room and also down to reception but the staff are really nice and help you with your bags. The staff are great and super hardworking. When we came there were a lot of kids and the pool was a little bit like a water park so it wasn’t great for us to relax at. The rooms are really dated and doesn’t feel very clean for the prices you pay but apparently during low season you can get it for much cheaper.

We had a wonderful experience at this family friendly resort. Our room was room 103 and we had the most amazing view on Salad beach. The room is not luxurious but it is a very good size, the bed is massive and very confortable. There is a large terrace with a hammock which we used a lot.|Yes the resort is on a steep hill but it never bothered us, if anything it made it quite fun. The breakfast is a bit limited but good enough, we had dinner there and the food was good.|The atmosphere is great for families, it’s a very relaxing place and if you like music, they have really cool music on the big terrace throughout the day. The terrace itself is excellent with beautiful views. The pool itself and the pool area in general is very clean.|The direct access to the beach is brilliant, and salad beach is a beautiful beach with truly beautiful emerald colour water.|There are several restaurants on salad beach which are very good.|The staff at the resort were all really nice. We hired a scooter from them and the service was a breeze and the price was reasonable.|It is worth hiring a scooter to get around easily, in any case if you want to discover the island properly you need your own transportation.( we strongly recommend to go to the wave sunset bar which is close to the resort for a beautiful sunset and amazing food!)|Don’t listen to the bad reviews, when you pay the equivalent of £50 per night for three people including breakfast don’t expect 5 stars, we thought the resort was really good value for money. We would recommend this hotel to anyone we know.

We had a really good time during our stay at Cookies resort. The room had all that it needs, could be a bit more “modern” but its definitely good for the money. The service was always really really good, everyone there is really polite and helpful. The accomodation is very child friendly. The location is up a very steep hill, therefore it has an amazing view.

Lovely resort! You just walk down some steps from the restaurant area and you have access to the beach. There are lot of massages in the area. There is a scooter rental nearby - but if you can't ride a scooter you can ask the hotel to contact a taxi. It can be about 150 baht per person, depending on distance. This place is better if you can ride a scooter to go around, but you can still enjoy it without one. There is a bit of a climb to get to from the room area to the parking area, but sometimes there's a golf buggy to take you up (this place won't be suitable for those with mobility issues). And then there's another steep hill (good condition road) to ride up if you have a scooter - so bear this in mind if you are not so confident in scooter riding.

Great views and on one of the nicest beaches of KP. Very friendly staff and very considerate for kids. Food is excellent. Rooms are simple but nice, clean and convenient and we loved our own balcony with hammock. We stayed with a family of four and they accommodated to all our needs.

This resort has an amazing view, i really loved it! It’s a very peaceful place. They have a restaurant which is not that expensive and has very good food. If you book any bungalow or room you will get the breakfast for free which was really good! The staff is very lovely, can’t complain about it! The rooms are needed some renovation for sure, but overall it’s a nice experience to stay here. Nevertheless there is a lady making massages, and she extremely good at it! She is located close by the swimming/ beach so when you are getting the massage you can hear the waves!

Two stars for a three star resort. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and the food was good. However the resort itself was disappointing, dated and dirty. We booked a family villa which turned out to be two separate apartments. This was a hassle with two young kids. They did asked us if we minded an external stairs to the children’s room but what they meant was a separate apartment which is publicly accessible. The apartments themself are small and dated, blankets are ripped and with huge stains if you remove them from the sheets. Our curtains didn’t even cover our windows even though our room was on the ground floor. Everywhere you find garbage and old used shit in the resort. The access to the beach is also dated, half broken and dirty. See the pics for yourself. Breakfast was okay-ish. Small portions and extras you need to pay for. We had fun though, despite the fact the resort was dissapointing. On the plus side; there is a really relaxing jungle vibe throughout the resort, it is beautifully located in a bay and the Thai food at the restaurant is delicious.
