Cook's Club El Gouna

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Cook’s Club. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and very well maintained. The food is delicious. The restaurant offers great quality, and you can order food at any time. We honestly enjoyed everything on the menu. The location is also perfect, right in Downtown. You can easily walk a few minutes to a supermarket to grab snacks or water, which is very convenient. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. We felt very welcome throughout our entire stay. We read in previous reviews that the music might be too loud, but we did not experience that at all. However, we stayed by the lagoon rather than directly at the pool, which might make a difference. Overall, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back. We highly recommend this place!

First time in Egypt, and we stayed in an amazing hotel! From start to finish, the staff provided outstanding service and made us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard every day, and all the facilities were spotless. The food was fantastic, and during the day it was such a treat having it delivered straight to our sunbed. Salam was brilliant around the pool and really helped create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The bar staff in the evenings were also great — Kamel, George, and Peter were all amazing and made the nights really enjoyable. The pool area was kept very clean, and having the option to use sunbeds on the beach was another big highlight. Overall, El Gouna felt very safe, welcoming, and friendly. We felt really well looked after during our stay and would 100% come back. I’d happily recommend it to anyone!

The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of fresh fruits, and a barista making coffees. We joined lovely yoga classes on the jetty in the morning. There’s no actual door to the bathroom.

Throughout the week the space comes alive with DJs, live musicians, and performers, creating a lively yet enjoyable energy that still allows guests to relax. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and cleaned daily with all the expected amenities. The overall design of the hotel feels contemporary and well suited to the social atmosphere of the resort. Service from the team was particularly strong. Staff members such as Salam, Hosney, and Nour brought genuine warmth and enthusiasm to the experience, whether organising activities by the pool or simply ensuring guests started the day with a good coffee. The food offering was consistently good, with well-presented dishes and an excellent breakfast selection featuring plenty of fresh options each morning. Overall, Cook’s Club El Gouna delivers a fun and well-managed resort experience with strong hospitality and a lively poolside atmosphere.

It was really nice, decent breakfast options - could do with more drink options though - and lovely staff.The aesthetic is cool but the moody colours make it quite dark, especially in the bathroom which can make shaving and make up a pain at times. Generally a lovely place in a great location.

Great Location, Great Vibes, Outstanding Staff! We had a wonderful stay at Cook’s Club El Gouna, The hotel has a great location — it is easy walk to downtown El Gouna with many restaurants and bars nearby. The design of the hotel is modern and stylish, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole area feels chilled and fun with pool-side music and a live DJ most days. This hotel is excellent value for money with a friendly atmosphere, good food and lovely service — good choice for adults who want a fun and relaxing break in El Gouna. But what really made our holiday special was the staff. Everyone was amazing, and it would be difficult to name every single person, but a few deserve special mention. First, Merna – Guest Experience Host. She welcomed us warmly from the very first moment and immediately made us feel at home. She clearly explained all the hotel services, which made everything easy and smooth from the start. Her professionalism and positive attitude created a great first impression and set the tone for our whole stay. Salam – Pool Concierge was incredible. He prepared our sunbed exactly the way we liked it, adjusted the umbrella for perfect shade or sun, and always made sure we were relaxed and comfortable. Most importantly, he organized activities, kept the energy high and made sure everyone was in a good mood. He really brought life to the pool area. Special thanks also to Beshoy, who looked after us every day, always attentive and pleasant, bringing drinks and meals with a smile, and to Amr, our housekeeper, who kept our room perfectly clean with great attention to detail. Our stay in cook’s club has been fantastic. Service, breakfast, bar, vibe, confort… all 5stars. If I have something to suggest for improvement I would say the gym. For a hotel which aims to give ‘active’ vibes and healthy lifestyle options, a more complete gym should be a must. But apart from this, our experience has been excellent, especial mention to Youstina, our experience ambassador. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Cook’s Club. Everything was top from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and always made us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and fresh options every morning. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well, which helped us fully relax and recharge.
