From the moment we arrived, this hotel delivered an unforgettable experience that exceeded every expectation. The rooms are beautifully designed, impeccably clean, offering the perfect blend of comfort and bohemian style. The food quality is simply outstanding. Every meal felt like a culinary journey, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. Whether it was the breakfast buffet, lunch by the pool, or a romantic dinner, each dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The pool area is a slice of paradise — clean, inviting, and surrounded by tranquil scenery and the best part of it was Ahmed :) . Add to that the stunning lagoon, where you can enjoy a peaceful swim or simply unwind by the water, and you have the perfect backdrop for a rejuvenating holiday. One of the highlights is the easy access to Zaytouna Beach, which is nothing short of spectacular. The walkway over the lagoon leading to the beach is a charming experience in itself, and the beach is pristine, well-maintained, and ideal for sunbathing or a refreshing dip in the sea. But the real cherry on top is the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Warm, welcoming, and always ready with a genuine smile, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail, helpfulness, and personal touches made us feel not just like guests, but truly valued. This hotel is a gem in every sense — flawless, luxurious, and heartwarming. This was our second time staying at this hotel, and we really enjoyed it again. The rooms aren’t very big, but they have everything you need. The staff take great care of you — especially at the pool, where they do everything to make you comfortable. The food is delicious and also very reasonably priced. The only thing I would improve is the water pressure in the shower — a rain shower would make it perfect. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back

The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a great night’s sleep. I also loved the little details, like complimentary bottled water, quality toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar. The hotel facilities were excellent—especially the fitness center and pool, which were both clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was another highlight: a wide variety of fresh, delicious options with something for everyone.

The staff are the real highlight of this hotel. Everyone — from the kitchen and bar team, to reception, housekeeping, and security — are always smiling, polite, and ready to help. We had breakfast included, and it was excellent. There was a wide variety of options that could fit all tastes. A special thanks to Malak from the kitchen. She made the most delicious pancakes and waffles during our first three days — they were truly unforgettable. Even after she wasn’t there, the food was still good, but hers were something extra special. When we first entered the room, there was a small issue, but the team solved it immediately within seconds — very professional service. The swimming pool is well-maintained and always clean. Fresh towels and all facilities were available without any problems. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and friendly. It’s the kind of place where you really feel comfortable and welcomed. ✨ In short: Great hotel, amazing staff, tasty food, and a very clean environment. Highly recommended!
