Cook’s Club Hersonissos

Stayed at Cooks Club and it was an amazing stay. All the staff were extremely kind and gave lovely service. Also a special shoutout to Erika who with her enthusiasm and warm aura made you feel at home and very much included. ||The pool facilities are fantastic with very comfortable service, the towel service is a great add on. The breakfast buffet is overwhelming good, something nice for everyone for sure! We also tried out the spa again with lovely staff and good quality massage. Room was comfortable with out own little balcony to chill at. ||Probably the most special thing about Cooks Club for me were the special events, bbq, movie night, live music, dancers and dj’s. The vibe was always good. Made it fun to hang out at the hotel itself if you were up to have a chill evening. ||In short we loved it, once more i would like to give a big thank you to the staff, will definitely book here again if i am going back to Chersonissos.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Hersonissos, just a short walk from the sea, restaurants, and shops. We truly had an unforgettable experience and we would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel . Visited for a week with my adult children . Only thing to consider, time to visit as I can imagine the town can get very busy high season. It was just perfect mid September 19th onwards. It's tucked away like a little oasis yet on your door step lots on offer , bars shops restaurants a plenty ! The pool area unfortunately doesn't get the sun all day 4.30 onwards you loose the sun due to the hotel buildings . Limited sun loungers. You have to head down early to get prime location that gets the sun for the majority of the day . Fantastic DJ's during day and excellent entertainment. Fantastic vibe . Spa treatments great value and experienced therapist how give 10/10 treatments . Ive had a few being in the industry. Staff were the best I've experience in any hotel in a long time . Professional, attentive , actually enjoy what they do which is rare now a days and nothing was too much trouble . Absolutely made our holiday!! My kids are 20,27,28 who said they definitely go back . Perfect week for adult only holiday

I spent 7 days here. The hotel’s concept is very nice – 5 stars for the design. It’s an excellent choice for young people looking for a lively atmosphere. However, cleanliness could be improved. The balcony was not cleaned during the stay, and the bathroom was only tidied up superficially. Although it is adults only, I believe a few internal rules would enhance the experience for all guests, such as: • Quiet hours during the night • Minimizing loud music from rooms and hallways during the night. I understand it’s a resort aimed at young, energetic guests, but having some guidelines in place would ensure better comfort for everyone. On several occasions, I was woken up during the night by loud music from portable speakers in the hallways or noise from guests under the influence of alcohol. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking a party-oriented holiday, but less suitable for those looking for relaxation.

I recommend Cooks Club for everybody that look for comfort, modern with good food hotel in the center of city where you have everything next to you. Hotel has two big pools, comfortable sunbeds and professional stuff who’s taking care of you. The big plus of this hotel is DJ playing music everyday and every evening different event what makes you don’t want to leave hotel.

The hotel is small but not too small – just the right size. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the cocktails are especially tasty. We really enjoyed the DJ playing by the pool – the music was loud and lively, which was perfect for us as a younger couple. At the same time, there’s a quieter corner without speakers for those who prefer to relax in peace. The staff was very attentive and caring, always making sure everything was in order, even though the hotel was quite busy during the day. Common areas were kept clean at all times, and the staff was never intrusive. The sunbeds were very comfortable. The rooms aren’t particularly fancy or unique, but they’re spacious enough and meet all the basic needs. Every evening, there was something different happening – either a DJ set, live music, or movie nights on Sundays with free popcorn. Overall, the holiday was a great success. We have no complaints. The only minor issue, which is common in all of Greece, was the presence of mosquitoes – but of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault.

This hotel is lovely. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food and drinks were very tasty and reasonably priced. The Greek salad in particular was amazing and only €8 which we thought was good. The pool area was very nice and had comfortable sun-beds, and a great DJ playing good music. The hotel was in a great location, just off one of the main roads, filled with shops and places to eat and drink. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beachfront and close to lots of different beaches to choose from. We had the junior suite on the ground floor which was lovely and spacious. Cleaners were efficient each and everyday, bed was very comfortable. The only complaints we had was that our room was so close to the restraunt that we couldn’t look out of our bedroom window as it looked over people dining, and all other ground floor suites had beanbags outside but we only had the wicker chairs, which was okay but just felt uncomfortable to sit on, being too close to the restaurant. Also, the shower flooded the bathroom slightly if you were in there too long, which was not a major issue but just meant we felt pressured to be quick! Overall, would definitely return to this lovely hotel and thought it was definitely worth our money!

My time at CC Hersonissos has been exceptional. From indulging in the many delicious dishes offered in the restaurant, to unwinding poolside, dj playing, and a frozen strawberry daiquiris in hand (naturally) - the very hardworking staff at this clean, minimalist, industrial theme hotel go above and beyond to offer their guests a holiday to remember. |The rare negative reviews don’t justify the many, many positive ones. I find it rather odd that a small number of guests didn’t research beforehand the type of hotel that they chose to come to of their own volition - common sense isn’t for everyone I guess. |Would like to give an extra shout out to Damira on reception, and Claire and Marina in the cantina - you ladies really show Greek hospitality at its finest and I hope your managers recognise how tirelessly you work to help guests. All staff genuinely went the extra mile in service roles that often get overlooked by visitors - without you all there would have been no holiday! |Thanks again CC Hersonissos!!!
