Cook’s Club Hersonissos

I stayed here on my own for a week and had an incredible time. The hotel is really stunning, modern, and you can tell it's ran efficiently by management. Housekeeping also cleaned the rooms daily and the hotel itself was nearly always spotless. The reception staff were really helpful and explained everything clearly during my stay. The spa staff were kind and great at explaining their treatment list and the treatments I had were very good. Magda behind the bar was the stand out - her service was outstanding. She would always serve with a smile, friendliness and nothing was ever too much for her. Location was excellent - Close to local shops, beaches and the strip. The food was outstanding, perfectly prepared/cooked but not enough local cuisine on the menus. The only other minor negatives were: 1) On arrival I was upgraded to a better room for one night, then downgraded for the following 6 days after. I appreciate having the upgrade, however it's not the best look to then take that room away from a guest after a night. 2) The sauna/steam room were out of order. (I know this happens, but it didn't seem like there was any effort to rectify the issue).

Our stay at Cooks Club Hersonissos was amazing. Firstly the staff were all incredible. Any query we had was dealt with perfectly by the front desk where whoever we spoke to was more than happy to go above and beyond to help. Pool staff were really lovely and bar staff too. The music in the day was not too loud which was great and almost sunbeds were in sunlight most of the day too which was great for October!||The pool was always very clean and not too busy even though the hotel was fully booked, and rarely had reserved sunbeds too. ||The location is great too being only a 5 minute walk from most busy restaurants at the seafront. As well as being on the main road through Chersonisos so travel by bus to Heraklion or Stalis was so easy and cheap!||The food at the hotel is also incredible where we ate 3 evenings while staying. Amazing value for money and the selection is wide too. ||Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard too.

Cooks club Hersonissos is literally the best hotel I have ever been to! ||The staff is really nice and helpful. If you have a complaint they’ll fix it immediately and they really listen to you. Every single one of the staff members is kind!||The food and drinks are a 10/10! They have an amazing bar with a very wide selection of spirits and they really know how to make an excellent cocktail! The breakfast has a wide variety to choose from and everything is made fresh.||The rooms are modern and very clean. The housekeeping came by everyday to clean and to bring fresh new towels and bedsheets.||They have a beautiful spa and gym! The pools are nice and there is enough place to go sunbathing. In the afternoon there’s a dj so the vibe is so nice!||We would definitely recommend this place! Thankyou team Cook’s club for giving us an unforgettable holiday!

As someone who lives in the area, I can say that Cook’s Club Hersonissos adds a fresh and modern touch to the local scene. The atmosphere is relaxed yet stylish, and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive without trying too hard. The food is consistently good, with quality ingredients and a creative approach that still stays true to Mediterranean flavors. The bar is also a highlight — well-made cocktails and a great vibe to enjoy them. What I like most is that, although it’s a hotel, it still feels connected to the community. The music, the people, the overall energy — everything fits naturally with the rhythm of Hersonissos. It’s a place where locals feel just as comfortable as visitors. Overall, Cook’s Club Hersonissos has become one of those spots I’m always happy to recommend — modern, lively, and genuinely welcoming.

Location was excellent, room good with nice shower. Took a while to work out why the Aircon wasn't working as it switches off every time you open the door to the balcony. Bar staff were good and the bean bags around the pool are very comfy so not a problem if you don't get up early enough for a sun bed. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay the only complaint we had was around smoking. It is very difficult to get away from it as ash trays are places everywhere around the pool and bar, people were even vaping in the breakfast room. Otherwise a good holiday was had by all and the location was perfect it suited everyone in our party from age 19 to 52.

This hotel is stunning, so clean and all the staff are friendly, welcoming and very hard working! We have to say Erica (guest relations) was exceptional, she was so knowledgeable about the island and gave the most amazing recommendations for restaurants and beaches she really is an asset to the hotel she works non stop (as do all the staff) just a lovely genuine person! The rooms are cleaned every day - our room was massive (junior suite). If i had to critique anything it would be to have smart TVs (some nights you just want to chill and watch a movie) and the DJ to play a different set each day as the playlist can be repetitive but this is a minor - i would definitely use Cooks again in the future as it was pretty faultless thanks for a beautiful holiday

It has a pool with cool view and atmosphere. There’s always good music playing, which makes the vibe even better. The staff is super friendly and welcoming! The food and drinks are delicious with a variety of options. There are different spots to relax sunbeds, tables, etc. I had an amazing time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot!

I spent 7 days here. The hotel’s concept is very nice – 5 stars for the design. It’s an excellent choice for young people looking for a lively atmosphere. However, cleanliness could be improved. The balcony was not cleaned during the stay, and the bathroom was only tidied up superficially. Although it is adults only, I believe a few internal rules would enhance the experience for all guests, such as: • Quiet hours during the night • Minimizing loud music from rooms and hallways during the night. I understand it’s a resort aimed at young, energetic guests, but having some guidelines in place would ensure better comfort for everyone. On several occasions, I was woken up during the night by loud music from portable speakers in the hallways or noise from guests under the influence of alcohol. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking a party-oriented holiday, but less suitable for those looking for relaxation.
