Well worth dedicating an afternoon to watch the sun set over the alps, from the comfort of a modern stylish sky bar. Lovely ambience, even better food. Gorgeous combination of flavours from a modern global menu. Wine selection is extensive; cocktails are limited to classics, but created and presented well. Vegetarian options are flavourful and exciting. Sweet potato and coconut starter & pumpkin ravioli main comes highly recommended. Exquisitely presented on plate, divine and intricate flavours to taste. Creme brûlée was a beautiful and tasty desert! Service folk were lovely and accommodating.

Great hotel, very modern, friendly helpful staff and good facilities. Sunday and Monday are 'rest days' so the bar and restaurant are not open. The Panoramic Cafe is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and is a very good option for a meal.

You can tell that whoever is behind this operation really cares and has great attention to detail. All of the furniture, fixtures, etc. have been carefully selected to create a beautiful end-product. This hotel is lots of glass, meaning you’ll get stunning views in every room. WiFi speeds are fantastic, 150+Mbps down. I don’t like that they put it behind a third party registration wall because some of my devices aren’t capable of loading the pop up to enter the password. Staff is friendly. The rooftop restaurant and bar has great drinks and food. Location is probably best with a car, but taxis are readily available in town. Overall a nice experience.

Good Value for Money with Nice Location (close to centre) 👍🏻: Friendly Staff, Modern Design, Nice shower kits (from Rituals), really good value for money and the location 👎🏻: Cleanliness can be improved, I was able to see dirt on cushions, at the corners and on walls. Also the drainage was really slow in the shower so it flooded very easily. Additionally, you can probably tell it’s an old hotel that’s been renovated, because behind all the modern features, there are a lot of details eg. Bad smell from the wardrobe that tell.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. First and foremost, the dining options are practically nonexistent. The in-room dining service shuts down at 9 PM, leaving you stranded if you need anything later. To make matters worse, their only restaurant was completely closed of Sunday and Monday, which is baffling for a hotel that supposedly caters to travelers. The staff at the reception are another major letdown. They were rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. Any question or request was met with disinterest or outright hostility, making the entire stay incredibly frustrating. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. If you’re looking for a place that values its guests and offers basic amenities, look elsewhere.

Room was clean and nicely decorated with an amazing view over the mountains. Service was okay (one of the staff members didnt know much english, the other two were polite and nice). Hotel is located on the outskirts of the city so we used the bus No.7 to get to the city and back and the bus stop is a 3min walk away. The only big thing that i didnt like is the parking situation. On the website it said that the parking is free of charge for the guests of the hotel but when we got there they said the parking was 5e per day...

Received a coupon for the buffee in the hotel restaurant. The view from the top is wonderful as you enjoy your food. The food was very good and varied with many options. The coffee was good and they have an incredible assortment of teas. The Salmon is a must eat 😁. The only thing that was maybe not the best were the desserts but since I don’t go for dessert for brunch it was fine. Definitely wouod recommend a visit to the restaurant. It is a little pricey but once a year for a special occasion is perfect. Make sure to good on a good weather day as then the view is the best. Cannot comment about rooms as we just went to eat.

The hotel does not provide assistance with loading and unloading your luggage. It does not offer an iron for the room. They also do not provide bottled water, claiming that the local tap water is clean and drinkable. Their response to guests is slow. On the positive side, it is close to the airport. However, their breakfast is overpriced.
