Funny enough!!! In a sad way!!! The owner of Coolibar responded to my review by saying that a member of their time has responded to my email. However, I have not received any email whatsoever. Is he joking?? Or just trying to paper over their terrible customer service experience?
If the owner wants to remedy the situation, just offer a refund, not go around with subterfuges.🥶🥶🥶
Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought 2 swim shirts size extra large. They sent me 2 smalls. I have been trying to exchange them for the size I originally ordered. They offer no way to exchange. Only returns. When I tried to return them, their return portal tells me that “the items bought do not conditions for return”. As if it wasn’t their fault for sending me the wrong size.
I had sent several emails to various company addresses asking for assistance, tried to call their customer service line, no response whatsoever.
I will never buy anything from this company, ever.
