I never leave reviews , but i gotta say i got EXCELLENT customer service !! After a little inconvenience with my order they fix it as prompt as possible . The agent Alejandro apologize for the inconveniences and told me i would be refunded the item out of stock , but never told me that i was getting a FULL refund even for the second item. Until i saw the refund in my bank account couldn t beleive it ! So that was a big suprise and i didn t wait more then 3 days for refund . The shipping was quick . I love my hoodie fits great , very comfortable and il be ordering again from coolibar . I will refer anyone wanting top notch upf clothes . my go to upf clothing brand quality and comfort .. #1 protected from the sun !

Such a poor costumer service. Some items can not be returned. The rest is at your own expenses. Items didnt fit. I m skinny, I ordered XL gaiters that were so tight on my neck it didn’t cover the whole area. I sent them pictures. They seem to think that there is nothing wrong with there products. I expected better from overprice items.

I was very disappointed that Coolibar does not exchange items for size. You must pay a $8 return shipping fee. Also their pricing changes every 3 days for the same exact item. I paid $44 for a medium swim top and when I tried to purchase the same exact swim top in a larger size the price increased to $75 within 3-4 days. The worst is their 2 week shipping time. I have never paid a return shipping fee nor had such a slow shipping time for clothes. I wanted to buy additional items, but the customer service and business model is so poor I am returning all my Coolibar items and will not make purchases from them in the future.

Coolbar sun protective clothing feels better and looks more attractive than typical UV protection. I had one problem which was handled respectfully and promptly by Customer Service. I highly recommend this product.

Charged to return unused products! The day I received the Coolibar items I realized I bought the wrong size and one shirt was not right for me. The website says I have to pay $8 to return the full (overpriced) clothing.
If you want to try their brand, shop on Amazon! Lots of other UV blocker brands to try-
