Such an awesome company to deal with Luigi was such a help. The shirts are perfect. Keep me cool when playing tennis but the customer service is the coolest. I nice to have people who really care And reach out to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you

This company is dishonest. I ordered an xs shirt on sale and when it arrived, I discovered that it is grossly midsized and is really a medium or even a large. They won't return it because it was a final sale. However, I know this company's sizing and this is a defect; it is dishonest not to stand behind their products. Buyer BEWARE!

I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars. I tried to get a refund for my missing order but Coolibar denied me after a week from the delivery date. This customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. They don’t care if your order wasn’t delivered or lost.

Customer service is nonexistent. I tried to cancel an order within minutes placing. Never received anything except computer generated email. When I called customer service the person couldn't give me any answers. When I called back he said still no reply. I advised Coolibar both orders were canceled as of my phone call. I filed disputed claims w bank and was issued credits. The bank will resolve the problem now. I do not trust this company.

I have utilized the help of Coolibar's customer service agents several times. Each time has been a delightful experience, resulting in easy communication and quick resolutions. An added bonus? Their product is high-quality.

I don’t like posting these comments, but my experience this time around with Coolibar was so different than all of my past experiences. All of those prior products and experiences have been wonderful. This time - the swim top is not appropriate for swimming. As soon as you get in the water, the sleeves ride halfway up forearm and you’re not covered. When I contacted Coolibar about this Issue, I received the automatic “we got your response, we’ll get back to you”. No follow up, no contact from customer service, nothing.

The product was not delivered. They deserve no star. Estimated delivery date of 7/8/2004 were changed each evening to the next day. I no longer believe the merchandise will arrive. Many Emails to customer service got no action. I listened to their music and promises of trying to make my wait “brief” for over 1 1/2 hours on customer service number. On the 16th they actually asked for a review of my unreceived purchase!

I have ordered Coolibar clothing for many years. I needed to return a shirt and get a different size. Apolonio made the whole process a breeze. I'll be ordering again soon.
