Alejandro did a professional and efficient job of processing my refund request after I cancelled an order IMMEDIATELY after placing it on 9-26-2025. Coolibar did not 1. refund my purchase price at that time 2. send me the merchandise. I had to call Coolibar to notify them of their failure to refund almost $300 to me. Apparently Coolibar was happy to keep my money and NOT send me any merchandise. Why was my initial request not processed correctly? I love Coolibar merchandise but as a company they leave a lot to be desired from the consumer's standpoint. BUYER BEWARE.

Funny enough!!! In a sad way!!! The owner of Coolibar responded to my review by saying that a member of their time has responded to my email. However, I have not received any email whatsoever. Is he joking?? Or just trying to paper over their terrible customer service experience? If the owner wants to remedy the situation, just offer a refund, not go around with subterfuges.🥶🥶🥶 Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought 2 swim shirts size extra large. They sent me 2 smalls. I have been trying to exchange them for the size I originally ordered. They offer no way to exchange. Only returns. When I tried to return them, their return portal tells me that “the items bought do not conditions for return”. As if it wasn’t their fault for sending me the wrong size. I had sent several emails to various company addresses asking for assistance, tried to call their customer service line, no response whatsoever. I will never buy anything from this company, ever.

I have to go two brands for sun protection, and Coolibar is one of them. Huge variety of styles to choose from. I had three early stage melanomas removed in my 30s and 40s. Slathering sunscreen on every day It’s just not a permanent solution. Coolibar has been a reliable source for me for hats, cover up shirts and work out gear for years now. Love them!

I never leave reviews , but i gotta say i got EXCELLENT customer service !! After a little inconvenience with my order they fix it as prompt as possible . The agent Alejandro apologize for the inconveniences and told me i would be refunded the item out of stock , but never told me that i was getting a FULL refund even for the second item. Until i saw the refund in my bank account couldn t beleive it ! So that was a big suprise and i didn t wait more then 3 days for refund . The shipping was quick . I love my hoodie fits great , very comfortable and il be ordering again from coolibar . I will refer anyone wanting top notch upf clothes . my go to upf clothing brand quality and comfort .. #1 protected from the sun !

Their customer service is top notch. I had a mix up with my package and they were willing to work with me every step of the way.

Such a poor costumer service. Some items can not be returned. The rest is at your own expenses. Items didnt fit. I m skinny, I ordered XL gaiters that were so tight on my neck it didn’t cover the whole area. I sent them pictures. They seem to think that there is nothing wrong with there products. I expected better from overprice items. Never again

I had a wonderful customer service experience with Apolonio- he was efficient, compassionate and resolved my issue immediately. I had been emailing back and forth with Coolibar for weeks for no resolution and a 7 minutes phone call with Apolonio resolved my entire matter. Thank you!

I was very disappointed that Coolibar does not exchange items for size. You must pay a $8 return shipping fee. Also their pricing changes every 3 days for the same exact item. I paid $44 for a medium swim top and when I tried to purchase the same exact swim top in a larger size the price increased to $75 within 3-4 days. The worst is their 2 week shipping time. I have never paid a return shipping fee nor had such a slow shipping time for clothes. I wanted to buy additional items, but the customer service and business model is so poor I am returning all my Coolibar items and will not make purchases from them in the future.
