THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so unbelievably terrible, I can’t stay quiet.
I spent $450 in this store, carefully choosing items to bring back home. To make sure everything arrived safely, I carried them by hand through airports rather than risk putting them in a suitcase. Despite all that effort, two bowls — $20 each — arrived completely shattered.
Why? Because the associate I handed them to for packing threw the two most fragile bowls at the bottom of the bag and stacked four heavy bowls right on top.
When I reached out to customer service — politely, mind you — I simply asked if they could replace the broken items or offer a refund. The response I got was not only dismissive, it was downright insulting. I’ve worked in customer service, and I would’ve never dreamed of speaking to a customer like that. Basic human decency would’ve told you not to send something so condescending.
And to Pablo, who replied to me: What the hell is wrong with you? If the answer is no, fine — but the attitude? The tone? Totally unacceptable. You don’t get to talk down to people who supported your business. That email reeked of arrogance and zero accountability.
I will never be shopping here again.
