I am not sure why people are complaining about this hotel. The location is perfect for the town and the beach. I love lloret and have stayed in much worse. Reception staff were brilliant upon arrival. The hotel is dated but very clean . We have been asked every day to clean our room from staff but we haven't needed it. Bar staff are lovely. Food is limited choice but always something to eat. I am all inclusive and when worked out it costs 7 pounds per day. I spent more on cocktails out. Again. I'm here for another 2 days and I've enjoyed all my time at the copacabana and I will stay here again.... Well done staff 👍👍 x. X

I don't understand the negative reviews for this hotel. Yes, it's a little dated and the pool is small. Although this is all in the photos before booking.|We just spent a week here. It was a great location for a week in Lloret.|Our room was clean, lovely hot shower and well-maintained by the maid daily. We had a triple room and all beds were proper beds and comfortable. We had a small issue with the air con and maintenance sorted it within the hour. Blankets and extra pillows when asked for.|The food was what you expect from a 3-star all-inclusive. We found options for every breakfast and dinner. Ours wasn't cold!|The rooms can be noisy but that's more the loud guests and not the hotel's fault. Some behaviour from guests after a few drinks was appalling, felt sorry for the staff. |Small supermarket, tobacco shop, restaurants and launderette all within a stone's throw from the hotel. I would happily stay again with my family.

Do not stay here. The rooms smelled of must or mold, the shower didn't work, there was a slight decline on the balcony so it feels like you're going to slide off everytime, and the cleaner went into our room regardless of the Do Not Disturb sign. In terms of service, the food was often cold, layered with grease and oil, the food would change every day, including one day where all of the meals provided we're completely inedible and we had to eat elsewhere. The All-inclusive doesn't start until 10am, and when you ask for a coffee they give it to you in a cardboard espresso cup, regardless of what coffee you asked for. Most of the staff were mostly nice, but one was incredibly rude when asked for a glass of coke at lunch time.

Well where do we start. This is a fair and honest review. The hotel was clean. I have stopped with blue sea before in the canary island and they always been good. Starting with the hotel looks like the film set of the shinning and I was waiting for the voices shouting red rum. Luckily it was only a 4 day break because anymore would have killed me. We stayed half board and would have been mortified if I had of paid for all inclusive. Most of the time was spent eating out! I am a chef back in the uk and never have I expected to have to microwave every meal I had at the hotel. On further inspection I looked at the the temperatures on the equipment displays. One hot unit was at 72 degrees which is acceptable the other side was on 52 degrees and the fridge display was on 11.5 degrees. The line for the microwave was more like a conga line. I know it’s cheap but at least you expect the basics like hot food. Every holiday I have a day sunbathing but the pool area is tiny with 15 sun beds out you would have to swim to get on a sunbed and back again to get out and the pool area is shaded all day. I think blue sea should be ashamed of this hotel and how it is run. For £20 extra you can stay in a 4 star hotel on the seafront. This is the hotel where time stood still likeness to a 1960s pontin site. After bad reviews nothing has been improved

Average 3 star hotel, reception area nice, bar itself was nice, drinks are not short measures, food was edible but just not warm enough for my personal liking. Pool area very small and sunbeds looked too uncomfortable to sit on and only about 28 of them packed in tightly round the pool. The walls in the rooms are extremely thin so it does sound like next door are in your room talking to you. Hotel is only a short walk into town and beach and bus station about a 10 minute walk.

The star is for the housekeeping staff and hotel staff, they did a fantastic job specially housekeeping. but unfortunately the food was inedible apart from the watermelon which we pretty much lived off. Beds were Z beds. Perfect if you just need a base and aren’t taking kids or don’t want all inclusive but it really wasn’t a comfortable hotel. You can hear people in the rooms next door and above.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Avoid at every cost, very run down, very aged, loud and absolutely terrible food. Like the worst food I’ve eaten in my life. The used the same potato salad from the day before, sprinkled some dry fish on top and called it fish salad on the next day. Coffee tasted like vending machine coffee, you can buy for €0.50. I’m usually not the person to complain about hotels, as I don’t spend much time in them when travelling but this one was just the worst. Staff is nice and friendly and helpful. But hotel is really not 3 stars hotel.Horible uncomfortable metal frame bed, made noises all night, lift in the building so loud and old it kept the entire floor up all night… very very aged and not comfortable hotel with horible food. See some photo.

Honestly and truthfully the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. Think of the inbetweeners movie.. ||The hotel is dire.. falling apart.. mold.. damp.. dirt.. dated.. ||The food is honestly inedible. Don't worry if you miss out on breakfast because the meats, cheese and salad is still sitting there at 9pm for dinner service. ||Drinks aren't the worst. ||Walls between the rooms are paper thin.. spent the first night trying to sleep while the neighbours xxx wasn't an experience that I wanted with the last bit of winter sun. The area is noisy where there is a club directly next door.. spent the night listening to the drunks screaming at eachother. The balconies have no privacy and am sure they're not up the standards as they are crumbling away. ||The staff don't action anything when asked I.e. hostile/noisy rude locals in their holidays. Asked politely to keep the noise down and met with a hostile response. ||Pool there is tiny and the photos they supply are nothing of the hotel. ||Wouldn't even rate this a 2 star let alone 3.||We are regulars in the Bluesea as a franchise and have stayed in over 7 and this has put us off for life. Will never stay in a blue sea again.
