Little less than an average hotel. To start, the FOOD isn’t great, especially at lunch or dinner. It’s mostly just pasta and salad. The food is also quite cold most of the time. However, we loved the breakfast. It had the same things everyday such as eggs, beans, sausages etc, but sometimes had pancakes and churros. ||For us, the DRINKS were okay. You had to put a €1 deposit down for a reusable eco-friendly cup, which I thought was a great idea. However, the cups are only about 200ml which are quite small. The beer is alright, standard. The coke is good. However, they do have a cocktail machine, but they don’t come out the machine alcoholic, so you’ll have to ask for alcohol to be added. Hence, when I did they, they filled up half the cup and it was undrinkable. At lunch and dinner, you can get soft drinks, beer, wine and hot drinks. Recommend bringing your own mug for hot drinks as they are small! In addition, you can only go up to the bar for yourself, you cannot order other people drinks! Overall, the drinks were okay, but sometimes just a pain ||The ROOMS were clean, and to what standard I expect for what I payed. You don’t get a duvet as such, just a thin bed sheet to use as a blanket. While the beds were clean, the bathroom was disgusting. There was a lot of rust in the incredibly small bathtub, and the sink had cracks in it. If booking a double room, don’t expect a double bed, you will get 2 singles pushed together and these are the only options. The electrics in the room weren’t safe. The plug socket was hanging off the wall, and right above the bed. Lastly, you needed to put a €5 deposit down to hire the tv remote otherwise it won’t work. You also need to put a deposit down for a lock and key for the safe. We didn’t do this, just kept our belongings safe. ||The BAR area is okay, for sitting and having a drink. However it isn’t the biggest and can get crowded. The all inclusive bar is 10am-11pm, otherwise drinks can become quite expensive for those on anything else. Pints were about €3.50. there isn’t exactly any entertainment, just a great DJ! ||We didn’t visit the pool as it was tiny and not enough sunbeds. ||What makes this hotel great is the location. It is a 10 minute walk to evening, the beach, shops and bus station. We were able to get a coach into Barcelona for €20 each, however definitely book in advance as it gets busy. There is buses about every half an hour. We got to the station at 10am and all the buses were filled till 2pm. The location of the hotel is very ideal. ||I would stay here again for the location, however booking this hotel you have to remember you’ve not payed much so don’t expect luxury.

Checked in at around 2am local time on Monday 3rd June. We were welcomed by an extremely polite and friendly receptionist who made nothing too much trouble for us! We were tired from a long journey and couldn’t find anywhere to eat at that time, he did his absolute best to help us! Think his name was Ray? The room was clean and the bed was ok. Not the best but comfortable enough to sleep in! Spacious room with balcony, not sure what the point of the divider was though as they all have huge gaps inbetween them so no privacy, but we were lucky to have no neighbours so weren’t that bothered.||Breakfast was good, lunch was okay, dinner… eat elsewhere if you can for dinner! Food is about the only thing that lets this place down. Yes we weren’t expecting Michelin food but a lot of it was inedible. I think prisoners eat better? I’ve been to worse hotels with very high quality food so they can definitely improve and keep profit. Even the Paella was awful and we were in Spain! ||The pool is very well maintained, it’s just a shame the sun only hits it for a few hours a day, so if you don’t get the corner spot you won’t see much sun. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, and they did their best. Just a heads up for the people who like to stick to the resort, this hotel may not be for you! ||ALL staff were amazing! The bartenders were the best who even made some off menu cocktails as a last day treat. The cleaners were so polite and thoughtful. Receptionists will always go above and beyond for you. Night time entertainment was fun, wasn’t much of it but it was still fun! Very relaxed atmosphere. ||Just to add, hotel is situated close to everything! Short walk from town and the beach! Worth what you pay for and we’ll likely be back if we visit Lloret again!

hi!! i stayed here for 3 nights for my 18th birthday with my mum, and its safe to say we had no issues at the hotel. the location is beautiful, and inside i think its good for a standard hotel for a couple nights. the staff were really nice and friendly, and was very happy & positive. even sang ‘happy birthday’ to me at lunch & gave me a blanket when it was a bit cold on the first night. the dining area was nice & we had no problems with the food whatsoever. the food was lovely with the different ranges of food & the drinks we enjoyed too. one of the dining hosts was really cute too 🙈 the wifi worked perfectly fine. the rooms are very very basic, but its just a place to sleep & shower at the end of the day. the shower worked fine & the bathroom looked pleasant. gave us shampoo & a little bar of soap. the cleaner also comes in everyday to wipe & clean the bathroom, and also gives new towels everyday which was really nice. the view we had on our balcony was a really cute view of the street & its a lovely and peaceful walk from the hotel to the centre where there are stores & to the beach! thank you for making my birthday wonderful & thank you for the amazing stay!

Honestly I understand "you get what you pay"|BUT advertising all inclusive is far from strange considering if you wanted to eat once for dinner you cant go again! I was hungry so my fiance accompanied me and he was hungry at around 8:30 and was not allowed to go in and eat! Absolutely disgusting, the bar staff are extremely rude I can imagine being tired but a job is a job (I work in the same field) I have 5 more days ahead and genuinely wanting to go home, I feel so bad here the food has also given me stomach aches, the food is honestly inedible, it's hot on the outside and cold on the inside, having to pay for snacks and ice cream during the day, genuinely disgusted do better!!||ALSO THE BATHROOM HAS MOULD

It was more price & base for us. We like to get out & about.

Could not fault the place for 3 star.|Bar and restaurant staff very friendly, food was good for 3 star.|Hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms cleaned every day, and fresh towels given.|Very good location for a short stroll to the beach or to the shops and cafes|Negatives- if your room is near the lift you can hear it during the night.|Walls are very thin, so no good if you have loud neighbours.|Didn’t use the pool area- so no comment

Disappointed with our stay here. Whilst you get what you pay for, I still wouldn't return. All inclusive drinks are served in a tacky child's plastic cup which is 1€ deposit. Drinks come directly from a machine and are just syrup. The food is awful. The times I've had to eat here, I've only been able to eat cold stale fries and dessert. The food is always cold. They have served a vile "pork" dish which had no meat- just cold fat rolling around a tray. Breakfast is the best meal served here but still bad, but at least there are pastries and bacon, eggs etc. The staff (one lady imparticular) are extremely rude. The front desk staff however, are helpful. We have been shouted at by staff 3 times in a week. We had spent time at the pool, and decided to try lunch. The woman at the door grabbed my partners leg and shorts and shouted they were too wet in Spanish (they were dry, we had dried them in the sun before entering) and she even brought what I assume is the manager to check. I was disgusted that someone would ever grab him and his clothes that way. I understand not wanting wet clothes in the food area, but there are better ways to communicate this. Our room was outdated and uncomfortable. Bathroom looked like someone played tetras trying to fit it all in. Shower pressure terrible and bath tub child sized. Uncomfortable beds and aircon not working and occasionally dripping water. We had a pleasant view of....rooftops and litter. Whilst the location is ideal for walks into town or the coast, this does not make up in any way shape or form for the quality of this hotel. In my opinion: stay away from this place if you value comfort, decent food and kind staff. Edit: Contrary to the hotels response, my above review is an accurate account of our stay at copacabana. I'm disappointed further with the suggestion that what I have written is untrue. The criticism is constructive and easily shows what needs improving. The salty response trying to discredit the above shows how unwilling to develop and adapt they are. I would drop my rating to a 0 if it were possible.

Lovely staff, room cleaned every day, nice hot showers, cool rooms, cool corridors big towels and with a varied mixture of delicious foods and drinks. OK the gtub isint gourmet but sure look at the price. Don't go to a Spanish resort resort if you want a quiet night's kip...
