Ok .. so….. this hotel has some truly lovely staff working in it. They are so helpful and fun and make the experience a lot better. |We went as a couple and had a fab time! But there are things that people may want to know.||Rooms. These are clean, but old and in desperate need of some renovation. The balcony glass on nearly all balconies have cracks, the paint needs redoing, brick work needs jet washing. Bathrooms were clean, look like that have been renovated a while ago but in better condition than the rooms. Cleaners clean every day and put new towels in. ||Food. The food is ok. It’s not the Ritz, it’s basic and sometimes not the warmest ( there is a microwave to heat if needed). They work hard to constantly refill the food trays. Wine in the restaurant is like vinegar!!!! Don’t do it! Waitresses work so hard in there to clean and clear. It’s quite chilly in there and doesn’t have an atmosphere, it was a little like I was stepping into the past. ||Drinks. Now these are fine. Very strong spirits. Never too busy at the bar. You have to pay a Euro deposit for a cup :) ||Pool area. This is a bit old. The pool is clean and cleaned regularly but the sun beds and tables don’t look like they have ever been cleaned, it opens around 9.30/10 am and the beds go quickly. Half the pool is in shade for the majority of the day. We decided to just go to the other area and use chairs to relax in. ||Entertainment. Some days they have a disco, they provide lots of games/ cards to use. There are football tables, Pool tables etc that you can pay to use (2 euros a go).||A lot of teenagers go here and young people’s smoking weed on most balconies! But they were all friendly. ||It’s close to the shops and bus station etc. ||So, if you want a cheap holiday and a base to explore Lloret de mar- go for it!!

We stayed at this hotel with my family for one week, and to be honest, I was disappointed from the very beginning. When I entered the room, I found a VERY dirty pillowcase (literally half black) and a broken light in the bathroom. Thankfully, the cleaner was nice and changed the pillowcase when we told her.||Be aware: when you arrive, they ask you for 1 euro as a deposit for a cup. So if you don’t have cash, you might end up without drinks. Some of the staff are extremely rude. For example, when we asked to exchange a €10 or at least €5 note for coins to get drinks, the bar staff sent us to reception, and reception staff said they didn’t have coins either. Let’s remember: this was supposed to be ALL INCLUSIVE.||About the bar — it’s open from 10 am to 11 pm. One evening, we queued for a drink at 10:55. The line was long, and by the time it was our turn it was 11:00. They simply refused to serve us, saying the bar was closed! On top of that, most of the staff don’t even speak basic English, so communication was almost impossible.||Food: breakfast was okay, but lunch and dinner were terrible. We ended up eating outside most evenings because the only thing we could eat at the hotel was melon.||In the rooms: no hairdryer, no TV remote (yes, there is a TV but no controller), and if you want a hairdryer you have to pay extra.||I’ve stayed in many all-inclusive hotels with different prices and star ratings, but I have never seen a place where you have to pay for a cup to get drinks and constantly carry coins with you.

The hotel is dated and in need of modernisation, the decor reminded me of the hotel in that British sitcom Faulty Towers which aired in the 70s! The lift is tiny and shaky but I guess its functioning OK,if nothing it gave me a laugh using it.Was on 2nd floor and can hear the lift going up and down,a lot of young people here,so theres noise all night, but it didnt effect my sleep,as I enjoyed drinks every night,so slept well Some repairs need in areas too, hotel is clean though, and reception is nice although if I renovated I'd make reception area smaller and extend pool area. Now the food,I guess it's ok for the cheap price we paid for all inclusive, maybe what you'd get in prison is my thoughts.I think uping the food budget would be a good idea as the meat/fish selection isn't great quality, and the bread was awful, croissants were like them cheap multi packs you buy,I'm used to fresh croissants and pastries. The jam was like watery jelly. On a good note, the salad selection was good but I think hot food and cold food should have seperate areas, not together.Coffee was good, orange juice was not good, alcohol was good.I reckon food is all mass produced processed stuff, except salad, eggs etc. Most staff were very nice, but some restaurant staff looked miserable and angry,my guess is probably not happy in their jobs, they do work long hours, and working with the public can be very testing,I thought they'd break plates and chairs they banged and pushed them so hard when cleaning up,with scowls on their faces, but I'd just have sympathy for them,so it's not an issue I'd be complaining about as I work with the public myself.Location is good, near the beach, restaurants and bars.Balcony view is awful, just dirty roofs and backs of buildings,I'd suggest pool view if booking. All in all I don't regret coming here,if you book budget, you'll get budget! Staff are very hard working, hours are long for them,so I can't fault them.Another point,it's a little annoying having to carry around your rented (for €1) plastic cup for when you want a drink.Still though,I'm easily pleased, and usually make the best of any situation so I still enjoyed my stay here, its nice to experience 5 star,4 star to 3 star or 2 star hotels.

The hotel room was clean, we got fresh towels whenever requested and the food was decent.||The bar staff were so kind to my autistic daughter who is 4, she even managed to order herself a juice on her own by the end of the week. Thankyou all for being so lovely with my children! ||If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel that is close to the beach with friendly staff, this is the one!

I was slightly nervous coming to hotel after some of the bad reviews. However after a short stay for our low budget deal holiday, I have no complaints. Food Great selection and food was fresh, the choices changed daily and was all kept replenished. Me and my friend really enjoyed eating there. The hotel is dated, old fashioned decor, but we got a cheap deal and did not spend a lot of time in the room. It was also nice that our room was cleaned daily. I also noticed a lot of cleaners in and around hotel so was well attended to. I would advise if you're looking for something more modern, then it might not be for you. The lift was small (3 person max). The location is a short walk to bus station, beach, markets, and great historical sites including Church of Sant Roma. Staff Staff at the hotel were all very helpful and we stayed during the power outage that happened all over Spain, and all the staff worked very hard to look after the guests so a big thank you to them. (no power and restaurant lit up by candles) Yasmini and Antoinette

Like most people reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous about my stay here. But honestly couldn’t have had a better time. The staff were lovely and so helpful from the beginning. We had an issue with our luggage at the airport and the staff were super helpful with translating and helping us retrieve it. We arrived just before lunch was finishing and the staff made no issue of us eating that close to them finishing up. The food was fresh and there was a good selection. We are somewhat picky eaters but never had an issue with the food, we ate well all week. The rooms are basic but very clean. You could smell they had been cleaned each day. The bed was comfy and we slept well during our stay. Only really heard other guests on our last night but they were just very loud. The bathroom was fine, we had a decent size bath that was comfortable for us. The gap in the balcony dividers is quite large but we didn’t have neighbours until the last day so it didn’t really affect us. Would definitely go again, had such a lovely time.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in it needs a lot of work doing to the hotel only are that looks up dated was the reception area the rest is falling apart. It seems there was only one cleaner for the place and when asked for them to clean and change the bedding in the room we got told if the cleaner had time as they had to clean the rooms for the check in so wrong. Under cooked food and if you have allergies you can't eat here as it's all cross contaminated. It smells and is not clean staff are kind of friendly but look miserable all the time but the location for stay out of the hotel is great bar restaurants beach shops and water park all within close walking. No entertainment or anything for children to do can't wait til we go home tomorrow won't ever be coming back here wish we looked at the reviews before booking||Had to pay for cups that you drink out of and TV controller you had to pay a deposit for of 10 euros just so you could watch some TV for the kids or for your self can't turn the TV on from the TV no buttons to do so we checked !||Good parts is the beach and shops is about 10 mins walk down hill so not to bad and the water world parc was a 20 mins walk |You can hear everything that happens in this place beds are horrible to sleep in and nothing for children at the hotel it's not worth the price you pay here good luck to who ever stays here next can't wait to get home today

I was quite impressed with this hotel. I did see a few negative reviews, so I wasn't sure what to expect! It is a 3 star. It's value for money. Breakfast was decent. I really like the chocolate pastry thing. Staff were friendly and hotel is a less than a 10 minute walk to the beach.
