I write this review as a previous travel agent. It is without a doubt that this accommodation is one of or if not the cheapest in the area. For this you get what you pay for, do not book this all inclusive and expect a 5* Palace (which some people have definitely thought). In comparison to other accommodations in the area to upgrade to all inclusive was the price of a few rounds at the bar. In my eyes this was worth it as I would get my moneys worth with a few drinks / or by having breakfast. Yes the rooms are outdated but they are clean. The maids made our beds everyday, mopped the floors and we got fresh towels every other day. Plenty of room for storage. The beds are not the comfiest however, we stayed 4 nights and it was grand (think I would have struggled for a full week on the bed). Shower was always hot. The drinks - pay 1 euro for your cup for your all inclusive drinks... wine, beer, spirits, cocktails were all fine. Food - pasta, salad, rice always available as was bread and cheese. Every evening there would also be a selection of burgar / nuggets / chips then a fish / chicken or pork dish. Desserts and fruit also available. It is basic food but you can always find something and everything was fresh. If you are a person that does not eat veg / salad / rice / pasta i would say you would be limited. Pool area - again this is out dated and not the most greatest of views or for catching the rays i personally found it a tad depressing could do with new loungers and some plants would make a big difference. There is also an area at the side of the hotel with chairs which gets better sun. However, there is a beautiful beach no more than 10 mins down the road and this is where we went most days after breakfast and back later to shower and have dinner. The beach bars are a total vibe. It is €8 a day for a lounger or just bring a towel. Sea is clean great for a swim. Area is very hilly so wouldn't recommend for people with mobility issues. There is a lift in the hotel but it is pretty old school. Local Area can be suited to a wide range of people, night clubs, cheap drink on the strip, more traditional places down the side streets, up market area near the beach front. We had drinks that were priced €2 each or €20 just depends were you go and what you want..The night staff at the hotel were fantastic very pleasant and patient. As two females on our own we felt very safe in the hotel and the male staff were gentlemen and well mannered. Check in was quick. Staff in the restaurant work hard to replace food and clean. If you are expecting 5* with amazing views, food and entertainment, then pay to go to one. However, if you are OK with somewhere that may be outdated and using it as a base to sleep shower have the odd meal at or few drinks then this is totally fine. It did amaze me the amount of people that booked this hotel and were giving off. It is a 3 star and i did not feel that i had over paid for what i got. 4 nights flight and hotel all inclusive was £240 // or £200 for hotel and room only. You simply wouldn't get a weekend in the uk for that. FYI- they do not do late check out - due to our flight times we would have been waiting about for 9 hours. It was £26 to just book an extra night. We thought this was worth it as we were able to sleep on, shower before our flight and have a full day without added stress. I booked this on booking.com the day before and they matched it up to our room which was fab. Worth having a Google if you are heading out for lunch dinner or drinks. There is so much choice and it helps to narrow it down.
