Copal Tulum Hotel

This place exceeded all expectations! It’s absolutely gorgeous! We stayed in a two bedroom 2 1/2 bath apartment with wraparound Terrace. Very spacious very quiet, very intimate and serene. I definitely will be back! So many cute shops around and just a 5–10 minute drive to the beach club. Both restaurants are fabulous! In the morning yoga just adds to the calm, peaceful, serene atmosphere..

Loved it! A lovely tranquil setting. Really felt like a jungle escape. The room are so spacious with all modern cons. When enquiring about the beach they were able to get me set up in there sister hotel with no fuss and a phenomenal beach location for day trips. A walk into the centre is 10 min but they even have a cash machine on sight as Tulum taxis are a definite luxury spend. I also enjoyed the option of x2 pools to splash around in. But really the staff are what set the hotel head and shoulders above the rest.

We booked a last-minute trip to Tulum to celebrate my daughters’ birthday, and our stay at Copal was wonderful! The hotel is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy. The staff went above and beyond—always kind, attentive, and eager to assist. I also appreciated the added security of knowing that the taxis were registered when they picked us up, which made us feel safe on our girls-only trip. Communication with the hotel was seamless through WhatsApp, making the entire booking and stay process incredibly easy. We highly recommend Copal for anyone visiting Tulum!

Beautiful scenery and architect. Feels like you're living in a rain Forrest. 10 min walk to all the restaurants and bars. Hotel was clean and quite. Staff was very kind and helpful. Pool was very nice but no hot tub unfortunately. However the weather is warm so no need for it really. I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. The entire staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The 24/7 service is great, especially when in tulum. The room was a bit smaller than expected but the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The sushi restaurant was so good we went back a second night. The downstairs restaurant was good as well.

Stayed here three nights Pro: nice breakfast, the waitress and breakfast is super nice and friendly Con: they forgot to clean our room the first day, didn’t clean the private pool at all until asked - lots of insects and foliage. Me and my ten month old got loads of bites at night when sleeping - not sure if it was bed bugs or mosquitoes. To top it off my husband found a cockroach in the kitchen. They didn’t ask us how our stay was at the end hence the hotel will have to read it on here. I personally liked the decor but otherwise wouldn’t stay here.

Thank you so much for a great stay! Convenient location, courteous and very caring staff! We were given a slightly dark room at first, but after a couple days we were changed to a great spacious and bright room at the top! I would like to see the gym area expanded a bit, but overall everything is great! We loved it and will definitely be back!

We stayed at Copal Tulum Hotel from February 5th to 8th, booked a one-bedroom apartment with access to a private rooftop and pool, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience!|The quality of service was exceptional. Even our dishes were washed daily, though we never requested it.||One of the most important highlights to me was the incredible soundproofing: we slept better here than in any other hotel!|The apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable, including a stunning kitchen with all necessary kitchenware where we could easily prepare breakfast ourselves.|The only things I felt were missing in the room were a full-length mirror and a bathrobe, but not a big deal in general.||The amenity itself is adorable, offering a deep sense of seclusion and connection with nature - just what I was looking for!|The pool, surrounded by lush greenery, completely stole my heart! Dining by the water in the restaurant, hearing nature sounds and relaxing music was a wonderful experience!|The infinity pool on the shared rooftop also offers a breathtaking view of the sunset.|And in the evenings, the real firelights and mystical smoke drifting through the foliage created an almost dreamlike atmosphere.|We only wish we had more time to try their massage service, which is set in a beautifully designed area also surrounded by lush greenery.||The location of the hotel was perfect for us: very close to the center with all its vibrant venues, yet incredibly convenient for quick access to the main Ave Kukulkan, which takes you straight to Tulum’s stunning beaches in just 10 minutes by car. The hotel also has a very spacious free of charge and safe parking lot where you can always find a spot.||These apartments within a hotel truly made us feel like we were on a private villa retreat and waking up early to the sound of the owl’s songs was simply unforgettable!|All these were truly magical moments of connection with nature that I will cherish forever and this is an experience I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone!
