Copart - Toronto

This place is awful. I came to pick up a personal belonging and was told to wait because someone would come show me to the vehicle. I ended up waiting 40 minutes and no one came. When I asked about it, I got very rude replies and the usual excuse that “we are busy,” yet the workers were responding right away on the walkie talkie and eventually came only after I followed up again. The customer service here is horrible. While I was waiting, I could hear how rude the staff were not just to me, but to other people as well. The whole experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional. A simple personal belongings pickup should not take that long or be handled with that kind of attitude. The staff seriously need training in basic customer service and how to speak to people respectfully. For a place that deals with customers every day, this level of service is unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience with KEN, the manager at the Oshawa location. He consistently failed to return emails or phone calls, and repeatedly claimed that my issue had been resolved when it clearly had not. For a GM to behave this way is unacceptable, and it raises serious concerns about his integrity and professionalism within copart.

Erin was amazing. She’s the op’s manager and held my hand through the whole experience. She dealt with an issue with the insurance company too. Amazing ladies.
