Copenhagen Coffee Lab - Alcântara

One of my favourite spots. The best cardomom pastry I've managed to find in Lisbon. They do fresh juices that are delicious, foccacia that is really yummy! Great seeded loaves. Overall a great range. Oh and also a wide selection of pastries and cakes, that are not in all common in the pastelarias around. The service is super friendly and helpful. I also picked up a Too Good To Go bag recently, and there was an error of some sort, but all the bags for the day had been collected. However, the super friendly staff member did not hesitate, after I was very confused (everything refleced correctly on the app), and he created a surprise bag for me.

Good coffee with variety of healthy choices for breakfast and brunch. Good ambience for work and reading or simply chitchatting with friends though the Wifi doesn't work. I will come more often for breakfast and coffee as it is just on my way to work.

Very good coffee, very delicious sandwiches and pastries. Almond croissant was our favourite. Highly recommend! Lovely, lovely place…

Great flat white, smooth, strong and well balanced. Nice spot in Alcântara with good coffee done right for take away or to hang out in a relaxed atmosphere. Update 2 Sept 2025: On my second visit, the experience fell short. Half of the espresso shot spilled outside the cup, and rather than restart the drink, the barista hesitated, stared at me in a strange way and only remade it after I insisted. The interaction felt awkward and unprofessional. The coffee here can be excellent, but service consistency and professionalism need more attention…

One of the best locations yet. Great for working and good coffee

The cafe is really nice for breakfast or brunch. I especially liked the multi grain bread they used for making the mozzarella tomato pesto sandwich. I also highly recommend their cardamom bread and chai latte. Service is friendly and the entire setting is very relaxing and comfortable.

Stopped in for coffee and a bite while transferring busses. Cute, pup-friendly shop with fresh pastries, breakfast yums (like egg sandwiches, avo toast, etc), and a variety of coffees. They spoke English (not expected, but pleasant break for our Google Translate app) and offered to-go cups/containers, which was great for our continued adventures. Inside was cozy and had window reading nooks, a few couches and chairs, and a designated area for those with computers to sit. Fun signage and a covered glass enclosure showing off all of their amazing baked goods. Our cold brews with oat milk were smooth and delicious and the croissant with scrambled egg sandwiches were huge (2 meals for me) and the eggs cooked to perfection. Prices were a tad higher than what we've had in Portugal thus far at mom and pop cafes, but still less than in the USA.

I came here hoping to find a place to get some work done and this cafe delivered. I got here around lunch time and it was quite busy, with lots of patrons working. I got their salad bar plus and Americano. The prices were very reasonable. If I wasn't so stuffed from all the food I had before coming here, I definitely would've gotten one of their buns. The only apprehension I have about working here again is the lack of plugs. Although I did see the staff offer to pull out extension cords for other customers. Great service, food, drinks, and ambiance. Can't wait to come back here when I'm in Lisbon again.

Amazing ambience and very strong, finely roasted coffee. A Danish experience in the heart of Lisbon close to the iconic, scenic Ponte 25 de Abril Bridge. The cafe is tucked into the bottom floor of a building next to a quaint park and offers the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle outside. With open windows and calming music, this cafe is a gem.
