I've been buying the Stone Street Cold Brew Coffee, Strong & Smooth Blend ground for a few months now. I have a simple caraffe style cold brewer, in which I pour water over the basket of ground coffee in to the container. I let it "steep" for 12 hours or so, overnight in my refrigerator, for a great cold brew coffee the next day. It's strong but not acidy or sharp tasting, just smooth coffee, rivaling those Starbucks cold brews that I love. I've even tried a local Texas roaster for fresh beans, but they couldn't compare to this New York company.
