We had the 3-course lunch set menu — everything was very tasty. The coffee was good, though not quite warm enough. Overall, the price and quality were fair. Highly recommend!

Positives: Michelin Bib Gourmand rating. Mostly flavourful food with interesting combinations. Relaxed friendly service. Nice ambience. Negatives: portions too small and took too long. 5 tiny courses over 4 hours is too slow. We were pleased, yet still hungry and very tired after sitting for so long in not too comfortable chairs. Also one course that was a potato dumpling was really tasteless and boring. Negroni was weak. Espresso Macchiato was watery and cold (i sent it back) We were craving some fine food and were lucky to get a table last minute on a Saturday Evening. The Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant is attached to the Boutique Hotel Pillows (also reviewed). We had the aperitif on the terrace outside. My honey rose lemon sparkler was absolutely yummy and is now one of my favourites. My Dining partner had a negroni, though they complained to me that the gin was a little low (Negroni is 3 equal parts Vermouth, Campari & Gin). After that we moved indoors for our Dinner. We decided on the 5 Course Chefs Menu/Culinary experience. There were options of 6 & 7 courses as well. Our Allergies were happily accommodated. We really enjoyed our dinner and relished the visual presentation of all of our dishes. Though the quantity could have been a little bit more (Based on our prior fine-dining experiences). In retrospect we should have taken the 7 course menu. The dishes had multiple flavours which harmonised very well. I especially enjoyed the scallops on the white chocolate and parsnip mousse. Yummy yummy yummy 😋 I could easily describe each dish here in detail but i suggest you go and try the food next time you are in the area. The service was very relaxed and friendly. Suggestion to the restaurant : Please reduce the wait between the dishes and increase the portion size. Your potato dumpling course does not belong on your menu - it was bad.

Tonight "dining in the room", Boutique Hotel Pillows. Perfect. A great "festival of tasts". The wine St. Emilion Chateau la Gaffeliere, Nero d'Avola Tasca d'Almerita.... great, Prosecco Spumante Luna Argenta, perfect combination with the fantastic food.

Exquisite dining experience. Intimate, personal service throughout the evening. Sublime wine, combined with superb plates. The building is an architectural marvel.

My husband and I went to Coperto for a taste of their new menu and had an excellent dining experience. The food was good - the combinations were well thought out with good balance between acidity, crunchiness, subtle and strong flavours and then wine pairing worked to perfection. On the spot I mentioned that I would prefer something else instead od the tartaar and they were prepared to accommodate me. Above all, the service was very satisfactory: friendly waitress that smiled all the time (not very common here in the Netherlands) and knew what she was presenting to us and couls answer questions about the wine and the ingredients. We will come back.

Enjoyed a fantastic dinner in this interestingly designed restaurant attached to Pillows hotel. The vegetarian tasting menu was delicious and the wine pairings excellent quality. The staff were friendly and efficient too. Highly recommended!
