"After nearly 120 years on Newbury Street, “SAC” has moved to a contemporary, spacious new spot in Seaport. Considered the preeminent arts and crafts gift shop in the Boston area, the Society also has a long-standing history of supporting and promoting contemporary craft artists. If you’re looking for that truly artisan piece of jewelry or home décor, this is the place to go. But also don’t leave without checking out the rotating (and often mind-blowingly incredible) art exhibitions—all of which have a focus on fine craft. A happy addition to SAC’s new home, the artist-in-residence studio gives visitors an opportunity to engage directly with the visiting artist & learn more about their technique." - Branding Iron @ Stantec
A welcoming gallery full of unique and beautiful pieces. A great place to take a rest from the busy city streets to reflect and take some time to appreciate artwork .

Love this gallery, reasonable prices for some great art in a range of styles. Also is the oldest arts non-profit in the US which is pretty cool.
Staff is super kind and it seems like they have some neat openings and community events happening. Worth a visit if you're on Newbury Street.

In between shows and so there was not much to see. But it is one of my favorite galleries so of course we bought something.

Nice art. They were working on the lower level. So we only saw one floor.
