This place was amazing we came for my friends birthday. My main dish was delicious and we'll priced. My dessert was lovely and full of flavour and even the drinks were great , the service was 1st class the waiter Niloy was great to our table and even difficult requests and surprised my friend writing happy birthday in sauce next to her dessert. I would definitely come back here the scenery is beautiful as well and everything couldn't have been better :)

Stopped in while waiting for a river cruise and without a reservation they seated 3 of us easily for lunch. The lounge style tables had powerpoints and USB charging access which was fantastic. We ordered the GF crab pasta, a Caesar salad and the Truffle + Pecorino fries - all of which were fresh and tasty. Decor is beautiful, very instagrammable. Especially the igloos outside. Would go again when visiting London.

Really good, great place for dinner with family or happy hours with friends. Food was delicious, the sirloin was a bit expensive but worth the price. The service was outstanding, simply amazing, staff were very helpful and they were very careful in regard to food allergy and cross contamination. Not a big deal but if the igloos were facing to the river (same as in Coppa Club Putney) the atmosphere would improve by 300%, I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more for that especially during the night eating or having a drink while looking to all the city and Tower Bridge light. In general it was great, definitely worth your time and money. ☺️ Thank you!

Traveled from the US for business. Had a business lunch Tuesday went back Thursday for a business meeting. Liked it so much went back Friday for my personal day with friends. A great experience. Our waiter Micolas Friday was awesome. Friendly and very attentive. Would definitely go back again next time I am in the UK!

A unique experience sitting in one of their snug igloos with Tower Bridge over one shoulder and the Shard over the other. An iconic location for sure. We were there for a family gathering and it was perfect for this. Service was irregular and it would be good to have a service button. Particularly frustrating to be able to see staff chatting 2 meters away but struggle to get their attention. Also an issue with the red wine being forgotten. Having said that, we all enjoyed our food and the pavlova dessert was very good.

Stunning place and view but even more stunning was Victor’s service! We were a big group to celebrate a bride to be and he was absolutely amazing and extremely caring with some of the people with severe allergies. He managed to give alternatives adapted to everyone’s needs with patience paying attention to every details. He is very friendly and professional and gives great food and desserts recommendations! We also asked for a small dessert with a candle to celebrate the bride’s birthday and he made this happen amazingly! Food was great and perfect portions! Thank you Victor :) And thank you team, We will be back!

It was a walk in decision & it was the right decision. I felt I was in Italy, the day was sunny , found perfect seats outside. Victor really looked after us, very friendly, polite & charming. He made me buy drinks twice 😂. Great place definitely recommend. You can reserve these igloos especially at night it’s gorgeous.

What an incredible spot! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel instantly welcome. The service throughout the evening was outstanding – attentive without being intrusive, and always with a smile. The cocktails here are on another level – expertly crafted, beautifully presented, and full of unique flavours that you won’t find anywhere else. Each sip felt like a work of art, and you can tell the bartenders take real pride in their creations. The atmosphere is cosy yet stylish, making it perfect for both special occasions and casual nights out. It’s rare to find a place where the quality of the drinks, the friendliness of the team, and the overall vibe come together so perfectly. Highly recommended – I can’t wait to return

Yelp
Fantastic! Ordered flat iron steak with peppercorn sauce and the Coppa pizza. I have to say the pizza was absolutely fantastic and my husband enjoyed the steak. Management was lovely and addressed my food allergies. The ambiance is casual and it's a lovely place for lunch or tea

Yelp
This was on our way to and from our Tower Hill hotel, also along the North Thames right at the Tower of London entranced & Tower Hill Uber Boat dock. Lovely flower filled globe igloo seating, also lots of outdoor tables but on our visits, especially in the evening, it was far too chilly & breezy to sit patio side. No worries, one night we sat at a nice little table for two in the main room, the next time at the bar. A Negroni fan, here they use the traditional Tanguery gin & something that we rarely see in the states, classic Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino.Torino. Flutters of activity all around, excellent cocktails, good enough food and a wildly delicious sticky pudding with honeycomb dessert, our first & favorite in London. The other food items were not memorable, but decent enough, and sometimes it just must be about location & vibe (and the cocktails) If you are in the area, you will notice Coppa..it stands out in many ways, size & the globes.. Staff is friendly, accommodating. Met a lovely couple from Nepal who work together and were always smiling.

Yelp
Amazing experience from start to finish. We started off on the outside patio by the water for some drinks. It was a hot afternoon and they were light and refreshing, and came out fast. The ambiance of the outside was absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset when the lights come on and the igloos are lit. We went inside for dinner as it got chilly and were served right away. The apps came out quickly and tasted very fresh. We got the burrata and the small antipasti plate which paired nicely together. The small antipasti plate came with a good size portion of meats for 2 people. For the main course I got the fresh bucatini carbonara, which I can highly recommend. The pasta was made fresh, was cooked to perfection and was covered in the most incredible carbonara sauce which was both light and decadent. As a plus, they were able to make a gluten free version for one of our guests which tasted just as fresh. The puddings were nothing special but tasted good. We got a flourless chocolate cake and the crème brûlée (gluten free). The inside of the restaurant and bar was as beautiful as the outside and the noise level was moderate to low. The servers were all friendly and attentive and made for a great dinner. Highly recommend and will certainly be back if I am in the area again.

Yelp
This place is amazing. We had a perfect last night in London. The view is breathtaking. The pictures came out so beautifully with London Bridge lights up and The Shard building in the background. Not to mention food is so tasty, nice presentation and price is so reasonable. I had the pornstar martini and it was delicious! Service is great, the best we had so far in London.

Yelp
We wanted to try this place and (party of 4) and was fortunate to snag an igloo reservation for brunch at short notice. We were promptly greeted and seated. The ambiance and décor add to one's dining experience. I definitely recommend the igloo setting - looks great in the daytime and even more heavenly at night with twinkle lighting in the outdoor area. Our server (young fellow) was amazing and on point with his recommendations (both food and beverage). I ordered the crushed avocado & eggs with a side of bacon and paired that with a tropical spritz. The ladies were all pleased with their food and drinks. Overall solid experience and I do hope to visit again - highly recommended for first time visitors to London.

Yelp
Location is 5 stars. Right on the Thames, near the Tower of London. Ambiance is like 15 stars. The little pods are so cute, the patio is amazing, and the inside is cute. The service was pretty good. The food was... a mixed bag. We had crudite that was good. But my husband ordered prawns and said they were inedible. He literally took one bite and no more. The rest of the food was pretty ok. Nothing amazing, but also nothing else terrible. Honestly it would have been an absolute win for drinks and tapas, we just needed a full meal.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a beautiful cafe located just across the walkway from the Tower of London. Their pricing is a little expensive for what it is, but given the touristy area, it makes sense, to some degree. They have some really cute bubble/pod style tables outside that we were hoping to sit in, but they are reservation only. This was a Monday at about noon, and they only had bar seating available. They claimed it did not have table service, but we definitely did. I had a cheeseburger as my entree and it was alright. They serve it pink, which was fine with me, but made it more of a fork/knife situation. Overall, this is a little overpriced, but I'm sure it's worth it if you get to sit in one of the bubbles with a great view of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the River Thames.

Yelp
Coppa is a nice restaurant on the Thames near the Tower of London. Food is good, service is fine and the atmosphere is pleasant. All and all it is the best option in area.
google avatar

Lawrencia L.

Yelp
I love the concept of the restaurant to eat in these cute little igloos. Our server Joel was amazing and very helpful. The chicken and Caesar salad were very tasty along with the mule. If you are in the area o recommend that you try it.

Yelp
Came to Coppa to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th and left really disappointed. We went on a Wednesday afternoon, a group of 7, and sat in the igloo. There were tables around us but it took us 35 minutes to find a server to order our drinks. Our server forgot about us after, and we needed to ask busboy to find us our server so we could: 1. get our drinks? 2. order food We wasted an hour sitting idly with not even a drink in hand. Best part is that no one apologized or attempted to make up for it. When we finally got a chance to order we ordered the below: Burrata Club caesar with chicken Salmon carpaccio Trout 10 oz ribeye with truffle cream Side of chimichurri and peppercorn sauce Aubergine Coppa hot Pistachio & mortadella ap Truffle and pecorino fries Frankly, the food is below mediocre and the best thing we ate here was the eggplant... and we're all big on meat. So that was unfortunate. The drinks were nice so I'd come here just for that but you can't sit in an igloo without ordering food ... so I'd skip this spot completely. Lol
google avatar

Paola S.

Yelp
My family loved dining in the igloos during our time in London. The place is very charming with beautiful views of the Thames River. However, I was not impressed with the food at all. The food came out cold, the burrata with pesto was pretty awful with old withered tomatoes. Service was slow and our waiter disappeared and never came back. I would go for drinks and skip the food. Yelp
Absolute trash. Don't waste your money. It's a tourist trap bc of the view. The food is abysmal, the drinks are watered down. The people at the tables around us were equally unhappy.

Yelp
I was getting ready to give this place a less than okay review, until I tried my wife's and daughter's plate. I had the steak. They each had a pasta dish. All I have to say is, this is not a steakhouse, so don't come here for the steak. Do come here for the atmosphere and the experience of eating in an igloo on the Thames River. Don't come here for the service, either, because the service is at or about just above average. I give this place 3.5 - 4 stars, mainly for the atmosphere. I also recommend reserving your igloo in the evening. Those igloos got very hot during the day!

Yelp
We were attracted to the Coppa Club because of the beautiful design of the igloos- such a great and romantic atmosphere and setting. We thought the food was very good, too. We began with the sourdough bread with the dates butter - amazing starter. Then for the main course I had the most delicious fried eggplants served with farmer's cheese, and fresh herbs. My husband opted for the Coppa burger and my son had the margarita pizza - both of their dishes were really good. My son's fiancé had the fried salmon fish cakes- she enjoyed her dish as much as we did ours. Overall the meal and the night was excellent.

Yelp
Igloos experience But Poor Service Food 5/10 Heater not working inthe Igloos Ambiance 5/10

Kelsey S.

Yelp
Food was excellent and the atmosphere was superb! Was only a 5 minute walk from our hotel so it was super nice. The location is great and feels secluded / private while dining. Would have loved to experience the igloo but they were all booked up:( service could have been a bit faster. Amazing vegan options! You HAVE to try to zuccini frites, we got two orders they were so good!

Yelp
I honestly was hoping to like a cover club a lot more than I did. I made a reservation for the igloos outside, which overlooks the London bridge, and there was only one time available so I booked it. When we arrived the outside area with igloos where it was empty and we were seated as soon as we got in but then the staff forgot about us. We were outside for about 20-25 minutes till I had to physically go inside and remind them we were waiting to place our order. Mind you the restaurant is closing in about 20 minutes. We placed our drink and food order since they were closing and again I had to go inside about 30 minutes later and remind them, we were waiting for our drinks and food outside. Apparently the system had a glitch in our food order was never placed. We finally got our drinks and her food came out about 20 minutes later. We are at a couple appetizers and two main courses and the food was not bad. We were not a fan of the drinks, but maybe it was just the types of drinks and ordered. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and we asked for dessert, which also took a little while to come out. At this point the restaurant has been closed for about 30 minutes and we were one of the last people there. She did like the desert so that's a plus, but I had to ask them for a candle to be able to sing to her. After waiting almost an hour for food I would've thought the manager would at least of come out or we would have gotten a free appetizer or at least some acknowledgment. But it was like we were almost forgotten the whole time. I was very disappointed. Especially since the restaurant was not busy at all and was hoping for a special evening for my wife's birthday. But we were let down. The igloos outside are super cool and the view is amazing but the service really put a damper on her birthday. We still made the best of it.

Yelp
We actually originally stumbled upon this place during our London visit in 2017, it is the best(in my opinion) spot for a drink nearest the tower. Very classy vibe, still a chill atmosphere, and moderate prices. The waitstaff clearly enjoys their jobs and are prompt and polite! I recall having a bruschetta back then, but had the Margherita pizza this time, which was good and all fairly priced!

Yelp
Food and drinks were fabulous! Great view of the river. Inside and outside seating available. Great place for dates or groups.

Yelp
Great food! Make a reservation. We ate breakfast here before the Tower tour. THE BEST coffee and latte in London. They have an amazing machine in the bar. My husband is gluten free and they were very good about it (like every restaurant in London...never a problem.) The only issue was slow wait staff. The a manger was as covering tables. Not sure if they are understaffed or the staff just moves slowly (and not by American standards, by any) Either way, we thoroughly enjoyed!

Yelp
Visiting London for Thanksgiving and we had Coppa Club for breakfast. We were lucky and got offered to sit in the igloo overlooking the river after someone cancelled their reservation. Food was great and ambiance was better! Wait staff was very friendly and energetic.

Yelp
Loved Coppa Club! Try a Feeling Lucky as well as the sourdough and the potato & cheese croquettes to start. Carbonara was fabulous! Cutest igloos with a water view although we weren't able to sit in one.

Yelp
Busy place outside the Tower of London. Indoor and outdoor seating. Views. Had the Coppa burger well done with skinny fries. It was OK. Service was OK/Good

Yelp
Great service for family of 4 with children. The igloo was awesome great view of river and London Tower Bridge. Ambiance was chill and relaxing. Food was well portioned and tasty. Gave 4 stars well earned. Only nock was a slightly limited menu. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
I finally got to go to these igloos! This has been on my London list forever but there is never enough time or meals. Pornstar martini (passion fruit martini) was legit. I don't know why these didn't catch on in the states but they are really good & I wish I could find them here. The food was good but nothing stand out. There are food/bev minimums depending on the day/time you go so make sure to pay attention to that when you book.
google avatar

Yelp
WOWOW!! This place is amazing... The food is very tasty. What they did with the place is so cool. This restaurant has your simple indoor seating or these heated outdoor igloos with privacy. I recommend making a reservation prior for the igloos. It's a really cool experience unlike any other. We ordered the truffle fries, two salads Cesar and super green and zucchini fritti. I will say everything tasted great. One small compliant I have was the service. It was a little slow other than that amazing!!

Yelp
Pretty gorgeous place to dine in after the sun goes down, made all the more unique by offering a seat in one of their interesting little igloos- which must be booked in advance through their website. The prices are also surprisingly decent for such a hot spot, this close to Tower Bridge and right next to the Thames river. The interior is almost as pretty as the exterior and offers plenty of space for groups, especially during the week. Of course, this also makes it rather noisy. The menu offers a pretty enormous array of culinary options, from pizza and pasta, to salads and steak. They also have a wide variety of alcoholic drinks from signature cocktails to beers and ciders, and a rather sizable wine list. I made the mistake of trying their sweetest red for just under £6, and it still wasn't sweet enough. I guess I'll just never be a wine person. Given that I've never had a steak for under $30/ £30, I was surprised to see that theirs costs under £13. So, I ordered it. And it wasn't half bad. A bit on the gamey side, for sure; I accidentally squirted steak juice into my eye just trying to cut it, and the flavor was a bit lacking, but other than that, it was worth what it cost. Overall, this place doesn't offer the finest dining experience, in terms of food quality, but it does offer more than enough in terms of location and beauty. So, yes, I would recommend trying it, at least, once.

Yelp
I go here frequently because I stay at the Cheval when on business trips. The employees are generally quite rude and service is mediocre. I only continue to go out of convenience, and because their truffle fried gnocchi is really good. The food and drinks are generally good but the staff will make you feel like you are inconveniencing them at every turn. Want a table? Eye roll. Need another drink? Good luck finding your server. Order everything you need at the beginning, otherwise you may never get another opportunity. The outdoor igloos and shacks are cute but the service in them is terrible, and they pack people in so tightly and your server is never around. Don't be sad if they don't allow you to sit there, but act like it's so exclusive and amazing...it's actually better to just sit inside.

Yelp
Fun place. Great views. Decent service. Reasonable Prices, considering. We had a party of 8, including two small children and everyone behaved.

Yelp
***A very late review...visited in July of 2019*** Coppa Club is a beautifully designed restaurant and bar situated right on Tower Bridge pier. Half of their seating was outside with their own mini bar and they have situated booths that look like basket eggs surrounded by plants...absolutely gorgeous. We decided to sit inside since it was rather bright for us; we discovered that the inside was well designed to let in sunlight without making it jarring and the pieces and decor around the place helped create a very comfortable yet luxurious mood. We ordered the Zucca pizza, British Lamb Chops, the 10oz British Sirloin Steak with fries Crab Linguine, and their Press London Smoothie. We didn't have to wait very long for the food to arrive and almost everything was soo amazing. The Zucca pizza was bit of a wild card; it had a pumpkin purée and a few ingredients we didn't recognize but it was delicious. It was healthy but super tasty... the cheese corresponded perfectly with the taste of the pumpkin. The British Lamb Chops were exquisite. They were medium rare and juicy with just the perfect flavor. The five grains and the herb yogurt complimented and accentuated the flavor making the entire dish very good. The Sirloin Steak juicy and delicious with a great sized serving that went well with their sauce. However...the Crab Linguine was a bit of a disappointment since the pasta was slightly harder than Al Dente and there wasn't nearly as much crab as expected Since the garnish was all there was. We thought it was cheese so once it was mixed in, we completely lost the taste of the crab. Finally the Press London Smoothie came quickly and was rather delicious...it was very healthy with lots of fruits with little to no sugar!

Yelp
We went to dinner in the igloos. There were only two of us (we did have reservations) and ended up being seated with a large family with multiple children who took up the other two tables. They were loud, the door didn't close properly in our igloo so the wind kept blowing everything around and the wait staff didn't seem to care. The food was ok, once we finally got served, but they have very few vegetarian options and got one of our entree orders wrong. Disappointing after all the hype. Might try again during warmer weather but only if we have a group big enough to fill an entire igloo. The staff from reception to servers were frazzled, rude and just didn't care about our table. We spent over 100 pounds for two so it seemed ridiculous to have to go in search of a server to even get drinks ordered.

Yelp
in LONDON WITH A VIEW - @coppaclub Save this for your next London trip! Coppa club is a delicious restaurant with a full view of the Southbank skyline + tower of London . The best part is, we were able to book this spot online 3 months ahead of time! They have luxurious igloos for seating outdoor or sophisticated booths indoor with still an amazing view of the sunset We ordered their coppa club favorite cocktails including the Pornstar Martini, Espresso Martini (because jet lag ), and Garden Spritz. Everything was light and fresh, very fruity and perfect to kick off the fun evening For appetizers we got the buttermilk fried chicken, calamari, and truffle fries (usually a side). Everything was good, portions are on the smaller side as you're paying for the view : biggest highlight was calamari. Came with yuzu + a garlic Sriracha aioli Mains were cooked very well, including the fresh pastas : malfadine with Tuscan sausage ragu, and Bucatini carbonara. Great portions, not too big (you can order half or full sized!) Shareables included the Coppa Hot pizza, cooked from their wood-fire grill. Generally I'd say if you're from Chicago , don't order pizza in London you'll be extremely disappointed main entrees like the farm reared garlic herb chicken or pan seared trout were really good We were super full in the end, and didn't end up ordering dessert! Come here for drinks and watch the beautiful sunset or celebrate a fun dinner evening with good food and a great view! recommend the fresh pastas for sure (not sure if they are house-made)

Yelp
Been wanting to try Coppa Club since I was last in London a few years ago before the pandemic. It was quite a rollercoaster. The high - it's a beautiful spot. Then the rollercoaster started crashing... we started at one wobbly table and then moved to another one. Silverware at the second table was used (it had cheese stuck on the forks). Our salad came while we didn't have water, our wine, clean silverware, or plates. Chased down a runner (no servers, just runners) scored some silverware and plates (phew!). Then we watched our wine and food go to another table (my poor husband had to chase our food down). Some of the runners were nice (rollercoaster started going up again) and the food was decent and warm). I can see why people go there for a cute igloo and the gorgeous scenery, but there's much better restaurants in London.
google avatar

Billie N.

Yelp
Really lovely atmosphere in a private igloo! Great views of the bridge and food was delicious! Definitely recommend the mimosa and avocado toast! Just make sure to get your reservation outside online!

Yelp
Came for the infamous igloos. Besides the cute and cozy layout of the domes, that's all Coppa really had to offer. Service was incredibly slow, our waiter had us repeat our orders 3x because he seemed unfamiliar with the menu, our drinks came after our food, and the bulk of our 1:15hr time limit was spent waiting for our food to come. I asked for trout on my salad but they gave me salmon, and overall the food itself isn't anything special.

Kaitlin T.

Yelp
I literally never leave reviews. Ever. Our server (man) was lovely 0 complaints. However the host was the most disrespectful woman ever. Continuously spoke to us in a demeaning tone about our time limit on our table (we showed up FIVE minutes late and then we had already been done eating for well over 20 minutes and were waiting for the check). Also the igloo we ate in as well as the bathrooms were actually repulsively dirty (smelled terrible and none of the toilets flushed, there was also pee all over the floor and multiple seats). Food was fine but someone replace that host and clean (mind you we showed up right after opening).

Yelp
Walking in the Tower of London area, we needed to refuel with drinks and snacks and saw Coppa. We arrived around 2:30 and they were busy. They definitely have the atmosphere with open air seating and island feel in the outside seating area. They have a great Tower Bridge picture spot with a swing. (Called Surfer's Paradise) We wanted to sit outside and the receptionist said a table should be ready in 10 minutes. So we got a Peroni draft from the bar. Bartender was upbeat and having fun. We were seated in a perfect spot with a view of the Tower bridge. We ordered a few small/sharing plates or "nibbles" as they were referred to on the menu. Chorizo, Salmon toast, Calamari, fried chicken bites and added a Margherita pizza with Salami. (as although we wanted snacks, we were still hungry) The small plates were all very good and the portions were really not enough for sharing. Skip the pizza-wouldn't order again. Overall okay. Extra star for the great atmosphere & best views from a restaurant in the area as well our server who took good care of us.

Yelp
You come to Coppa Club for the views of London and to dine in these cool pods. Although many recommended making reservations, I was iffy since they took down a deposit. Instead, we took our chances with a walk-in for brunch at 9/10am in the morning. With our luck, the four of us were led into one of the pods shared with another table of two. Even with our luggages in hand, we were able to fit comfortably inside. Coppa Club has the best aesthetics going on from the palm leaves hanging above the pods to the silverware on the table. Since it was my last meal in London, I decided to opt for the English Skillet Breakfast (£9.45) and a Lean Green Juice (£5.45). I felt like I needed some veggies and energy, so the green juice helped. As for the English breakfast, it consisted of two fried eggs, sausage, dry cured streaky bacon, Spanish black pudding, field mushrooms, roast tomato, Heinz baked beans, and toast. I wasn't a huge fan of all the ingredients on the plate to begin with and trying this dish only reconfirmed it for me. I'm not mad since I really wanted to try the English baked beans that London is so well-known for. Despite that, the meal was still pleasant; but the Waffle Benedicts (£8.45) that the rest of the table ordered were very tasty. Overall, pretty place with London views in a igloo pod.

Yelp
I had tried to get reservations here a few months in advance as I heard the igloos book up fast. It was not until 2 weeks or so before I had planned on going that I was able to find some availability. Upon arrival, you check in at the hostess stand inside of the restaurant. We were a bit early so they had us sit in the lounge area. Everyone waiting at the time had their own couch so it was nice having our own space. Once in our igloo, there was a young gentleman (a waiter) who came 5-10 minutes later, opened up our igloo and looked at us crazy. He didn't ask us if we wanted something to drink. It was an awkward silence so we just proceeded to tell him what we wanted. Luckily, we did not have that waiter the rest of the night. Another gentleman came to ask us what we wanted to drink and we told him we had already ordered. He became our waiter for a great deal of our time there so we were happy that we had someone with a bit more personality. As for the food, we started off with the antipasti board and for my main I had the Tuscan Fennel Sausage Ragu. I would rate it a 7. What was really good though was their sampler dessert/"pudding" tray. I thought everything that came with it tasted amazing. We had timed our igloo for sunset and once it was dark, we were able to see the Tower Bridge all lit up. As we were eating dinner, several passerby wanted to take pictures of the igloos or jump in an unoccupied one to get a picture with the bridge in the background. We also saw that a lot of people thought they could just walk up and find an empty igloo to dine in not realizing they all require reservations. I will say that it was a fun and unique experience and would recommend that anyone going to London for the first time to try it.

Yelp
I came here in March of last year and I saw the dining igloos outside, and thus I ran in to try and get a seat inside an igloo. Unfortunately, that would take an hour or two, and because I was starving, I had to take the next best seat in this restaurant... the seat next to the window where I could watch others dine inside the igloo. The view is amazing, I watched London Bridge the entire time that I was not watching the igloos. The service is amazing and the servers were attentive. I ordered the steak and that is the best recommendation I can make. I really enjoyed my steak. Though the portion was small, they did sprinkle some greens on top. This was an amazing spot to eat at. The view, the food, everything was worth the experience. Almost felt magical. See pic.

Yelp
Dining in the igloo is a MUST! Be sure to make reservations so you can get a spot. My party of four sat inside the igloo next to two other small parties. The space is a bit small for a group as the servers try get around but it wasn't terrible. We enjoyed our view and our lunch as well. I had a burger with truffle fries that was really tasty. I'd love to come back again and enjoy the view some time!

Yelp
Pros: Unique dining experience if you can book one of the glass igloos with a good view. Cons: Food is mid at best and service is awful. Our entrees came out before our pre-dinner cocktails or salads. Painfully slow service. Waited 15 mins for someone to bring us a drink menu or water. At the end of the meal waited another 15 mins for the check. The verdict: the good view from the igloos is not worth the terrible service or mediocre food. There are so many better restaurants in the area.

Yelp
***visited March 2019 Beautiful restaurant with incredible food and friendly staff! I absolutely adored my time at the Coppa Club - smart to get a reservation way beforehand and be sure to specify where you'd like to sit. We sat in a pod outside and felt very happy because we had great views but still stayed warm in the pod as they give you blankets! The food was great - no complaints as the salmon was cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy, and the classic English breakfast was... classic! Haha PS who knew - they set the trend for covid friendly outdoor seating

Yelp
Like everyone else, we came here for the igloos. Luckily, we stumbled upon this restaurant the day before and was able to get a reservation for the following night. We were told that the igloos book up very quickly, so there must've been a last minute cancellation! When we arrived, the host did not welcome us. She glared at us and walked away. She returned to the host podium 8 minutes later and asked us if we had a reservation -- we did. She told us that the igloo is not available for our preferred dining time and asked if we'd like to share the igloo with another party of three (two adults and one child). We envisioned a couple of tables inside the igloo, so we settled. As we entered the igloo, there was only one small table.. this was certainly not our ideal experience. The food was average -- nothing stood out to me. To note, because the igloos are outdoors, there will be others looking into the igloo as you eat.

Yelp
Of course, we were definitely attracted by the igloos outside. Definitely a good photo op if you're able to snag an igloo! We arrived around 12PM, requested for an igloo but they were all reserved. So definitely call ahead reserve if you want one! Nonetheless, we were seated inside and the restaurant itself is beautiful as well. For lunch, we got two pizzas, the risotto balls and a burger. The pizza's were thin yet doughy, just to my liking! Everything was surprisingly really good. I was expecting the prices to be a bit higher due to the tourist attraction and it being near the Tower Bridge, but they were extremely reasonable. The servers were all really attentive as well! I think it's definitely worth trying if you're visiting London!

Yelp
Getting a reservation isn't easy. I went in November, and there were two openings when I looked about two weeks prior to the visit. We booked at 330 pm. The atmosphere and the view are amazing, as seen in the photos. Service was good. However, the door to the igloo is very hard to move. Maybe we got the igloo with a stuck door because even the servers were having trouble. Also, they could clean the windows a bit more... The day was cold, and the heater really didn't warm up the whole igloo. Most importantly, the food was just alright... Not that great. There were 4 of us, and we all agreed on the poor food quality. It is quite disappointing for a place that requires a minimum. It really makes you say, "You paid for the view." How unfortunate. Great igloo experience, but there are many places that offer this, so I would recommend else where.
