Copper Table

Came for a special event. No need to leave the convention center for a nice sit down meal. Copper Table offers Gourmet quality food. The waitress recommended a drink and it wasn’t to my taste. No qualm getting it replaced with another recommendation. We enjoyed our main course and dessert. Just a pleasant experience and atmosphere.

The chicken and biscuits were very good, although it seemed more like chicken pot pie. The grain salad was phenomenal. I added salmon which was a little overcooked. My daughter-in-law got truffle fries with some hot chicken. The amount of food was over the top. Our service was good, but the prices were too high.

We came in for brunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had the best experience! We had Mahlet as our server and she was wonderful. Personable, timely, kind, and even gave us a free slice of cheesecake to celebrate! Highly recommend coming in to eat and have a wonderful experience.

An outstanding experience from start to finish! Katie is an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. Every dish tastes incredible, and the entire meal feels wonderfully prepared. The self-serve dining option is simply the most delightful choice for enjoying a wide range of flavors. Highly recommended!

Alicia was a fantastic bartender and server! She was super attentive and friendly. I got the breakfast buffet and it was delicious! Lots of options to choose from and they even had a real life honeycomb! Great place to have breakfast and a great start to the morning! Highly recommend! ☕️🍳🥓

Based on other excellent reviews, we decided to try Copper Table. Like the others, we were not disappointed. The food exceeded our expectations with excellent flavors, perfect spices, excellent preparation and great presentation. We had a a great server. We very much enjoyed out first meal here and what will definitely not be the last.

Came here for a work trip and stopped by here for appetizers and cocktails. Ashley was our server/bartender and she was the bomb!! She made our cocktails perfectly and listened to all of our requests for how we wanted our cocktails crafted! Best passion fruit martini I’ve EVER had!! I will definitely be back!!

We visited The Copper Table inside the Gaylord Hotel right after doing the ICE event, and it was such a great choice. When we arrived, they gave us the option of ordering from the menu or doing the buffet. The buffet was $30 per person, and kids eat free -- whether the adults get the buffet or not, which is a huge plus! My friend and I weren't very hungry, so we decided to share the bison burger. It normally comes with chips, but you can request fries instead (which we did). The bison burger was absolutely delicious -- juicy, flavorful, and honestly big enough for the both of us. So good! Our waitress -- I believe her name was Shadray -- was amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and just overall fantastic. The staff in general were all really warm and welcoming. We checked out the buffet since my friend's little girl was with us, and it looked incredible. She loved the food and said everything tasted delicious. They had a huge selection: fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, potatoes, an omelet bar, a waffle bar, cereal, oatmeal, chocolate milk, hot chocolate, hot apple cider -- seriously, something for everyone. I also ordered an Old Fashioned with Angel's Envy, and it was fabulous. Perfectly made -- definitely a 10/10. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Great service, great food, and a perfect spot to relax after the ICE event. Would absolutely eat here again!

Copper Table in the Gaylord Rockies Resort is a Colorado-themed restaurant located on the lower level. The space offers booth seating, tables, a chef's table, and bar seating, so there's something for everyone in terms of atmosphere. We started with the smoked chicken wings, which were really good and had a nice flavor from the peach dry rub. For mains, we tried the Great Range Bison Ribeye Dip Sandwich and the Colorado Mushroom Arrabbiata. Both dishes were interesting, but overall the Colorado-themed food just isn't something I would come back for. For dessert, we had the Colorado Apple-Crumble Cheesecake, which unfortunately was another miss. Honestly, I'd say skip dessert here altogether and head next door to The Fortunate Prospector for their warm Sticky Toffee Pudding instead. It's definitely the better choice.

Inside the Gaylord resort, this breakfast and dinner spot offers a breakfast buffet and an order from menu. We went for the menu ... one omelette and two Rockies breakfast. The eggs were cooked perfectly. I ordered the chicken sausage to which I added maple syrup. The syrup made me wish I had gone for the French toast or waffle ... loved it. Strange to get whole roasted potatoes but I did enjoy them. The prices were surprisingly good for a resort and the amount of food. The in house blueberry spread for the toast was yummy! The service was attentive and helpful.

had the occasion to dine at the Copper Table during a business trip with my wife. As it is located in a resort the prices are a bit higher however the food was great and the service was very attentive. We had our eye on the French Toast and after a quick look at the breakfast buffet which consisted in standard Marriott faire we decided on the French Toast. Servings were plentiful and overall it was excellent. The ambiance was upscale-casual and very pleasant.

The service was great and the food is really good. The prices are a bit high for what you get, but I guess it makes sense being a nicer option in the Gaylord and the crowd that it's tailored to. We got the Sweet Corn Elote Skillet as an App and this was really good. Either the chips or the dip itself were very salty but overall a good way to start a meal. I ordered the Great Range Bison Ribeye Dip and was very impressed. Overall the sandwich had really good flavor and the horseradish aioli was not over powering in the least which for me is preferred (i normally would say no horseradish) We got an order of the macarons for everyone to share for dessert and there were smiles all around.

Ate at The Copper Table twice - once for dinner and once for brunch. They have kind of odd hours like closing at noon on weekdays which can be inconvenient. I got the Bison ribeye sandwich with Bison au jus. The meat was very tender and had a unique more gamey taste but in a good way. The cheese was a bit much but was still a great sandwich. The chips felt homemade but a bit salty. The au jus actually was pretty hearty and gave a nice balance to the saltiness from the rest of the meal. I also went for brunch on Saturday. Just an FYI, they have a separate brunch menu and a $30 brunch buffet which I decided to try. There were a lot of options including french toast, sausage, chia pudding, eggs Benedict, breakfast potatoes, lox, and had a Belgian waffle and omelet station. I thought the value was there with all the options and they were all pretty good quality. The honeycomb station was a nice touch too. I enjoyed everything I ate though only downside was there were quite a few fruit flies on some of the fruit at the waffle station. It's a bit pricey but the variety of options makes it worth it. I think this restaurant and others at the Gaylord do a weird thing where they ask customers to write reviews with their names in it so they can earn extra commission. Well, Lenworth provided great service at dinner and Mahlet friendly service at brunch. So, hope that helps.

Shoutout to our server, Chelsea I believe? She was the best part about this place. The ambiance was next, very comfortable, very open. The dinner food unfortunately was a miss, fairly bland eg. Meatloaf and chicken and biscuits. The biscuit was good though. However, they have a fried chicken dish on the weekends that is phenomenal, like outrageous. So there's that.

One of the restaurants inside the Gaylord Rockies Resort, offering a fine dining experience. We came with a large group and hence had a reduced menu to choose from. The Ribeye was a favorite among our group, though, while perfectly cooked medium rare to my specification, it was a bit too fatty for my taste after all. Service was fast and they allowed us to take opened bottles of wine to other areas within the resort.

Went for breakfast and it was an amazing experience. We went at a quieter time and service was top notch. No complaints from the kids either. We had pancakes, French toast, an omelette, and the chicken biscuits and gravy. Would highly recommend each. Did not see the breakfast buffet but Im sure it's great.

Our flight was cancelled and we ended up with an unexpected extra night in Denver. A friend recommended trying the restaurants in the Gaylord and we chose Copper Table. This was the best meal we had our entire trip. Johnny and Ansari took excellent care of us and it was honestly the highlight of our day. We got the bison meatloaf and the bison prime rib with veggies. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

The Copper Tables is an upscale dining experience inside the Gaylord Resort. The dining room is breathtaking with high ceilings and beautiful decor. The menu features dishes that are Colorado inspired. My daughter and I had dinner there while staying at the resort. Jill was our server and she was friendly, offered suggestions on the menu. She checked on us regularly and made an effort to connect with us. She was a 5 star server. I had one of their signature cocktails - the Pepperoncini Martini. The martini was unique with a slight bite. I loved it. We shared the Sweet Corn Elote Skillet. This starter is impressive with a creamy corn and bean based dip topped with aioli and served with fresh corn chips. We took half of it home because there was so much. The plated is easily sharable. For my main, I ordered the Smoked Trout Nicoise, which was one of the best meals I have in a long time. The smoked trout was fresh with wonderful bits of crispy skin. The great beans and potatoes were delicious, creamy and filling. There was so much going on in the plate - egg, herbs, cracklings. I ate half and took half to go. My daughter had the Bison French Dip with a side salad. The sandwich was huge and she said it as tasty. My granddaughter had the Salmon Kid's meal. The salmon was beautifully prepared and delicious. She enjoyed the fresh fruit. Of the several restaurants that we tried in the Gaylord, this was my favorite. Fabulous food, great service and beautiful decor.

We were staying at the hotel for several days, so we ate here several times; had a breakfast, lunch & a dinner - at least 1 of each. Breakfast was tasty, home cooked potatoes, eggs & fresh bacon - all done well. Lunch on one of the days, we tried their chicken & biscuits, what a pleasant surprise, creamy, full of flavor, ending with a crunchy biscuit with just the right amount of crunch & softness. Dinner one night started with a round of cocktails & wine. For the mains there was the Salmon Al Pastor, a Copper Table Cesar salad with chicken, followed by a High Plains Salad with chicken; all well executed. Except no one left room for dessert, so we didn't get to taste any Services - service overall was on point, at times the restaurant was blown out, yet servers made a point of acknowledging the table, runners brought out water, wait staff started on drink orders. For as busy as it was they were on it, smiling, making contact & keeping things moving, great job! Ambiance is casual, if you get seated in the outdoor seating area, you might get the music from the bar nearby, which can be loud, so if you like it a little quieter ask to sit inside. Took few pics, at times it's just nice to relax into the moment, take in the sounds, smells & company.

Dinner at opening at 5:00. Ordered two orders of the chicken (pictured) which was very, very good. The bacon cheeseburger was also delicious. Service was good. Also for the cornbread skillet with honey butter. Excellent.

Most the food was unique and very good. However, the ball was really dropped when they came to character on the salads. High Plains Salad may have been missing the vinaigrette because it was very dry. The Trout was surprisingly very flavorful! Not your mamas meatloaf, this had so much flavor and was so moist. The restaurant sits in the main hall of the Gaylord off to the left. The staff were very nice and attentive. Small items like ketchup took too long to come out after the food and it wasn't even busy. If you're with older people, it is loud so request to sit somewhere hidden inside the restaurant. Be sure to get your parking ticket validated on your way out so you don't have to pay extra! Plates are expensive but large enough for two. The Gaylord is always a fun spot to take out of town folks.

Missed my flight to Italy and had to stay at night in Denver. Decided to try this place out and was very impressed. Jonniher was a great server and was very friendly. If I ever come back to Denver on a better note, I will definitely come back!

Every year our family of 11 gay to the Gaylord for thanksgiving and spend several day. This year parties of 11 couldn't make reservations online and between 6 adults nobody called. They were less than helpful as far as being put on a cancellation list or letting us know if there were any cancellations. It's not a cheap place to stay and I feel like the thanksgiving dinner should be for hotel guests first. It's disappointing they weren't more helpful.

We were staying here for a wedding with a large group so we all ate at copper table a few times during our visit. Each time we visited our meals & staff were consistently good all around. Our last meal there was with a group of 20 people. With 7 kids & 4 people who have celiac; Shout out to our server, Carols who was awesome!! He was on point, he accommodated us all with out a snag & honestly so friendly/ helpful / kind especially with the kids & GF allergies. The food was delicious especially the chicken & the GF Peach cobbler-ish dessert (I'm still thinking about it....YUM!) So THANK YOU to all the staff here you were all so pleasant and on point during our stay 4th of July weekend.

Copper Table is inside Gaylord Rockies Denver. Very nice ambiance. Service was great with Karyn, the happiest server I've ever met! We enjoyed the bison prime rib and elite corn and chips! Delicious.

Had an amazing meal! We made a reservation for a nice lunch before doing the Polar Express exhibit. Marcos was a fantastic server and took excellent care of us and had great recommendations. Drinks were fabulous. Highly recommend the Corn Eloite appetizer was our favorite and the Bison Tartare was spicy and oh so good. The show stealer was the Smores Chocolate dessert which even my mother who doesn't like chocolate ate half of it was that good. Thanks for a fantastic meal, well be back.

Never again at Copper Table Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. The food came out completely cold -- like it had been sitting for twenty minutes before being served. Our server, Teagan, seemed irritated the whole time and kept forgetting things we asked for. When I tried to talk to the manager, Mandi, she was straight-up disrespectful and acted like I was the problem. Totally unprofessional. I used to hear good things about Copper Table, but if this is how it's being run now, I won't be coming back.

wOw! Who knew? I guess I've always been intimidated by the Gaylord hotel so I never went. Boy was I wrong! Not only is it really a gorgeous place I got a chance to have dinner at the Copper Table. Yum-O! There was a group of us so I got to try a bunch of things. Everything was delicious. From the croquettes with huckleberry sauce to the bison ribeye. The salad had this crunchy quinoa topping. I could just eat that. Maybe I could buy a bag to go? Since we were a large party, the chef came and explained the dishes. The trout was exceptional too. And if you go, don't forget to try the deconstructed s'mores.. it's like being a Girl Scout all over again! There was even fire involved. I wish it hadn't taken me so long to visit. I definitely wanna come out and hang at the bar too. It's right in the center of the hotel and it's so beautiful and grand. oh and don't worry the wait staff istop-notch! This would be a great place for groups or an intimate party. You'll be so full you might as well spend the night.

This is my third day staying at the Gaylord. While my stay and services were great, I did find the bartender today lacked customer service or he is not accustomed to dealing with individuals of different ethnicities and dietary preferences. My husband is pescatarian so I requested for a salmon burger instead of a bison burger. Automatically he told me that this could not be done. We ate here on Thursday and this was not a problem. I told him that we ordered this before and there were no concerns. He said "I need to speak with the chef and it depends." He returned saying that it could be done but would cost extra. He then asked how would I pay and then advised me to wait in the lobby for the hotel. Why would I stay at a hotel and eat at a restaurant I could not afford? I thought I should add pictures so you can see what received for an additional $6.95. To management, please teach your staff to not stereotype and to keep their biases to themselves. We were sat for a large party of 9 pretty quickly considering a cheer competition was at the resort. The service was decent for it being busy but we pretty much had to ask for common sense items like silverware and ketchup. I guess since the gratuity was included she didn't try very hard.

Food was overpriced, and almost inedible, service was slow. It took 30 minutes to get our first drink. And when asking for the check, it took 20 minutes to be delivered. An overall horrible experience.

The wait to be seated was very quick. We just had to get signed into their system. The restaurant was very cute and had a very cute ambiance. It did take a while for our waitress to come by to get our orders and our food took a while to come to our table. There was a buffet in the back. I checked it out and the food seemed alright. Not very appeasing. But i did order i believe the berry crunch and oh my goodness !!! It was so delicious. One of the best French toasts I've ever had. Only thing that I found disappointing was that since the restaurant is apart of the hotel, they didn't accept cash. It would be nice to still accept cash.

Food was delicious but while service was friendly it was slooow. We had to wait 45 minutes before our waitress took our order. If you like friendly service, good food, and don't mind waiting 45 minutes to order your food then I recommend this place. We had 8:30 dinner reservations. While they were busy there were several empty tables so I'm not sure why it took as long as it did to order. I had the chicken and biscuits which was delicious! The queso was pretty tasty too! Hubby got the half chicken and he really enjoyed it! Sorry I don't have any pictures but I was starving when I received my food so forgot to take pictures. lol

The prices are way too high. The chicken dish came in a cast iron skillet, and was more of a soup than a chicken dish. Not what was described on the menu. The meat loaf was great and a large portion, but still priced very high.

Beautiful setting and Sushant did a great job!! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and not outlandishly expensive.

Food was alright, fries were amazing. I ordered the chicken and biscuits and it basically was a deconstructed pot pie, not really as described. Appetizers and drinks and service were great though.

We had a large party of 12 so the service was a little discombobulated. The server was nice. Only 1 bartender on shift so drinks came out super slow. The food was good overall but I felt the menu was limited.

My husband and I are here to celebrate his birthday and it was wonderful. Cameron was our server and he was fantastic! He was attentive, kind, answered our questions, and made great recommendations. The staff all seemed happy and were so friendly. We ordered the tartar for our appetizer and it was filled of flavor and surprisingly refreshing and light. For dinner we ordered the buffalo prime and stuffed trout. The prime rib was in point and the mashed potatoes it came with were the best we have ever had. For dessert, we had the cookie with vanilla gelato and it was as everyone said. So yummy!!

Katie is the most fabulous bartender! Full of character and charm, knowledge and humor. Go see her!!! Also the Denver scramble is delish! Beautiful atmosphere.

DISORGANIZED! With this being said, the servers were exceptional! We had a reservation but not needed the restaurant was maybe 15% full. We were 4 persons, we had all checked out the menu prior, so we really had an idea of what we had wanted to order. 1. We were told that the Prime Rib has just been sold out. There goes on menu item we had wanted to order. We ended up looking at the appetizers, we did order the bison tartare (very good, but weird being served with potato chips) also ordered the elote, which was very good. 2. We all have our order together, a couple wanted the Bison Prime Rib dip... the server had to check with the kitchen because they have all of that item on hold for the "Gaylord Execs, just in case they wish to order. WOW! 3. The server comes back for the order, now they "found" 5 prime rib dinners...cant make this up! Well now we had appetizers so the big prime rib meal is a no go! The server goes back to check to see if the prime rib dip is available since they are finding food in the back of the house. 4. NO GO! We place the order at this point we have been hear for approx an hour! We ordered the burger and the stuffed trout and the appetizer mushrooms. We decided to share since so far the experience is rather exhausting. 5. About 35 minutes later we get the food, fries are Cold! Send them back the burger is lukewarm at best... decide not to wait on another. The trout was warm and delicious! Never got the mushrooms! Over all this dining event was over 2 hours. Like I said the servers and the bartenders were great, no telling about the kitchen and the chefs or was it because the Gaylord Execs were there and they were trying to save their #1 selling items for them?

The Copper Table has a comfortable, rustic vibe. On our wonderful barkeep, waiter, Marcos recommendation, we tried the stuffed trout which was fabulous.

Not great food. Table of 8 and no one enjoyed it. Nice looking but the food itself is inadequate. Bison prime rib had no flavor for $48. All in all a very marginal restaurant

Service was fine. The quality of the food was abominable. My husband is a nice Midwestern 'never complain' gentleman. He verbalized during the meal that he couldn't finish it. Great for leftovers for your pet.

The renovations and ambience at the Gaylord and Copper Table specifically are simply amazing! We greatly enjoyed our experience and will most certainly return!

To start with we sat in the bar area, which the restaurant is just gorgeous. We ordered two Grey Goose martinis they were $54. The glasses were half full wasn't really fond of the bartenders attitude to start. We ordered the prime rib dinner for $48 we split it. It was a good thing we did cause there's a lot of food and it was decent. It was good everybody around us was very polite and helpful. The girls at the front desk were great. The restaurant is really awesome but to get a bad poor like that a half a glass of vodka For that amount of money is insane. I should've asked the bartender if he's ever drank before because that was the worst pour I've ever seen. we love going to the Gaylord. It's just fun to walk around. It's a beautiful, beautiful hotel. I asked the bartender that waited on us. If he could validate my parking ticket he said no he couldn't. I'll have to go to the front desk. I go to the front desk they said that the restaurant supposed to validate the ticket. Don't know what's going on. we will be back to try one of a different restaurants. We had lunch at the the Irish pub that they have. had a great waitress, and the food was really decent.
