This restaurant offers two distinct menus: one for lunch and another for dinner. If you’re planning to dine here, I highly recommend going for dinner as the selection is more extensive, particularly when it comes to main dishes. The ambiance is one of its highlights, with a cozy, dimly lit setting that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere—perfect for a romantic date or a special occasion. The menu leans heavily toward Italian cuisine, featuring pizzas, pastas, and steaks. The steaks are decent, but the pizzas truly stand out with their excellent flavor and quality. Portions are generous, which helps justify the higher price point, especially for Yellowknife standards. That said, I wish the menu offered a bit more variety to cater to different tastes. Despite this, it’s still a solid choice for a memorable dinner in Yellowknife. Whether you’re celebrating or just enjoying a night out with someone special, this place won’t disappoint.

Probably the best restaurant we have tried in yellowknife and the pricing is very affordable too! Close to fine dining environment, and the menu is well thought of Pizza is super amazing, and the dessert is good too.

Great place for a nice dinner when you're in Yellowknife. Everyone in my group was delighted with the food they'd ordered. A couple of us had smoked Manhattans, and the presentation was so fun! (And they tasted great also!)

The ambience is very inviting and romantic. The food was okay. They have lots of vegetarian dishes, and signature dishes. We ordered the lamb shack, and the blackened whitefish with Caesar salad and roasted baby potatoes as a side. The potatoes tasted very old and funky, they were definitely not what they should have been. When mentioned to the server, she said she would let the kitchen know - no apologies or making up for it which was a bit disappointing considering the quality the restaurant should offer.

Okay, honest review. I tried making a reservation. The automated system when I phoned led to an answering machine. Shortly after, I received a text asking for details abt the reservation. I sent it off hoping for the best. I received another text from a different number saying "Unfortunately, we close our reservations for tonight. we recommend you make your reservation in advance. And you are welcome as a walk-in." It was a Sunday evening and we took our chances as a walk-in, but I was skeptical to go because of the text message. Who wants to drive across town with an infant only to be turned away?! That being said, we took our chances at 7:30 pm and there were lots of tables open and 3 tables filled. We were celebrating a birthday, so we were lucky we took the chance. Our server was super friendly and professional, and patient with our little one. He even grabbed us a high chair. The staff also made a special birthday cocktail which was nice. The food was top notch. I enjoyed the steak, while my wife enjoyed the pizza. (Our little one also enjoyed the pizza and sweet potato fries with balsamic glaze!). The atmosphere was perfect for a birthday, and the food matched the scene. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the pricing was a little steep. I understand inflation, and I do work in the food industry, but with tip for Steak, Pizza, Fries, and one cocktail came to $127. It's a birthday and I could justify it, but it wouldn't be my first choice compared to other restaurants in Yellowknife based on price and quality. Overall a positive experience! If my review helps please leave a 👍 Cheers ! 🍻

Good food, good atmosphere. Tables aren’t too crowded. Our server was great and friendly; attentive, but not too much. Food was pretty good quality. Overall a good meal and experience. Would definitely recommend

1. Atmosphere: nice interior 2. Food: I asked to serve an appetizer, a pizza and a white fish all at once. Fish and pizza were not as hot as the appetizer (coliflower). Probably because they were cooked and waited until coliflower is ready..? 3. Service: I fell down right in front of the restaurant because of the thin ice. I told one of the server that I fell down and suggested to spray the salt. I was expecting him to say, "are you okay""we will spray the salt", he said, "no, it's too soon". Too soon for what? Then he finally went out to spray the salt or whatever only after he saw another customer, who came in after me, nearly fell down on the slippery ground.

Yelp
This place was good. The service again was fast and friendly. Sadly what I wanted to order was sold out and the menu isnt that big. The butter chicken I did have was great though. The overall vibe is cool and getting a seat on the patio is totally worth it! I would go back again for sure!

Yelp
Decided to try this place for takeout as it was near my hotel. The beef brisket quesadilla was good. But the $28 whitefish signature dish was bland and sad. Found the service friendly, but I didn't get any cutlery for my takeout.

Yelp
American/Canadian style dining with great selection and classy atmosphere. Great for date night, or friends outing. Came here for brunch and was quite impressed by the portions. The price is reasonable for the portions and the food is really great. We ordered the Smoked Brisket Hash, which is really good and filling - remember to ask for the spicy sauce, really adds a kick to the tender meat. Also ordered the Great Slave Benedict, which is quite refreshing have had many eggs benedict dishes from NYC, this dish is creatively made using locally caught fish and is marinated with birch syrup and smoked, rather than meat. Also tried a piece of the Orchard French Toast from my friend's dish and enjoyed the crispy crust. Make sure to add maple syrup for the full Canadian experience!

Yelp
Used to be a regular but have been avoiding this place for the last year due to the plummeting food quality and service. Decided to give them another go this past Friday and it was worse than before. When we arrived there was only 3 other tables occupied. Took a very long time just to get our drink order taken. Then we sat there for about an hour and our order had still not been taken for food. Meanwhile, a server comes up to us and tells us there is only one server on the floor. The rest of the room is filled with people and ones who just sat down are getting their orders taken. I pulled the server aside and asked why and was told "we don't know who came in first" when he had talked to me an hour ago and had just sat that table down himself?? In the end we were there for over 2 hours before getting any food. They were still filling take out orders this whole time. If you are short staffed, is it not obvious that you should not fill up your restaurant beyond what you can handle?? I have friends that showed up as I was leaving and they were stuck there over 3 hours as well. Ridiculous. Aside from that, their menu as changed for the worse. All of the good items have been removed from the menu. The food is bland or cold by the time you get it. Also over priced for what you get. They want you to think they are a high end establishment but the quality of food is a 4 out of 10.

Yelp
Good ambiance, food, service and pricing. Overall a good dining experience. There are some menu options that I will likely never order but I've kept going back for the items I do want. The drive through pick up is also a great option. The app could use a few changes to make it more user friendly, I've been unable to collect points more than once.

Yelp
Stuck in Yellowknife for work and eaten at other places to the point I am sick of them. Decided to get a bit of fresh air and do something different. This place has lots of free parking and is large i side for larger groups. It feels a bit fancier than what I would feel comfortable in dressed in grungy construction clothes but yhr servers and owners are happy to see you none the less. So dont get me wrong. The food we had here was good, its just the selection that is poor. If you want pizza, they have that in spades and its pretty good. I had the beef brisket sandwich and found it delicious and a nice break from burgers. I would come back again for the brisket sandwich.

Yelp
I have never had a bad experience eating there or ordering takeout before. But today, when I got my order of Chicken curry with rice and naan bread. I found that they put fries instead of rice. And forgot my naan bread. I thought that was weird so I called and the guy said to come to back to the restaurant and I get a free dessert. I said thank you and went back there with my messed up order. And they told me to wait 5 minutes for my new order of chicken curry with rice this time. Once I got it back, they gave me the same order I had brought the first time. Chicken curry with fries at the bottom in a brown box. And two small containers with curry and rice And naan bread. And they forgot my dessert. ‍ Probably won't eat there again.

Yelp
Solid restaurant. I though the prime rib was a bit too well cooked since I like my prime rib medium rare. Spinach dip was excellent, green bean appetizer was very tasty. Chicken wings were tasty... But they Reminded me of Costco frozen chicken wings! The kids enjoyed the pear and arugula pizza.

Yelp
Best experience in YK! Ambience is simple and nice. Food is gourmet pizza and a few others. Pizza rivals the best I've had anywhere in the world - thin crust, exotic toppings, terrific taste. We also had the Whitefish entree, which had an amazing 'fatoush' flavor - superb! Service was outstanding. Oh, and so was their beer selection. You will enjoy.

Yelp
Visited after about 1 year since I was there. Heard there was a new menu. We were a group of six. Waiter was very pleasant, but had some issues with his order pad. Food was bland, needed lots if salt! Some of our "Spicy" orders were just hot - as in spice, no flavour though to any of the items. Entrees were not all served at same time. From start to finish it took 20 minutes to complete them being served to us all. Only thing was tasty was the chocolate mousse!

Yelp
Service was fine decor was ok, but if want flash frozen food, I would have gone to M&M's

Yelp
We loved this place. The decor is very modern, great vibe. Awesome cocktail menu and a lot of delicious food options. We had the charcuterie and really enjoyed it, and will definitely be back to try others.
