The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, amenities and to add its near Majaz Waterfront that even makes this hotel a top choice for travelers seeking comfort, sophistication and a calming view. The Rooms are comfortable , the staff are very affectionate and supporting. They gave us the good happy feel throughout the stay, Hothaifa was very affectionate and supportive to all the guests. Nahom at front desk is very helpful to complete the formalities and help us feel homely during our stay Thank you entire team of Copthorne 💐💐

Brilliant place varied good nice ambience and the staff are great especially Hothaifa at the lagoon restaurant very helpful courteous and polite young man. The omelet makers are great too nice comfortable place. Kaled is also great too at reception. Not to forget Irina at the tour excursions very charming young lady

On January 26th, I booked a room for myself and my children for five nights. When I entered the room, I was shocked by the bad smell and the dirty floor carpet. The bed was stained with yellow marks, while the bathroom was somewhat clean. On the first day, I spent most of the time outside and didn't pay much attention to anything else. However, on the second night at 2 AM, I took my daughter to the bathroom and found it infested with cockroaches coming out of several openings. I called room service, and they sent a staff member who sprayed insecticide in the bathroom while humming a tune in an utterly indifferent manner. I called room service again and requested a room change, but they refused, claiming there were no vacant rooms. The next morning, I entered the bathroom again, only to find it still full of cockroaches. I went down to the reception and asked to check out of the hotel. The receptionist was polite and apologized, but they charged me for two nights, even though the night with the cockroaches should not have been counted due to the distress it caused me and my children. Poor service and a hotel that does not deserve even one star. I do not recommend it at all.

I stayed at Copthorne hotel Sharjah for 5 weeks on a business trip. Apart from the fact that this is not a business hotel, which falls on my employer to know, let’s start positive: The best thing in this hotel during my stay was the staff; namely Khaled, Rana and Nachom and Jackline. These people particularly Khaled and Rana were problem solvers, on top of things and would do everything to accommodate to what a guest would need. Having said that, the main problem in this hotel lies in poor maintenance and up keeping and a lot of wear and tear in the rooms. My room was on the 11th floor with a beautiful lake view, yet , water form the shower was like warm at all times with very low pressure that sometimes the shower head would not work. The door knob fell off and when they sent the handyman, he glued the same broken knob back and asked me nicely to use my elbow to push the door open after using the key to avoid having the knob falling off again. The fridge shelf was broken too and I could feel the springs of the mattress prickling my back but here comes the amazing staff who tried to accommodate by placing another mattress topper and folding it into two so that I don’t feel pain from the springs of the so worn out mattress. On that floor you would smell cigarette almost at all times even though it was a non smoking floor. Breakfast was open buffet but the food station area was so tiny, quality and quantity of food were mostly inadequate, and once food item runs out they don’t refill unless you specifically ask the maitre d’hotel for it. I strongly urge the owners and decision makers of this hotel to renovate the hotel furniture and beddings and towels as fit a 4 star hotel in high currently they are sure not. Once again, a hearty thank you to the amazing team: Khalid Rana Nachom and Jacqueline, it would have been so difficult almost impossible to stay at your hotel for that long interval of time if you weren’t there.

I booked a king room using Agoda and they provided a twin room saying they are fully booked. They promised to give us a king room but didn't live up to that. The room is very old and not clean and the lights are very dim. An experience I will never repeat.

The hotel location excellent and rooms are bigger and well maintained. The problem faced is the food. Regular buffet is not available all the time. The menu does not satisfy Indian customers. The restaurant staffs are very good like the girl from my Amer and Cairo. Rooms are well maintained.
