This copy shop opens at 7:00, it is very useful when you have something urgent to print. I needed to print some papers asap. Everything went fine (even though I have no knowledge of Hungarian).The staff is very friendly:)

The worker doesn’t want to serve foreign customers. She showed straight to us that she didn’t want to speak with us at all. Was very aggressive and haughtily spoke with us in her language. Don’t recommend this shop at all. The most rude customer service

Visited here and had an awful experience. The reception lady blatantly ignored me, standing right in front of me working on her PC for long time without even a glance. I was the only one there. No self-service available, so staff should be attentive. Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing

Very disgusting service I get there, the women didn’t want to speak English and answer something in her own language. So I didn’t found out if I can print boarding pass at all.

Don’t go if you don't want to waste your time. Today I came here and was absolutely disappointed:((( I live very close and was glad that I found this copy center a few months ago and went there quite often. Today, also on the way home, I decided to stop by and was faced with the fact that the person simply did not want to work. I came and kindly asked do to something similar to Google Drive like cloud, just to log in, because documents that I needed to print, they are confidential and I cannot download them, I only need an online login. I can’t bring it with USB or send it by mail, I kindly asked the girl to log into this cloud and showed her a login and password, to which she told me that she can’t and it was written on her face that she just didn’t want to, on principle . And don’t say that this is impossible, that you need to use the Internet for this, it’s still the same as sending it by mail. I would pay extra for using the Internet, if it is an issue. Or like privacy? It’s just a cloud kinda Google drive. I know you do exceptions sometimes and like a favor. Well, I wanted to print 210 pages and they were in color and how much money have you lost in your business how much money has gone but other than that I will never come back here again. Usually I never put 1 star or leave bad comment, but today the situation just waisted time of your ex-customer and I couldn’t print it and didn’t have time to go to other centers because it was almost 18:00. Oh yes, she also sent me to copyguru, which was also strange. The owner of this center should pay attention to the staff; why hire someone who does not want to work! Very sad.

Staff is friendly and helpful. You can get a student card that costs 500 HUF and will give you 10% discount in all your impressions, which sounds great. It is often very busy and there is usually a little waiting, but they also offer a "self-service" option (ask about it and they'll explain). I honestly don't have any complaints.

I am on holiday here in Budapest, and needed to print out my Ryanair boarding pass today (not available until within 48 hours of my flight, or I would have printed it at home before I came over.) As it is the weekend, the printing places near where I am staying weren't open so I had to look over a broader area, which is how I found Copy Guru. After reading the reviews, I had very low expectations and wasn't looking forward to my visit, but I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The gentleman who served me was very friendly, and even created a hotspot for me so I could use his personal internet to email the store with my boarding pass - above and beyond anything he needed to do. Very affordable, and the service was fast. Really happy with my experience and highly recommend to others.
