Beautiful Very well decorated hotel with good size rooms and comfortable bed.|Breakfast was ok, not massive choice but staff was very friendly and happy to fry some eggs for us when we requested it. Some gluten free choices on request. |The hotel is in a great location walking distance to the main Fatima attractions.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we had requested for 2 single beds and they gave us a double bed, rooms are very small, the front desk trainee staff was very rude and not helpful at all, she didn’t not great us at all, she wouldn’t even speak, or smile, it felt like she wasn’t happy at her job, she didn’t have us any information, I felt like I was the one working there, very rude person. The breakfast was a disaster, they don’t have much choice at all and I asked for gluten free bread and they said I would have to request for it and no one told me I would have to do such thing. I forgot my retainers there at the hotel and I called back asking if they would have seen it and they told me that person items they always put in the bin, great so becaurful with your stuff as they would throw it away, I had to pay €200 for a new retainers, thanks Coração de Fatima team!

Best hotel in his category in Fatima. Nice rooms, friendly staff, good food, excellent location. Best price-service ratio. We regularly come here with our groups.

A great place to stay. Clean rooms, good service. When I checked in, the receptionist was very helpful in giving me a map of Fátima and showing me what there was to see during my stay. Thank you for a great stay!

Such a cute and lovely place. Right across from the sanctuary and walking distance of the bus stop. The staff is so friendly and accommodating making the stay even better. I was able to hear the bells and the Ave Maria from the sanctuary which filled me with peace, I will definitely be returning.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms made me feel like a queen! The staff was nothing less than kind and made me feel very welcome. They were polite and quick to act. I stayed here in June, during one the heatwaves. I did have some issue with the air conditioning, but I let it be

My family and I enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel in Fátima, Portugal. The location is ideal, right across the street from Basilica of Fatima and takes 5-10 minutes to walk to depending on your speed. I cannot speak regarding price or parking as I came with a tour group and all was included in one sum for the entire trip. The hotel site states it's a family owned an run business. I honestly did not know what to expect but was impressed with the modern decor. Although the rooms themselves were small they had adequate space and the WiFi signal was great for my son's academic and streaming needs. For convenience there is a bar and restaurant on the premises. Breakfast was typical Portuguese style and I found it to be just "okay" compared to our last hotel in Lisbon. Dinner was also just "okay" but the presentation was nice and great for convenience factor.
