Coral Beach Hotel Dar es Salaam

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The bathrooms had recently been renovated and it was obvious. I loved the decor and attention to detail of the decorations in our room! We have three young kids and this hotel made everything so easy. The food was delicious, service impeccable, and the activities (like a bouncy castle and face painting) were so fun for the kids!! They enjoyed the pool and we loved every second of our stay here. Amazing, amazing staff that always went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!!

Overall good hotel. The sunset view is unbeatable. Food from the restaurant was great and the bar staff were amazing..Bakari, Paschal and the rest. Breakfast needs some improvement. Fresh cheese and salads please. There were alot of flies and the cheese looked old.||

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. We paid for a sea view room which was worth it. It's a good location and we used Bolt app to get cars or tuktuks around. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We paid for breakfast buffet ( $15/pp) a couple of times which was quite nice and included coconut water, fresh juices, and coffee. The Ngalawa Restaurant was also nice, service is just a bit slow. Gym is basic but has adequate equipment. Laundry service was overpriced but it came back the same day. Note that staff need to enter the room in the afternoons for mosquito spray. We took off a star because wifi wasn't great, evening music from the neighbouring restaurant was very loud (expect to hear "happy birthday" sung twice a night), and the hot water didn't always run. One afternoon the water didn't run in our room at all but reception resolved it within minutes.

Absolutely amazing ! A wonderful location ; superb views . So loved our stay here - beautifully appointed spacious rooms; luxury with a hint of local artefacts depicting a story of history. Everything was perfect from the onset . Such a wonderfully efficient, professional and happy team who had an amazing “can do “ attitude. Too many members to acknowledge by name but you all rock ! Highly recommend this amazing property - you won’t be disappointed! Thank you all across the board for giving us such a wonderfully pampered stay?

I had a fantastic stay at Coral Beach Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape by the sea. The hotel offers breathtaking beach views that you can enjoy right from the restaurant or while lounging by the pool. The beach-view restaurant at Coral Beach Hotel served some of the best seafood I’ve had in a long time. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. If you’re a seafood lover, this place won’t disappoint. The ambience of the restaurant was calm and inviting — perfect for a peaceful lunch or a romantic dinner with the sound of waves in the background. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating around it, ideal for relaxing in the sun. It was a great spot to unwind after a walk on the beach. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. From check-in to dining service, everything was handled smoothly. Overall, Coral Beach Hotel combines beautiful views, excellent food, and warm hospitality — a perfect beachside getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Coral. The hotel is located right on the beach so has the most gorgeous views. Also, the whole staff/ team was amazing and so very friendly & helpful if we needed something. Wonderful hospitality. I usually don’t expect beds to be comfortable when I travel but was pleasantly surprised with such a comfortable bed. Had the most restful sleep. We would most definitely come back again !!

From check with the fantastic Priscilla to the fantastic rooms to the best appointed hotel gym, I was very impressed with Coral Beach Resort. ||Due to my regular lodgings being full the week of my stay I decided to stay at Coral Beach resort. Rooms in the tower are large, modern and clean. Food at the restaurant is fantastic and the prices not too high. Well located close to other restaurants and bars if you want to head outside. ||The gym is probably the best hotel gym I’ve seen.

I had a wonderful stay at Coral Brach. The rooms are large and beautiful, the staff is gracious, kind and accommodating. They all make a point of knowing your name and learn quickly what your specific needs and requirements are. Priscilla was exceptionally helpful and kind.
