Definitely can't give more than three stars but if there was a separate rating for the staff I would have given a five! The shower was bad! Water sprayed out every way but straight out. They changed the shower head but still not great. A decent shower head doesn't cost an arm and a leg. They don't give you enough water bottles. There are no disposable cups in the bathroom. No garbage can except for the one beside the toilet. The beds are comfortable but firm. The pools and facilities are very clean and well looked after so it's hard to understand why the management skimps out on some simple basic things! The food was excellent! Well prepared but you can order in advance with your room phone which I highly recommend because service is SLOW! The staff is doing their best with a great attitude and they don't throw the manager under the buss but you can see they are frustrated. If they brought the prices down $20/night it would be a great deal!

Only the most expensive rooms have ac. Being in Cuernevaca is like being inside the sun. Also the hotel havent been renovated since the 70s when it was built. So again only book the top tier rooms. They are a miles better.

Attention is very kind and very helpful, even when they are messy sometimes. They still get 5 of 5. The rooms are really uncomfortable, sofas are really hard, beds too, doors sometimes are confusing. The main door to each room can only be locked / unlocked by a key and cannot be opened from the inside without it so it's not very intelligent design. I personally do not recommend staying here, mostly because rooms are not very comfortable but also because shower floor is too slippery and dangerous. Pools are really nice and restaurant can be tasty without being spectacular.

Great club. It has tennis courts, basketball courts, pools (heated) a gym and a spa. A restaurant, sauna, hotel. We had a great time. There are also play areas for the kids and a babysitter that helps taking care of the kids for free at certain times.

It has such beautiful areas where you can relax and have a lot of fun, the place is always clean. The only problem is that the service is not to well and the food is a little expensive.

Very good service, everybody is kind and attentive. The facilities are great, cozy and comfortable. Rooms are no that big but well organozed

Nice clean and comfortable place. Pools are amazing. Tons a bit small for 6 guests.

It's a great club. It has lots of sports, pools, gym, spa, restaurant. Everything is fine specially the gardens and food. It's a bit expensive but ir has lots of opportunities
