This was my first visit to Barbados & this particular hotel. Where to start. The room we we given was a 1 bedroom apartment as it was me, my wife & 1 year old son. The room was spacious with it having its own kitchen area, living room & ensure bedroom on the side. This was ideal for our family & was located in the Coral Mist portion of the hotel. The pools are of decent size with a variety of depth, so just to be mindful if you are short. ||Room||Room was great, we had a working kitchen with a four ring burner, along with all of the plates & cutlery we needed. There was a table where we ate tea most nights & this was ample size for our party, this also included the in laws. A huge shout to Sharon our maid, she was great making our room clean & made our son's cot more comfortable by insertion a duvet in there, out of the generosity of her heart. ||Bedroom||The bedroom we had was 2 single bed pushed together, with enough storage with wardrobe space & a five draw chest. The ensure was sufficient, we had a shower & a hairdryer which was a huge bonus. ||Reatuarant, Gym & Games rooms.||We did not use the restuarant or gym & the games rooms was being refurbished. ||Amanda the lady on reception was very friendly & even gave our family a tour of the 3 bedroom apartment located in Blue Orchid portion of the hotel. ||Parking.||There is parking at the hotel, however limited to roughly 10-12 cars on a first come first serve basis. Bay were big enough to park out Toyota Noah (7 seater). ||Beach & Pool.||Both pools were great & the beach was great to relax & forget about the day.
