Clean, spacious rooms, location, prompt response of the staff, over all a very great experience.. Would love to recommend others..

I am rating according to the room price. It's a clean hotel, no frills. They have a breakfast buffet that I didn't enjoy. The staff were helpful. Location is central to the old city center. They don't have a weighing scale. Water in the shower has to temperature control, it will get super hot. Would recommend if you are looking for something budget friendly.

The hotel needs some, well, a lot of updating. The air-conditioning works great, it gets really cold, but it also makes a lot of noise, almost a vacuum cleaner.|There is not a lot of water pressure and the thermostat in the shower is either on or off. Housekeeping cleans the bathroom in less than 90 seconds, overall it takes 2 minutes, it is not really dirty, but also not very clean.|Breakfast is good, although the coffee machine was broken (probably permanently), so only instant freeze-dry coffee available.|Wi-fi is not bad, but a lot slower than other hotels in Riyadh.|For the money it is close to ok, but I recommend to stay a bit closer to downtown, this hotel is quite far from a decent supermarket or any restaurants.|A good thing: the windows do open, so there the opportunity to at least get some fresh oxygen in.

There's no hot and cold shower. The receptionist is also not that accommodating, even telling my friend who booked the rooms if she "understood" the set-up of rooms 🙄. The breakfast buffet was nice though and the waiter was so nice, he even took photos of us.

This hotel is mentioned 3 star but the facility is poorly managed. Varities of safety concerns. The lift buttons giving electrical shock while operating. Insufficient lobby area and poor food quality in restaurant. The surroundings are quite and peaceful with no worries of parking space.

I’ve been there in all my business trips. Clean, beautiful furniture, great location, and the staff is very good and helpful. They also have a free breakfast. The buffet too many different types of food and it was delicious. Only small problems out might face is the car parking due to the important government buildings around, it gets hard sometimes to find a place for your car.

Had a nice stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and neat. Comfy bed, Complimentary coffee and water, freg, the restroom was nice and clean. Parking available. The gym was not well equipped. Check in and out was smooth. I paid 180 sar for one night through booking.com. Recommended for a short stay for business or leisure.

During this visit, I wanted to change my regular hotel & stayed with Best Western Hotel (Formerly called Coral Olaya Hotel). This Hotel is bang opposite Post Office Olaya and London Taxi charges approx SAR 90 from Riyadh Airport.||The front desk is helpful. ||Breakfast was included in Room Rate however it was not too great. The spread was just okay with basics like Bread, Jam , Juice, Curd/ yoghurt, Tea, coffee, eggs and cake.||The Room size is okay and comfortable. The lift is small yet okay. I didnot check Health club or swimming pool and not sure if they exist. Wifi is free and speed is okay.||The Hotel arranged a Taxi for my site visit and driver was very friendly and good. Will surely use his services again.
