Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were neat and comfortable, the ambience was peaceful, and the facilities were excellent. The food was another highlight – tasty, fresh, and perfectly served. Every staff member was polite and professional, making me feel truly welcomed. What impressed me most was the attention to detail in service and the overall cleanliness of the property. A special thanks to Baishali Samadder, who ensured everything was smooth and pleasant throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality and caring nature made the experience unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We recently visited Havelock Island to celebrate my husband's birthday, and our stay at Coral Reef Resort made the experience truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Nishit at the reception. He greeted us with genuine hospitality and even considered our request for a room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. The highlight of our stay was the candlelight birthday celebration arranged by the beachside in the evening. It was absolutely magical! A special thanks to Mr. Abhishek from the resort team for organizing it so wonderfully – every little detail was perfect and added to the charm of the celebration. The food at the resort deserves a special mention – it was delicious and flavorful. Whether it was the main course or desserts, everything was top-notch. The rooms are beautifully designed, equipped with modern amenities, and offer great comfort and luxury. The entire property is stunning – peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. We also want to appreciate the amazing hospitality of the staff members – Sinthoi, Paoming, Soham, Pasang, and Lalit – who made us feel right at home with their warm and attentive service. If you're planning a trip to Havelock, I highly recommend Coral Reef Resort – it’s a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and exceptional service. You can book this property without any doubt!

A beautiful expereince. The ambience was great and so was the food . Icing on the cake were the pleasant staff who were eager to help at every step. Special mention for Kabitha at the spa. She did a magical spa for me. Saurabh at the Ayur spa is very cheerful and informative. Vaishali makes the day brighter with her smile. Keep it up team coral reef. Specia mention : i had ahoi ashtami puja for which I was promptly provided with oil for my Diya. Keep shining guys

We stayed here for our engagement. The hotel is decorated in a lovely modern but beachy style. The pools are nice and new. The staff are friendly. The beach is the best beach I have ever been to! Our engagement candlelit dinner was cancelled because supposedly the staff hadn’t had enough time to set it up. Yet when we pushed for it to happen, the staff got the table set up within an hour. They had also warned us that it might rain but the forecast was clear. I had to push to have my own special candlelit dinner, and I don’t appreciate that. The management don’t seem to be aware that people book this for special occasions and therefore need to put extra effort in to make a special dinner happen. There also wasn’t an indoor candlelit dinner option which I find crazy for a tropical island which gets crazy rain. Because of the lack of forethought and effort put into making us feel special, I give service 3*. Service is lacking at breakfast too; lots of staff are milling around but there’s no personal service, no fresh drinks being offered, tailored egg orders, etc. Lack of variation in western food at breakfast too. The toaster machine on the buffet table reminds me of the toaster we had in my shoddy university accommodation - breakfast defo needs improvement. The dinner, however, feels like personal service. The set menus were confusing; we later found out we could basically order whatever we wanted according to our meal plan, but we were still given set menus…confusing! Apart from this service hiccup on our engagement night and the confusing menus, I’d stay here again purely for how nice the rooms are, the pools and the stunning beach!

I stayed with me Mrs and infant baby. Property is clean and well maintained. Private beach exclusive and very beautiful. Food is tasty beyond doubt. Pertinent to mention, staff is really well mannered and polite. For my dinners/ lunches/ breakfasts, they took care and played with my infant baby while we enjoyed the meal. Really worth appreciating.

Had an incredible stay at Coral Reef Resort, Havelock! The property is stunning, and the overall service and staff are truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The staff, particularly Abhishek, Priya, Nishit, Lalit, Pouning, Supriya, Jaya, Manisha, and Sinthoi, went above and being humble and friendly, making our stay memorable and super comfortable. The food served was absolutely delicious! Being a beach resort, it offered the perfect setting to relax and unwind. I highly recommend Coral Reef Resort for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful vacation. 5 stars isn't enough – I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

I recently stayed at Coral Reef Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The service was excellent and the location is perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the nearby attractions. One of the highlights was the staff very friendly and spoke nicely, always ready to help with a smile. The only area that could use some improvement is the food. While it was okay, there’s definitely room for enhancement in terms of variety and taste. Still, I would recommend Coral Reef Hotel for its warm hospitality, great location, and attentive service. With some improvements to the dining experience, it could be even better.
