We were happy to find a dinner reservation to try this highly recommended restaurant in Epcot! It’s def a cool atmosphere with the gigantic aquarium that is an entire side of the restaurant! The decorations are ocean inspired too & adds to the ambience. I like that the seating is like a theater do every table has a view of the aquarium. The food was average & a tiny bit pricey. We ordered Mac & cheese off kids menu, the grilled snapper (kinda dry but tasty) & shrimp fettuccine which was typical & good. We also ordered the fun light up kids drink, a glass of wine & coconut shrimp as an appetizer.

10/12/2025 Had dinner here and ordered the snapper. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. There's an aquarium inside of it which was cool to see! I was hoping I could pick out the fish I was going to eat. They had several sharks in there and an old sea turtle which I didn't see. We had the dark chocolate birthday cake too which was delicious and enough for 8 people!!! I would recommend stopping here for dinner and a birthday celebration.

We had an excellent meal at the Coral Reef! Our server, Karen, went above and beyond and was very attentive to our kids. We loved the food, and they gave us large portions for lunch. We ordered the Grilled Snapper, Coastal Palm Cakes, and Caribbean Salad. Everything was very tasty, nice presentation and flavorful. There was minimal wait time (due to Food and Wine fest) so it was a great time to try this restaurant. My kids loved the steak, mac and cheese and the coconut ice cream kids dessert is not to be missed. It definitely was a highlight at Epcot to be able to dine while watching all the marine life swim by!

We ordered the Jamaican wings, and surf and turf with the key lime tart for dessert. I didn’t feel it was super dark like some other reviews. Marcus was our server and he did a good job making suggestions and keeping our drinks full. Dining by the aquarium was a nice experience. We used the Annual Pass dinner discount that was available which I feel is the right value for the food served. I don’t think I would need to go back unless running the summer promotion again.

If you want to charge these prices, you might need to reconsider the restaurant and the food. The interior feels completely outdated (let's say you call it nostalgic—fine), but the portions are incredibly small and the prices are very high. The fettuccine shrimp tasted good. We also had the snapper — it was very small, and the mango sauce didn’t really go well with it. Also, when the bread arrived, I thought what came with it was butter, but it turned out to be the sweetest, candy-like “butter” I’ve ever seen.

Had a 6:30pm reservation. Checked in early and was sat right away. Had a lovely view of 2 of the aquarium windows and coukd see a lot. Nice sized both we fit 3 adults in it but it was set for 5 which if it was 5 adults may feel like your on top of each other. Bread was good but almost seemed stale on the outside a weird crunch that just seemed a bit stiff. Sweet like Hawaiian role and the butter had a sweetness as well but all in all wasn't that bad. The coconut shrimp was nice size with a good crunch from the coconut breading and the mango salsa complimented it well. Subbed the shrimp from chicken on the fettuccine which still worked. There was a lot of sauce which I love and a nice lemon after taste that worked with the creaminess of the sauce. The chicken was plain very little seasoning but I think it worked well that way with the sauce. Friends got the salad and soup as an entree and enjoyed them both, did say the salad with the plantain chips/dressing/capers it was a but on the salty side. The bisque was flavorful and creamy with a nice lobster flavor. The mojo chicken was juicy and flavorful and the plantain chips added a nice crunch to go with the rice beans and chicken. The dessert were perfection. The key lime tart was flavorful, light and that perfect tart flavor. The bread pudding was to die for. The ice cream atop the crusty outside but gooey inside was perfect. The Carmel rum sauce was an excellent addition that wasn't to sweet and complimented bothe the bread pudding and the vanilla ice cream perfectly. I know some say the portions are small but I think they were just right I was able to eat my entire meal and almost all the dessert and was full but not overflowing. And when your headed back to the park you don't really want to carry leftovers. Is a little but more on the pricier side of things but overall I think it was a good meal with an original atmosphere with watching the aquarium occupants swimming by.

I love fish and aquariums so this restaurant was super fun for me! The food was really good, the drinks were great and the service was excellent. The keylime pie was not my favorite but everything else was super fun! THE BREAD! I loved the bread

Google
Highly suggest reservations! The atmosphere is amazing, portions less than expected for the price but very good food. Staff are very friendly and glad to tell you about the fish swimming by your table.

Yelp
This iconic Epcot restaurant is located next to the Nemo ride and offers some cool but limited views of the aquarium. I recommend trying to request a table right next to the aquarium window, otherwise the ambiance isn't quite as immersive. On this visit we got the Coconut Bread with plaintain chips and Carribean Salad as appetizers. Both were really good, but the coconut bread stood out. For Entrees we got the seafood boil and grilled snapper. The seafood boil was fine, but average. One of my pet peeves when it comes to seafood boils are when the seafood is not cleaned well enough, and you get pieces of grit in your mouth while eating. A bit off putting to say the least. The grilled snapper however was cooked perfectly and very tasty. For dessert we got the pineapple coconut bread pudding, and it was by far the highlight of the meal. The chocolate mousse bar was forgettable but not bad. As always, the Disney staff provided fantastic service with a smile. They never disappoint. I came, I saw, and I ate. I don't really see a need for me to come back a second time. You pay a premium price for the ambience, and it's good to have experienced once.

Yelp
The Coral Reef Restaurant is the place you go when you want to eat dinner with 4,000 of your closest fishy friends staring back at you. Located inside The Seas pavilion at EPCOT, this spot opened back in 1986--yes, the same year Top Gun hit theaters. And much like Tom Cruise, Coral Reef has aged... not perfectly, but still somehow charming. The star of the show isn't the food--it's that massive 5.7-million-gallon saltwater aquarium wall. Sharks, sea turtles, and schools of neon fish float by while you're cutting into your mahi-mahi. It's part dining experience, part live-action Finding Nemo. Kids lose their minds. Adults secretly lose their minds too but pretend they're "just here for the seafood." Now, the food? It's good, not life-changing. Think of it as classic Disney dining: reliable, a little pricey, but not offensive. Lobster bisque, steak, shrimp--it's the hits, and they play them safe. This is not "Michelin-star under the sea," but more like "your mom's fancy night out in the '90s." And honestly? That's part of its nostalgic charm. Yes, the décor shows its age. The color palette screams EPCOT Center circa 1980s, and if you look around too long you'll feel like you're dining in an upscale Miami Vice set. But that's exactly why I love it. It's retro-futuristic Disney at its finest--back when EPCOT thought we'd all be driving flying cars by now. The real tip: ask for a seat close to the glass. Sitting by the aquarium makes you feel like royalty while people at the back squint like they're at a cheap IMAX. And don't worry--no fish are harmed in the making of your dinner (at least I hope that wasn't Nemo's cousin on my plate). In the end, Coral Reef is less about culinary genius and more about the Disney experience. It's nostalgic, it's kitschy, it's aging gracefully (well... sort of), and it's still a great memory-maker. You don't come here for the food alone--you come to watch a sea turtle glide past your table while you wonder why your steak looks jealous.

Yelp
The better half and I ate at the Coral Reef for dinner (it's best to make a reservation). The layout is nice and it appeared most seating had a view of the large aquarium for ones enjoyment, if you are into that. I ordered chicken wings as an appetizer and the Shrimp Fettuccine (Garlic, Chardonnay-Cream Sauce, Lemon, Parsley) as my entree. The wife ordered the Lobster Bisque as an appetizer and the grilled Red Snapper (Coconut-Lime Rice, Mango Salsa, Avocado, Toasted Coconut, Chili-Lime Seasoning) as her entree. For dessert we split a Chocolate Mousse Bar (Baileys Almande Liqueur, Chocolate Ganache, Almonds, Orange Coral). Our selections were well made and tasted very good. Our waitress was attentive, made good recommendations and overall did a fine job. We would not hesitate to return.

Yelp
With a reservation, it was not a long wait for a table. At first, we sat at a booth in the back, but I couldn't see the Coral Reef. Eva Maria checked with the hostess, and found us a table right by the window. It was wonderful to watch the sharks, rays, and fish swimming by. At the end of our meal, we even saw two scuba divers inside the tank. Ruby took care of us and she was fantastic. We both ordered the sugar-free lemonade, & the surf and turf with filet mignon and grilled shrimp. She brought the drinks quickly with a small loaf of Hawaiian bread. It tasted so good - plain, no butter. The surf and turf comes with mashed potatoes, but I asked if there was anything else I could have. Ruby said I could have rice and that's what I requested and got. Husband got the mashed potatoes. We both enjoyed everything on our plate. He had no room for dessert, but I had a little extra room, so I ordered the bread pudding with vanilla ice cream with coconut shavings. Husband does not like bread pudding, but he enjoyed the ice cream I offered him. Everything about our meal & service was five stars out of five. We have not been here in a long time, and we are so glad we decided to celebrate my birthday 2 weeks late at this restaurant in Epcot. When we return, we hope that Ruby will be our wait staff once again. She was the best!

Yelp
Limited menu but it's the perfect hide-away from the heat. Reservations highly recommended as the restaurant is smaller than most places. I ordered the snapper and my man ordered the surf in turf. Snapper was delicate and moist, and the filet was cooked to perfection. The life inside the aquarium was active and clean. Our server, John was very nice and attentive to our table. So thankful I gave this place a shot after living in Florida for six years! We'll be back.

Yelp
I wanted a restaurant that was fun and beautiful to celebrate me graduating college so I chose coral reef. It was super easy to make reservations on the MyDisney App and I was able to change times with no problems. It's absolutely beautiful in here. I love the ambience of the place- being under water while sitting by a beautiful huge fish tank was beautiful and kept my attention the whole time. While we were there they were also scuba diving which is what I hoped to see while I was there as well. So I loved it very much. My only issues are- the menu extremely limited. I had went with my boyfriend and uncle. My boyfriend is easy to choose foods but my uncle couldn't decide the menu is like one page and that's it. I knew I wanted the seafood boil- but for the price the size portion didn't match. It was okay, not the best just okay. But I ate it and was okay with it. My uncle and boyfriend ended up enjoying their meal. As everyone says the ambience is what this place is really for- the menu is not the best so plan accordingly and look at the menu in advance not for just you but for your whole party. All the cast members were so sweet in here but the price points don't match the food and depending where you sit you might not get a good glimpse ( which at first we didn't because there was a family directly in front of us) but once they left we could see perfectly. I don't see us coming back here again. It was much better in the past but that was also over 10+ years ago. But overall I enjoyed it the best I could.

Yelp
The menu is extremely limiting. There is a not a lot of options here. This restaurant is more for the ambiance, because there is a giant fish tank for show. It was definitely relaxing and calming to watch the fish tank, but it was also weird to know I'm eating seafood while watching the sea critters swim around. I got the shrimp alfredo, which was actually better than expected! The sauce was super flavorful and had an interesting tang to it. There was also a generous among of shrimpies in there and were cooked well. Service was great as well. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the limiting menu. I had a hard time choosing what to eat. But it was a fun experience and the pasta ended up very satisfying.

Yelp
Another hit for us here at Coral Reef. We love coming here. The food is delicious and they have amazing vegan options I got the vegan crab cakes and the Caribbean salad. All of it was amazing. My husband loved his food too. The service is exceptional. Definitely a must if you're in Epcot.

Yelp
One of my favorites at Disney. All the tables face the wall of fish tanks, and the tables are on various levels so everyone can see. The tanks have fish, sharks, and stingrays. It's very fun. Beyond that, the food is very good, especially the fish and the coconut shrimp appetizer.

Yelp
This was my first time dining at this somewhat iconic spot - firstly, I think you definitely come here for the ambiance. I love the theming here, from the underwater elements in the lobby to the views of the open ocean tank while you dine. You don't often see classic theming like this at Disney restaurants anymore! I had a raspberry mojito from the drink menu, which boasts mostly fruity, sweet, tropical drinks. It was nice! We started with both the chicken wings and the coconut shrimp, and I'm always pleased by complimentary bread and butter. The sweet bread was a nice change up and went well with the apps we ordered. The chicken wings had a nice flavor - better than I expected! The coconut shrimp were standard, but no complaints about a good standard coconut shrimp. I ordered the surf and turf. Firstly, I'm not sure that 3 pieces of shrimp along the steak fully feels like a great surf and turf deal, but I was pretty stuffed from the meal, so I can look past that. Unfortunately, my medium steak came out very medium rare, and though I hate sending things back, I did. Our server was extremely kind about it, and I was quickly brought a new plate, so no complaints there at the end of the day. But even with my new medium steak, I felt like I've had a better quality, smoother filet at other Disney restaurants, though the chimmichurri sauce was very good. The mashed potatoes had nice flavor, but were more vaguely smashed than a smooth puree you might expect. A friend ordered the shrimp fettuccine and was satisfied but not blown away. I wish I had room for dessert; they looked great! Overall, great service, fun ambiance, fine food. I think I'd return with friends who wanted to go, but I won't add it to my list of favorites on property.

Yelp
Honestly, we love Disney and all the magic they offer, even the cast members are wonderful. They have many terrific restaurants throughout the parks and figured this one was also good. Overall the ambiance was great, we were seated next to an underwater aquarium, so we saw sharks and other aquatic wild life so that was pretty cool. Our waitstaff were really nice and helpful with our needs. We ordered the surf and turf, lobster bisque and coconut shrimp. Everything came out well, but taste wise were semi mediocre. The shrimp were kind of on the small side, and were maybe stale. The steak we ordered medium rare, came out slightly medium well , barely any pink and was pretty dry and bland. I don't mean to be a snob, but compared to all the other Disney restaurants at Epcot, this one was not good. The lobster bisque was the only thing we enjoyed. Good chunks of lobster and flavored seafood bisque

Amanda C.

Yelp
Loved it! We got a reservation and were seated on time with friendly service. The food was surprisingly good and came with table side hot bread. Every table seems to have a wonderful view of a panoramic fish/marine life! I caught a video of a hammer head shark eating a fish- a bit surprised to see at Disney (I assumed they had a feeding system that would keep the sharks from turning to their fishy neighbors in the tank).

Yelp
Finding a place to eat with hungry kids at Epcot is a challenge, so I jumped on the walk-in list for Coral Reef! The best part? The ambiance. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the waiting area offers ice-cold water (a lifesaver in Florida's heat), and the aquarium is stunning--sharks, turtles, stingrays, and more glide by while you dine. The food? Meh. My husband liked the lobster bisque (he was starving), but the chicken wings and mahi-mahi were just okay. The rice? Dry. The kids' mac and cheese? Nothing special. And the adorable Nemo bundt cake? Cute but not a hit with my kids. Final verdict: Come for the ambiance and incredible aquarium views--not the food
google avatar

Khyla L.

Yelp
Small menu made it way easier to choose; I ordered the snapper. I'm used to eating the whole fish when I have snapper, so it was a pleasant surprise to see it come out as a little fillet! It was a nice take on a dish I've had so many time growing up- this was spiced nicely and portioned well. The rice was good, the mango salsa was ok. I also ordered the plantain chips, thin and crunchy, very nice. The restaurant has a fantastic view of an aquarium tank which was such a cool touch.

Yelp
Coral Reef is a hidden gem! We did the Candlelight package and the value that this included was phenomenal. If you can snag a reservation for this, I can't recommend it enough! Lauren was our server and she was incredible. I started with the Sparkling Hibiscus and a coffee. The coffee was great- a standard disney coffee, but great! The Sparkling Hibiscus was refreshing and light, the perfect balance for a nice day! Anthony had a margarita and it was also well made. The cocktails here are well crafted and balanced. Our meals were also delicious. We both had the Surf and Turf. The filets were nicely prepared with mashed potatoes, peppers, and shrimp. We also had the key lime tart and chocolate mousse for dessert which were great as well! Altogether, our meal was delicious and the atmosphere was so fun with the aquarium around us!
google avatar

Victoria M.

Yelp
This place was very elegant. Where we sat though we only saw a small portion of the aquarium. The aquarium had a lot of different fish, a shark and a few sting rays. There are three levels to eat. I think the best is the bottom level, or the seats closest to the tank on level 2 and 3. The middle level, there was those sitting closer who were blocking park of our view. The food was amazing. We had the disney dining plan while staying at the resort which allowed us to get an entree, drink and a dessert. The fettuccine was very well sauced and the sauce has a zingy lime taste to it. I loved it! My salmon tasted so good. I dont like onions but i ate them with the mango salsa. The lime guaco puree at the bottom was *chefs kiss*. Our server was training another server so we had double attention. If you use the disney plan and are in different rooms, make sure you tell them to break it up. As we learned the hard way and had to have it fixed. Overall, i would go back but request a seat in the middle, second levwl but closer to the tank.

Yelp
I had a great time here! I love how you can see all the animals swimming as you eat. I love sharks so seeing all the different kinds swim by was so exciting. The ocean theme was everything and more as well. Our waitress was very kind and informative letting us know about the menu items and the kinds of creatures you could see. I got a delicious salad with plantains and it was very fresh. The shrimp pasta was one of the best I've had! Everything was perfect here and they even brought out a dessert for my friends bday. Very nice! Loved it here!
google avatar

Danielle J.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my visit - if you're seated at one of the booths you have a great view of the aquarium to see sharks, stingrays and fish swim by. The service was a bit slow but did not really impact the overall visit. I really enjoyed the lobster bisque as well as the chicken. The vegan crab cakes were tasty but the remoulade was so incredibly salty it nearly ruined the meal. The Paloma was not great and tasted a bit watered down. I would not order it again. Overall the experience was not bad but expect to pay a Disney premium.
google avatar

Jeff Y.

Yelp
OK pretty decent! So I've been a pass holder on and off since I was a kid in 1986 and I finally tried this place. So once they made this restaurant I have always wanted to go but it was riddled with bad reviews and there were always a better place to try at Epcot. Maybe it because we were at the Space 220 which I thought was terrible tasting dishes but it was really good I thought. My absolute favorite was the lobster bisque and the wings were delicious! I would say the kids meals were very small you could fill those plates with fries and not lose $$$ just to make the plate look fuller. And the butter in my opinion was not good although half of our party liked it the other half hated it. It was a flavored butter.

Yelp
We made it a must do to have dinner at Epcot when we are in town for Summit. This year we chose Coral Reef because of the aquarium in the restaurant. We made a reservation a few days prior and got our reminders on my Disney app which you can also check in when you are nearby. When we got there we were seated right away. Our server was Victor and he made our first experience a great one. He gave great recommendations which is what we were going to order before asking. During service he also did a trivia with us which was educational for my kids. We ordered the lobster bisque for apps and it's one of the best I've had. You think there's only a few lobster pieces, but there were more in the soup. I ordered the shrimp fettuccine which was tasty and creamy. My daughter had the grilled snapper which was cooked perfectly and the coconut lime rice was a great pair to it. My little one of course had the Mac and cheese which he devoured. Definitely a great place to dine especially with the little ones. They can enjoy the beautiful aquarium while dining.

Yelp
this was a very delextable fish althought i didnt eat it. it looks very tasty................. also the view is nice. staff is always great..........................

Yelp
This place has amazing views of the seas pavilion, and the service is always good as you would expect from Disney. The food itself, however, is ok. Nothing to rave about but certainly solid without any frills. The view of the stunning aquarium is why you should dine here, you're not here for the food

Jules S.

Yelp
Menu is very few items, kids menu consists things that kids don't really like. Lots of heavy texture foods on kids menu and most kids, from my view and opinion, dislike chewy and bad textures. This is also coming from someone who has autism snd also struggles with textures. Limited options. Just a very overstimulating place, every voice and clanging of utensils echoes against the wall. Maybe play some music? Gives kids glass cups too, which the server said was slippery, which was immediately spilt. The server was nice, immediately gave a refill. Update, kid spilled the cup again. Yelp
The food was decent with good flavors, but each dish had something that my partner or I weren't a fan of. Coconut shrimp had no seasoning in the breading. Grilled snapper had a little too much going on (seasoned rice, mango salsa, thick seasoning on the shrimp), and the surf and turf fillet was overcooked. Quick service and incredible atmosphere being so close to the aquarium. However, I personally would not eat here again for full price.
google avatar

Frank W.

Yelp
The cool thing about this restaurant is the aquarium dining view. While you eat you get to watch sharks, rays, and a variety of fish. Very cool! I enjoyed the Caribbean Salad with Plantain Chips. It was refreshing. The complimentary bread was accompanied by a delicious citrus butter. Service was good.

Yelp
This is a beloved spot for us as we enjoy dining and overlooking the aquarium tank. On this particular trip we were crushed to find that our favorite shrimp and grits was GONE. The menu had changed some since our last visit earlier in the year and it seems like the menu and the portions just got smaller. Thankfully the one thing that didn't change was the pineapple bread that they usually bring out before the meal. We decided to stop being hung up on our shrimp and grits and give the seafood boil a try. It was delicious, but the portion was small. It was more shells than anything. I also recommend getting a side of rice because otherwise you might stay hungry. All woes from the food and menu aside, our server was absolutely phenomenal. She was so great to talk to and when she noticed that our son loved looking for hidden Mickeys she took him around the restaurant to find 2 more that he wasn't aware of. We submitted a cast compliment because she was amazing and made our visit an excellent one.

Yelp
Food was great with quick service And the entertainment with the fish aquarium was very interesting

Yelp
I asked my (now grown) daughter which restaurants she wanted me to reserve for our recent trip. The Coral Reef was her first choice because of her fond childhood memories of watching the sharks and rays swim by while we ate. It didn't disappoint. We had a later reservation so there were fewer young children than I remember. After a full day in the park, we were able to relax and enjoy the view. Our waitress was sweet and didn't rush us. We both had the Mahi Mahi with mango and avocado. It was delicious as were the fruity cocktails that we were able to order with the dining plan. For dessert, we had the key lime tart and the coconut bread pudding...soooo good. Then we rolled out of there just in time for the fireworks. A perfect evening.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting the Coral Reef Restaurant, and I absolutely loved it! The fish tank in the background with all of the different marine life swimming around is so cool. We did the candle light dining package, and that includes 2 drinks, 2 entrees and 2 desserts for my wife and I. We started with the coral-ita and a hibiscus drink which was recommended by our server, and both were absolutely phenomenal! We ordered the surf and turf, which came out amazing! Medium filet with 3 oversized shrimp with grilled peppers and mashed potatoes. Lastly, we had the key lime tart and chocolate mousse dessert. Everything that we had didn't miss at all and exceeded my expectations! I really recommend trying this restaurant if you're around in Epcot! It's close by the Nemo ride, so fitting!!

Yelp
The ambiance is amazing. Who doesn't want to watch the aquarium and feel under the water. However this was some of the worst food I've ever had especially from Disney. I shouldn't even have paid for it. The steak that I ordered as a medium was pink even on the outside. I love steak and I wouldn't even touch it at all certain point. The service was great it was the one of two restaurant in all of Disney that gave us a free desert for a birthday celebration. However that was the only good thing in the meal as the pasta was also terrible. I should've sent it back but we were short on time since we're at Disney. Very disappointed and definitely won't go back.

Yelp
Loved the layout of this place. It is truly a meal with a view. The view is of the fish tank and all the different sea life on display. Reslly cool. As for the food, it wasn't bad at all. The wings were crispy and had a lovely sauce to them. The coconut shrimp were cooked nicely with a beautiful crunch to them. The surf and turf was flavorful and a big portion. Shocked that it wasn't more crowded considering how busy the park was. I would come back.

Yelp
This place was wonderful. I think the interior and ambiance is very aquatic and also soothing. My toddler loves fish and is absolutely enchanted with the aquarium, so we thought this would be a good distraction for him so that we could also enjoy a meal. Our waiter was such a wonderful guy, very heavy on the humor and it was well received. Our group had the mahi and chicken and both were quite good. There were no complaints. The bread was also delicious. We had no complaints, the only negative thing is the menu is a bit limited, but otherwise everything is actually quite nice.
google avatar

GiGi D.

Yelp
While our waiter was AMAZING, I really did NOT love my food. It was mediocre at best and when I finished eating, I was kind of bummed I cleaned my plate, lol. I got the chicken wings. I asked for them to be COMPLETELY NAKED. No sauces. No seasonings. No glaze. NOTHING. However, when they arrived, they were SHINEY AF.... Which means, there was definitely a glaze on them. I expressed my concern and everyone was nice about it, took them back but returned them moments later claiming that they were naked like I requested. When I ate them, they had this subtle tangy flavor at times (only on the flats which was kinda weird) but other than the tang, they were cooked crispy and not terrible. I just really wished they were NAKED NAKED. My husband got the surf and turf and the lobster bisque and was a fan of everything he ate so thats good, and my kids enjoyed their mac and cheese, so win there too... I just wish I was a Disney freak and knew I needed to make dining reservations days in advance because had i known, we definitely would have eaten else where. Hey, at least i got to relive my childhood of watching Full House.

Yelp
Enjoy the aquarium while you eat! This place is great, I definitely recommend a reservation and request where you want to sit in your reservation. The decor and everything are very on theme. The service was great and we really enjoyed our food and drinks. We just did appetizers and drinks and it was perfect for a midday stop during the world showcase. I loved watching all the fish swim by while enjoying our meal.

Yelp
Omg, I had such a good experience here with my mom last month! We were exhausted from two long days at Disney, and decided to stop here on our way out of EPCOT. We were pleasantly surprised! I ordered the fettuccine and my mom got the steak with chimichurri sauce. The pasta noodles were fresh, the sauce was creamy, but not too heavy. I tried my mom's steak and loved the chimichurri sauce so much that I ordered a side of it to add to my pasta! Our waiter was very friendly. The restaurant was busy but I appreciate them accommodating my mom and I at the last minute. The aquarium walls are a nice touch. I felt like I was having dinner under the sea. The next time I visit EPCOT, I will eat here again gladly!

Yelp
THANK YOU JEFF!!! From start to finish, our dinner was absolutely AMAZING--everything from the drinks to the food was perfect. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our server, Jeff. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and so sweet and personable. Because of Jeff, we'll definitely be coming back!

Yelp
What a fantastic place to eat! We started with the lobster bisque (so flavorful), coconut shrimp, and Jamaican spice rum glazed wings--each one delicious. For the main course, the surf and turf was spot on--the 6oz filet was cooked to perfection. I was in vacation mode and topped it all off with a Mai Tai. Our server, Ilham, was absolutely amazing--friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Everything from the food to the atmosphere made for a great experience. If you're in Epcot, definitely make time for this spot!

Yelp
An Iconic Disney World Epcot Restaurant! Coral Reef was featured in two popular 90s tv shows! It was in "Full House" and "Boy Meets World". In the Disney World episode of "Full House" Danny tries to propose to his girlfriend Vicky and takes her to Coral Reef. Three years later in an episode of "Boy Meets World", Topanga dines at the restaurant while Cory scuba dives in the aquarium to get her attention. Hopefully that triggered some fond memories for you guys! I'd say Coral Reef was my favorite dining experience in all of Disney World. Not only is the aquarium beautiful, the food is delicious too! I loved the warm bread they served with that orange butter! it's soooo yummy! Mmm I want more! My friend and I were eating all day in the park, so we just came here for some drinks and small bites. I got the Pina Colava which is pretty much a Lava Flow, I highly recommend it. We shared the Seafood Artichoke Dip and some shrimp cocktail. Everything we had was great! Make sure to put this at the top of your Epcot/Disney World list!

Yelp
The best part of Coral Reef is definitely the ambiance. The giant aquarium windows are so fun to watch! The food is okay. The menu is quite limited so you have to be in the mood for the specific foods they offer. I wasn't really into the regular menu and ended up ordering off the kids menu. I wanted the mahi mahi, but didn't want the coconut lime rice. Ordered the mahi off the kids menu and it was fine and half the price. Service was fine. Our server was cheeky and funny and always came back to check on us. Overall, I'd come back if I could sit at a table close to the aquarium. Seeing all the animals was super cool!

Yelp
After many years of emptying my photo album, I get to finally review the Coral reef! I've kept the photos because I didn't not want to review this place! Lol I've been lazy. This place is so immersive and takes places under the sea - cue Sebastian little mermaid voice. It is a relatively fine dining and a wonderful experience. The Ambience and environment is comforting and relaxing. The meals were exquisite and delicious; the drinks were made to perfection! Honestly, no cons here. Lots of couples were here enjoying themselves and there were families around but everyone was well behaved. The menu is easy to ready and our waitress was so nice and attentive! Best Disney service thus far in a dining aspect. The meat was cooked as we wanted and the chocolate wave was perfection. Honestly, having a drink here to lounge with the fishes is a vibe!

Yelp
What a delight! After days of running through the parks at Disney eating fast food, we had a delicious relaxed dinner sitting in a cool quiet dining room. There is a one million gallon fish tank in front of you which held all kinds of tropical fish, stingrays and sharks. So peaceful to sip an alcoholic drink ( actually had alcohol in it - unlike some other restaurants in Disney) and watch the fish. I had Surf and Turf ( Shrimp) I ordered it medium- it came out more "well" but melted in your mouth. There were also 3 large shrimp. Very tasty. It was served with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. The meal was very good and the service was excellent.

Yelp
My daughter in law said Coral Reef had the best food out of all the restaurants that we ate at in Disney. I enjoyed the lobster Bisque all 7 of us enjoyed our meals and our interaction with our server. Price was appropriate I came about 10 years ago and the food was great then too. You can see the Aquarium from any where in the dining room. The light up ice cubes are fun. We did not need to make a reservation either time we were just able to walk right in and be seated. Thank you for a great experience.

Yelp
The Coral reef is not a place for blowing your mind and taste buds. It's great for ambiance. With the sea life swimming by as you are dinning. Food wise I was not impressed at all. Olive garden serves better tasting Alfredo sauce. Since I did order the shrimp fettuccine, I can honesty say the sour cream or cream cheese that was used in the sauce was all I could taste. Im happy my kids enjoyed their meals , they got the steak . My drink was awesome I tried the piña colava and it was pretty good. The service was just ok . The receptionist couldn't really understand our request we had to keep repeating everything to her. All I can say is , the ambiance is cool. Food is not really as good. Just ok .

Yelp
WOW! We came to lunch at Coral Reef right after riding the finding Nemo ride! (fit the theme) cast members were friendly and accommodating as our daughter was in a wheel chair for this trip. We sat right next to the aquarium!! It was breathtaking ! The coconut pineapple bread with honey citrus butter was DELICIOUS (I don't have a picture because it was devoured as soon as it was placed on the table! Now, to the main course.. I forget what my husband had it he cleared his plate - as for myself, I loved the Caribbean salad with grilled chicken. My daughter loved hers as well.. she finished her entire meal!! Although we didn't have dessert due to being too full, the options sounded/looked very good (we will have to save room next time !)

Yelp
Had this on my "must see" list because of the description and while it was nice to see the large aquarium in the restaurant, I actually thought it was going to be larger or have sections of walls with aquariums. It was a nice hidden gem and the food was delicious! The service was great. It was not busy and I would go back. You can use the disney dining plan here, too!

Yelp
Coral Reef was very very enjoyable. Our group had a nice spread. I had the prime rib, one person had the salmon, a couple of others had other varieties on the menu. The wait staff was fast, we made a reservation and got in immediately even slightly early for our reservation. The inside is awesome looking with a giant fish tank. The tank has turtles, sharks, stingrays, and plenty of fish. It wasn't too loud and they served our food quickly as well as bread for a starter. We will absolutely be back to dine. They also gave us some fun facts about the turtles. Apparently, there are 3 turtles but one can't be in the tank because he's bad...whatever that means. It made us laugh. Great experience!! Try it out, good portions, great ambiance. You'll be glad you did.

Yelp
While visiting Epcot with my family i made lunch reservation at the Coral Reef. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated right away, right by the aquarium. The lighting was not too bright with cool temperature, a contrast from the hot sun outside. The huge windows to the aquarium was a real treat for my party of 4 including my sister who's an animal lover. We watched so many water creatures including a hammerhead shark swimming around. It had the underwater vibe. Though our food was delicious our attention was more on the sea creatures. After our meal we toured the aquarium and saw a bunch of seahorses. It was a great treat for all. Next time I visit Epcot I would visit the Coral Reef Restaurant again. It was a very nice place for lunch.

Yelp
Wow! I have always wanted to come to this restaurant, but I heard so many negative things about their food. However, their food was amazing! Everything was so good. The service was okay, but the most amazing thing was, again, the food. I ordered shrimp and grits. They were not like typical grits, but more like a cake texture, and they were really good. The shrimp tasted fresh, and the grits were buttery and amazing. I also got the key lime tart, and it was really good. The atmosphere was also really nice. You can see so many cool beautiful fishes. I would recommend you to go there.

Yelp
Mahi-Mahi with a side of hair! Party of 4 including a toddler... first time eating here as adults. Great ambience, not loud, or crazy, just the right setting in my opinion. Unfortunately, the food not so much... our party ordered three different things: surf & turf, shrimp scampi pasta, and the mahi mahi which came with a hair in it. We told our waiter, he panicked and took it back to the kitchen. Came back within 5 minutes with a brand new one... Someone that appeared to be a manager came by and asked how everything was, but no apologies or anything -- as if they were all ignoring the fact that one entree came out with a hair in it. Not going back, overpriced and the food ain't that great.
