Coral Seas Beach Resort

BED BUGS- this place is riddled with bed bugs, I have bits all over my body, I have a flight to catch in the morning . Security said nothing he can do to move my room for the night because he has no keys and the person n charge is not answering the call , for the past few nights I been experiencing bit marks all over my body I thought it was mosquitoes, because I haven’t been pulling the sheets back now I decide to sleep under the covers notice the sheets are dirty there was dead ants then I see bed bugs crawling on sheets. This is very poor service I have to now sleep in a chair or sleep out side , and this hotel refuse to even switch the room because no one is available other than the property security

Positive: Location, proximity to the beach, available restaurants in the area, parking Negative: Their restaurant was not open to provide the promised included breakfast that was advertised, proper information was not given at check in regarding availablity of beach towels.

BED BUGS- I hate to write negative review about a small business but this place had bed bugs no customer service to even switch room to get me through the night so he security say nothing he can he called the customer service girl that was sleeping she said she’s home and she will call the her manager who’s not answering the phone. I showed video of the bugs and took pictures he said it’s out of his hand so now I’m sleeping outside in a chair

Stayed for 4 weeks. Last hotel before West End. Large bright clean rooms. Fridge and microwave. In my opinion the best part of Negri l beach. Beach was wide plenty of sun beds, no hustlers. Staff friendly and helpful. The whole site was well kept. No complaints at all.

I booked through there e-mail . Found out a few days later we paid way too much . Then the restaurant well After 2 days of paying for breakfast we found out it was free . No pancakes -fruit bowl oatmeal etc. They only thing you could have was bacon + eggs . Then a few days later only toast and bacon . Nothing else . Lunch no body goes there . The burger and fries good . then they close at 4 pm Joke .Then the rooms . room 1 Broken safe -bugs- dirty tub area . Room 2 was ok till the sink leaked all over floor . Got that fixed next day . A few days later the toilet was leaking all over the floor .The maid mopped it up said its good . NO NO go tell the front desk . 3 hours later still no plumber . Went to front desk asked about the plumber . For what she asked . I told there's water all over the bathroom floor . Good thing i shut the valve off or the water would be running out the door .What a joke . Room 3 last few days to go. Turned on the A/C. about an hour later water from the A/C. was running down the wall onto the floor . Told the front desk .I'll get maid to wipe up . NO NO get it fixed that never happened . Get me some towels to put on floor . No more towels to give out Joke . Room 1-- 2 hangers Room 2 --3 hangers Room 3 none .What a joke Front desk people no help at all . The only good guy was Melvin the gardener . He keeps the resort and beach clean . Scott and is other security guys are good . The owner of this resort owns many more he does not care . We will never stay at Coral Seas Beach again

Positive: i have stayed before. nice beach, quiet, for the money in today's prices compared to other hotels, i paid a fair price. Nice helpful people, Hotel employee, and staff. Negative: It was ok. I know the people. nice and friendly.

A small but clean hotel. The room was clean and included AC and a mini fridge (which is definitely nice for the heat of Negril) Entrance, gardens where clean and customer service excellent. It has access to the 7 mile beach, and you are next door to other hotels. What I loved the most was how quiet it was, especially because I don’t like the noise when I go to a hotel. My only reason to remove one star is because I was the only guess in the morning seating by the beach trying to get some inspiration with my guitar. There was no one else around, no even at the beach, and one staff came in a way that, for me was rude and started to play music at a high volume to shut me off. Then she left and kept the music playing. Despite that, I looked at her and she looked back at me, she didn't turn it down. That was the only spoiler to a nice experience.

Positive: Great breakfasts were included with our stay, the beach was fabulous, very few people, a lot of shade. Negative: Every now and then, we were out of water, towels not always available, room safes did not work.
